웰빙 중시의 소비패턴으로 변화하고 있는 이때 소비자 트렌드 변화에 부응하고 한우 산업 발전을 견인할 수 있는 소 도체 등급기준 보완이 축평원의 hot한 이슈가 되고 있다. 그래서 이번 KAPE인(人)의 주인공으로 축평원 핵심부서의 팀장인 연구개발팀 강세주 팀장을 만나 보았다. 강세주 팀장은 1993년 입사로 올해로 25년 차를 맞이하는 베테랑급 축산전문인이다 그는 '이론과 기술'을 함께 갖추어야겠다는 인생 목표하에 강하고도 듬직하며 동시에 따뜻한 포용력을 겸비한 내유외강의 리더십을 발휘하는 팀장이다. 또한, 1999년 축산기술사 자격과 2003년 8월에는 (식품)공학박사 학위를 취득한 축평원의 인재이기도 하다. 그는 연구개발팀 근무경력이 두 번에 걸쳐 6년으로 소 도체 등급기준 보완 개편 작업부터 모든 과정을 같이 하였다. 그런 그에게 소 도체 등급기준 보완(안) 마련과 검증 및 실험과정까지 상세한 설명을 들어보았다.

본 논문에서는 기존 음악 거래 플랫폼의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 블록체인 기술을 기반으로 한 새로운 음악 거래 플랫폼을 제안한다. 기존 음악 거래 플랫폼은 높은 중개 수수료와 생산자에 대한 불공정한 보수 그리고 불투명한 거래가 이루어진다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 블록체인 기술의 탈중앙성, 보안성, 투명성, 안전성 등의 특징을 이용하여 보완하고자 한다. 또한, 블록체인 기반 플랫폼 구축을 위해 IPFS, signature file, bloomfilter 등 다양한 기술을 사용한다. 최종적으로 생산자와 소비자 모두가 공정하고 투명한 음악 거래를 할 수 있는 음악 거래 플랫폼을 제안한다.

This study focused on elderly caring issues and proposes Information Technology (IT) as the complementary tool of care activities, and it was aimed to identify application and feasibility of complementary IT for elderly care activities. Focus Group Interview (FGI) was conducted with current and potential caregivers respondents to explore caregivers' opinions and needs of care activities, and to suggest roles of IT which are helpful for elderly caregiving. The results showed that caregivers desire to check elderly care receivers' health, safety, and location whenever and wherever they want, and these caregivers' needs can be satisfied with IT by supporting caring ubiquitously. Moreover, this article provided more specific guidelines of IT applications for elderly caring services, so it expected positive roles of IT for elderly caring activities. However, this paper consequently emphasized IT must focus on only supporting and complementary roles of caregiving activities rather than alternative roles to enhance caregivers' caring efficiency and reduce their caring burden.

Cultural contents industry is a kernel industry based on knowledge. This study is to suggest some complements by watching and analyzing cultural industry policy and status of especially animation America, England, France and Japan and that of Korea to aim at American market. I described financial resources, creation and technology, development of human resources, export method, improvement of legal system for the supplementary method of animation export strategy. This reports could be applicable as a information to plan industry policy or to develop detail program.

This study examines the approach of socio-technical systems and strategic niche management. 태양열 이용은 대체에너지자원 가운데 가장 널리 분포되어 있고 기술력에 따라 얼마든지 사용할 수 있는 태양열에너지를 그 대상으로 하고 있기 때문에 자연친화적이며, 친환경적인 접근방식으로 기술 개발 및 이용보급 정책을 함께 추진해야 할 것이다. 건물에너지 절약 기술도 국가에너지수요의 $30{\%}$이상을 차지하는 광범위하고 다양한 건물에너지 수요를 효율화하고 절감하는데 그 목적이 있으므로 기존의 건물에너지 이용방식의 문제, 효율개선방안, 그리고 신기술개발 및 환경친화적 건축설계등 기술 개발과 건축관련 정책을 병행 추진해야 그 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 따라서 기술개발 계획 수립, 연구개발 수행, 기술 이전 및 상용화 그리고 실용화 보급정책 시행의 전과정에 걸쳐 상호 보완적이고 체계적인 운용으로 효율을 극대화하고 파급효과를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국가 에너지기술개발 10개년 계획의 목표와 틀 안에서 대체 에너지 기술 개발사업과 에너지 효율향상 기술개발 사업에 포함되어 있는 태양열 이용과 건물 에너지 절약기술에 관련된 프로그램들을 중심으로 효율적 운영방안 등을 검토하고자 한다. 또한 각각의 프로그램들이 가지는 특성과 연관성을 검토하여 추가 보완사항이나 정책대안을 제시하고자 한다.
