Influence of Body Weight Support and Walking Speed in the Static Posture of Stroke Patients using Indirect PNF Treatment: A Case Report (PNF의 방산을 이용한 간접치료가 뇌졸중환자의 정적 자세에서의 체중지지 및 보행 속도에 미치는 영향 : 증례보고)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of PNF of irradiation using an indirect treatment of the stroke patient's static weight support and walking speed. Methods : Was carried out a total of nine different the PNF method of treatment for patients with left hemiplegia stroke. PNF of treatment is not in the non-paralyzed side of the trunk and upper and lower extremities by applying resistance and increased strength of the affected side. Assessment of treatment weight support both feet measured and modified using the timed up and go test were compared before and after treatment. Results : Treatment of the paralyzed side of the quadriceps and hamstring, gluteus medius muscle strength increased, and both sides of the foot body weight support improved walking speed was increased. Conclusion : Irradiation using PNF indirect treatment improves the function of the gait of stroke patients.

  • Grievance resolution, gratitude and mutual beneficence are not only an essential dogma of Daesoonjinrihoe but also a major issue which Chinese Confucian scholars have been concerned about. In this context, this study compares the perspectives of grievance resolution, gratitude, mutual beneficence based on basic scriptures of Daesoonjinrihoe and ancient Chinese Confucianism. With nurture and benevolence as core thoughts, the ways of ruling the world in righteousness and proprieties have common characteristics of Daesoonjinrihoe and Confucianism. The Heavenly Way, which is rather an abstract conception, is perceived as a Confucianism ultimate ground. Because Confucianism does what is right for nurture, embracing rationality, the religious aspects are not clearly defined, it is the difference between Daesoonjinrihoe and Chinese Confucianism. In this regard, this study compares similarities and differences between the two cultures to promote mutual understanding.

  • 감성 분석은 문장의 감성을 분석해 긍정 또는 부정으로 분류하는 작업을 의미한다. 문장에 담긴 감성을 파악해야 하기 때문에 문장 전체를 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 한 문장에 긍정과 부정의 이중 극성이 동존하는 문장은 감성 분석에 혼동이 생길 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 단어의 감성 점수 예측을 통해 감성 단어 등장 순서를 고려한 감성 분석 모델을 제안한다. 또한 최근 다양한 자연어 처리 분야에서 좋은 성능을 보이는 사전 학습 언어 모델을 활용한다. 실험 결과 감성 분석 정확도 90.81%로 기존 모델들에 비해 가장 좋은 성능을 보였다.

  • 문서 기반 대화 시스템은 주어진 배경 지식 문서와 이전 대화를 바탕으로 대화에 이어지는 적절한 응답을 생성하는 시스템이다. 문서 기반 대화 시스템은 지식 추출 작업과 응답 생성 작업으로 나뉘며, 두 하위 작업은 서로 긴밀한 관계를 가지고 있다. 즉, 주어진 배경 지식 문서와 관련된 올바른 응답을 생성하기 위해서는 정확한 지식 추출이 필수적이며, 응답 생성에 필요한 지식을 정확히 추출하지 못하는 경우 생성 응답에 배경 지식이 반영되기 힘들다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 추출된 지식을 확장하는 방법을 통해 생성에 필요한 지식의 재현율을 높이고 이를 활용할 수 있는 임베딩 확장 방법을 제안함으로써 SacreBLEU 기준 3.51의 성능 향상을 보였다.

  • 구문 분석은 문장을 구성하는 어절들 사이의 관계를 파악하여 문장의 구조를 이해하는 기술이다. 구문 분석은 구구조 분석과 의존 구문 분석으로 나누어진다. 한국어처럼 어순이 자유로운 언어에는 의존 구문 분석이 더 적합하다. 의존 구문 분석은 문장을 구성하고 있는 어절 간의 의존 관계를 분석하는 작업으로, 각 어절의 지배소를 찾아내어 의존 관계를 분석한다. 본 논문에서는 멀티헤드 어텐션과 포인터 네트워크를 이용한 음절 단위 의존 구문 분석기를 제안하며 UAS 92.16%, LAS 89.71%의 성능을 보였다.

지상중계 - 오리농가 AI 방역대책 국회토론회

  • 지난해 10월 경북 예천에서 고병원성 조류인플루엔자(AI)가 첫 발생한 이후 총 109건의 고병원성 AI가 발생했다. 매년 겨울에 AI가 발생했던 것과 비교하면 시기적으로 빠른 올해의 AI에 대해 전문가들은 그 위험도가 더 크다고 입을 모으고 있다. 특히 이른바 '패턴을 잃은' 이번 AI 양상을 두고 2017년부터 시작된 오리사육제한, 일명 휴지기 제도의 효과가 약해지고 있는 것 아니냐는 우려의 목소리도 높다. 때문에 AI 발생의 주범처럼 지목되는 오리농가들에 대해서도 오리 사육제한이 아닌 열악하고 낙후된 사육시설을 개선해야 한다는 주장이 더욱 힘을 얻고 있다. 한국오리협회를 중심으로 오리업계는 한 목소리로 오리사육시설 개선을 지속적으로 요구해 왔다. 그러나 현실적 여건에 부딪힌 오리농가들의 시설현대화 사업참여율은 한 자릿수에도 못 미칠 정도로 미미해 보다 현실적인 대책이 필요하다는 지적이 일고 있다. 이에 박덕흠 국회의원(국민의힘, 충북 보은·옥천·영동· 괴산) 주최, 한국오리협회·오리자조금관리위원회·농수축산신문 주관으로 지난해 12월 1일 국회의원회관 제1세미나실에서 '오리농가 AI 방역대책 이대로 괜찮은가' 국회 좌담회를 개최하고 각계의 전문가들이 보다 근본적인 AI 대책 마련을 위해 머리를 맞댔다. 이날 좌담회 내용을 지상중계 한다.

The Characteristics of 'Podeok (布德 Spreading Virtue)' in Daesoon Jinrihoe (대순진리회의 '포덕'개념의 특징)

  • The purpose of this paper is to clarify the characteristics of 'Podeok' in Daesoon Jinrihoe. The term Podeok can cause some misunderstanding as the same word Deok (德 virtue) has long been used in the Eastern Tradition. In other words, for most people who are used to traditional thought, Podeok may be conflated with the similar word 'Deok (virtue)' as used within Confucianism. People who are familiar with Confucian culture might thereby misunderstand the term Podeok as an aspect of Confucian moral ethics, or they could misconstrue Daesoon Jinrihoe as having appropriated and misused Confucian ideas. Furthermore, there are other problems that could arise if people compare Daesoon Jinrihoe's 'Podeok' with 'Deok (virtue)' as used by Laozi. While Deok in Laozi's usage represents the ability of an individual who can exercise his or her rationality with excellence, Deok in Daesoon Jinrihoe indicates the idea of actualizing Mutual Beneficence and the conditions that enable Mutual Beneficence. If one understands Deok as used by Laozi to contain the meaning of Mutual Beneficence, then it is possible to think that the two tradition share a similar meaning of Deok as Podeok in Daesoon Jinrihoe pursues Mutual Beneficence as its ultimate value. In order to preemptively correct these misunderstandings, I need to clarify how the idea of Deok was born out of traditional thought and what meanings it embodies. Additionally, it is necessary to examine how it became meaningful in Confucianism, and how it was criticized and ascribed new meanings in Laozi's thought. Through these clarification, it will become clear that Deok originally indicated a religious ritual that the king of the Zhou Dynasty performed after receiving the heavenly mandate and assuming rule over the nation. Later, this idea was transformed into a moral virtue and norm by Confucius. This moral virtue and norm was criticized by Laozi as an unnatural form of control as it was understood by Laozi as a teleological argument justifying whether or not lives were to be saved or sustained based on the perceived merits of each individual. On the contrary, Deok in Daesoon Jinrihoe and traditional thought stand on a totally different theological bases. Deok in Daesoon Jinrihoe is a means to practice and realize the truth of the earthly paradise of the Later World and the truth of Mutual Beneficence which were posited to the world through Kang Jeungsan's Works of Haewon (grievance resolution) that resolved the pattern of mutual conflict that characterized the Former World. Therefore, the idea of Podeok in Daesoon Jinrihoe gains completion only on the premises of Haewon Sangsaeng (resolution of grievances for mutual beneficence) and Boeun Sangsaeng (reciprocation of favors for mutual beneficence), and the way to practice Podeok is to practice Haewon Sangsaeng and Boeun Sangsaeng. In addition, the subordinate virtues such as loyalty, filial piety, and faithfulness that exist within Daesoon Jinrihoe's religious practice are not same as those of traditional thought. They are new concepts of virtues drawn from the cosmological laws of Daesoon Jinrihoe. To be specific, the virtues of Daesoon Jinrihoe are not rules that create discrimination and mutual conflict, but are instead ethical rules established upon the basis of Heaven and Earth having been newly organized, and thus, they will bring virtuous concordance, harmonious union, and mutual beneficence. The idea of 'Podeok' in Daesoon Jinrihoe can be understood as a religious practice that requires doctrinal understanding and tangible practice in daily life of followers. In other words, it is not the same Deok of earlier traditional thought in East Asia, but is instead a religious truth by which practitioners realize the truth of Sangje's Works of Haewon in human world as they practice Haewon Sangsaeng and Boeun Sangsaeng.

Variation of Functional Materials and Antioxidant Activity as Affected by Cultivation Environment in Pigmented Rice Varieties (재배환경에 따른 유색미의 기능성물질 및 항산화활성 변이)

  • Production of high quality pigmented rice contained with high content of anthocyanin, and polyphenol was significantly influenced by cultivation environments like transplanting date and cultivation location. This study was carried out to establish an optimum transplanting date and cultivation region to produce maximum content of anthocyanin, polyphenol and antioxidant activity of pigmented rice varieties (black, red colored). Three transplanting times (May 20, June 5, June 20) and four different sites (Miryang, Uiseong, Sangju, Bonghwa) were evaluated with five pigmented rice cultivars. Anthocyanin and total polyphenol index to average temperature during 30 days after heading (DAH) of black, red pigmented rice varieties showed that anthocyanin and total polyphenol contents were decreased by 10% and 9%, respectively, with increasing average temperature of $1^{\circ}C$. The optimum ripening temperature of the 30 DAH for the production of high anthocyanin and total polyphenol was 22 to $23^{\circ}C$ for early maturity black rice, 21 to $22^{\circ}C$ for mid-late maturity of black and red rices, respectively. On the other hand, an estimated heading date of pigmented rices in return according to the optimum ripening temperature of the 30 DAH was ranged Aug. 11 to 17 for early maturity black rice, Aug. 25 for mid-late maturity black, red rice variety in Jecheon, Aug. 27 to Sep. 2 for early maturity type, Sep. 3 to 6 for mid-late type in Daegu. It seemed that Jecheon, Boeun, Mungyeong, and Yeongju were optimum regions for cultivation of pigmented rices. The estimated sowing date of pigmented rices for high anthocyanin and total polyphenol production based on the optimum heading date was May 18 to 26 for early maturity black rice variety, April 11 for mid-late black, red variety in Jecheon, May 23 to 28 for early type, April 9 to 26 for mid-late type in Boeun, respectively.

Boeun area : 4,763 persons of the Daedang(大唐) unit, 3,548 persons of the Hajujeong unit(下州停), 3,017 persons of the Namcheonjeong unit(南川停), and 4,500 persons of the Saseoldang unit(四設幢) were deployed. These units moved from Boeun(보은) to Okcheon(옥천), Geumsan(금산), Tanhyeon,(탄현) and Hwangsan(황산). Geumdol Fortress area : 3,753 persons of the Sangjujeong unit(上州停), 5,762 persons of the Seodang unit(誓幢), 3,753 persons of the Guidang unit(貴幢), and 5,562 persons of the Nangdang uni(郎幢)t were deployed. These units moved from Geumdol Fortress to Hwanggan(황간), Yeongdong(영동), Geumsan(금산), Tanhyeon(탄현), and Hwangsan(황산). Jirye area: 3,017 persons of the Eumrihwajeong unit(音里火停) and 3,017 persons of the Ehwahyejeong unit(伊火兮停) were deployed. These units moved from Jirye(지례) to Juchiryeong(走峙嶺), Mupung (무풍), Muju-eup(무주읍), and Bunam-myeon(부남면) in Muju-gun. Goryeong area: 3,017 persons of the Samryanghwajeong unit(三良火停) and 3,017 persons of the Sosamjeong unit(召參停) were deployed. These units moved from Goryeong(고령) to Geochang(거창), Hamyang(함양), Namwon(남원), Sunchang(순창), and Jeongeup(정읍). 3. Movement of the Tang army Dangjin area(당진 방면) : 1,000 persons were deployed. These units moved from Dangjin(당진) to Myeoncheon(면천), Yesan(예산), and Imjon Fortress(임존성). Garijeo area(가리저 방면) : 1,000 persons were deployed in the Garijeo(加里渚) area. These units moved from Garijeo(가리저) to Myeoncheon(면천), Yesan(예산), and Imjon Fortress(임존성). Geumganggu area(금강구 방면) : 000 persons were deployed. These units moved from Geumganggu(금강구) to Ganggyeong(강경) and Sabi Fortress(사비성). 4. Baekje military deployment Total troops of the Baekje army : There were 60 thousand Baekje troops according to the Old Book of Tang(舊唐書). Troop deployment by the Baekje army: 62,230 persons were deployed in 15 regions: 1,000 in Dangjin(당진), 1,000 in Garijeo(가리저), 6,120 in Imjon Fortress(임존성), 1,120 in Namjam Fortress(남잠성), 1,350 in Dooryangyun Fortress(두량윤성), 870 in Wangheungsajam Fortress(왕흥사잠성), 6,650 in Ungjin Fortress(웅진성), 1,120 in Jinhyeon Fortress(진현성), 1,000 in Dooshiwonak(두시원악), 1,000 in Irye Fortress(이례성), 5,000 in Gosaburi Fortress(고사부리성), 5,000 in Gujiha Fortress(구지하성), 3,000 plus 3,000 in Gibeolpo and Yangan(기벌포 양안), 5,000 in Deukan Fortress(득안성), and 20,000 in Sabi Fortress(사비성).

Spatial Characteristics of Travelling Merchants and Consumers in Chongsan Periodic Markets of Okchon County, Korea (충북(忠北) 옥천군(沃川郡) 청산(靑山) 정기시(定期市) 출시자(出市者)의 공간적(空間的) 특성(特性))

  • This study is to clarify the market cycle of travelling merchants and the spatial behavior of consumer's commodity purchasing. its reasons and purchasing region of each commodity in Chongsan of Chongsan Myun(village) periodic markets, that is one of the lowest central places in Okchon county. The data used are the results of interviews with 58 travelling merchants on June 22 and July 17, 1994, and questionaire survey taken to parents of students of Chongsan middle school of Chongsan Myun in Okchon county. Study area is typical agricultural regions taking the role of central places to provide rural service and is comparatively important periodic markets. Some of findings are summarized as follows: (1) Until 1980's. appearance of closed periodic markets is caused by the population decrease in rural region, income increase, and rising of living level according to the Five Years Planning of Economic Development, appearance of chain stores of agricultural co-coperative and of supermarkets,. changes in distribution mechanisim by increasing consignment volume of agricultural products through agricultural co-coperative, and the development of transportation in Okchon county. These, too, became the reasons for the decline of the Chongsan periodic markets in Okchon county. (2) Most of the travelling merchants visiting the Chongsan periodic markets are in their 50's of age, and they sell the miscellaneous commodities and agricultural products. And about one-fourths of travelling merchants reside in regions with periodic markets and in Okchon of higher order central places. (3) Travelling routes visting periodic markets can be simplified to five types. Major types of travelling routes are Chongsan periodic market$\rightarrow$Wonnam$\rightarrow$Boun, and Chongsan periodic market$\rightarrow$Yungdong$\rightarrow$Yongsan. The patterns of travelling merchants visiting periodic markets are classified into the type of everyday visiting of periodic markets over three days of five days from merchant's residence to market, and the type of merchants or consumers visiting one day's of five days. On days that travelling merchants don't visit periodic markets they purchase the commodities in Seoul, Taejon and Chongju. (4) Consumers who use periodic markets are from thirties to fifties years of age and most of them are employed in agriculture. Consumers visit periodic markets on foot or by bus, and visit two or three times in a month, and mainly purchase the commodities for one or two hours from about ten o'clock in the morning. (5) Consumers purchase the necessaries of life in periodic markets, and other commodities are purchased in Taejon city, Youngdong, and Boun Eup(town). But consumers purchase the goods(convenience goods, shopping goods, and specialied goods) largerly in Chongsan, because additional expense and disadvantage after service with poor transportation service for purchased goods in others regions. Therefore, the hierarchies of central places by the consumer's purchasing behaviour can not be seem in dewellers in Chongsan and Chongseong Myun.
