This study aims at exploring effects of airport special guard's security service value on customers' satisfaction and customers' loyalty. Users of airport facilities located in Incheon were selected as the population in Jun. 2013 and the sample was extracted using cluster random sampling and 460 people were used for a final analysis. The questionnaire used for the study was composed of total 22 items including 6 items of socio-demographical characteristics, 6 items of security service value, 6 items of customers' satisfaction and 4 items of customers' loyalty etc. and using SPSSWIN 18.0, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis etc. were used. The credibility of the questionnaire was indicated to be over ${\alpha}$=.809. The findings are as follows. First, security service value has an effect on customers' satisfaction. if monetary value is enhanced, satisfaction with service composition is high. second, security service value has an effect on customers' loyalty. If monetary value and time value are enhanced, will of continuous use and will of recommendation of others are high. Third, customers' satisfaction has an effect on customers' loyalty. If satisfaction with service composition and satisfaction with use decision are increased, will of continuous use and will of recommendation of others are high. Fourth, airport special guard's security service value has a direct and indirect effect on customers' satisfaction and customers' loyalty. That is, it means customers' satisfaction is an important variable to mediate security service value and customers' loyalty.

In order to manage information security risk, various information security level evaluation and information security management system certification have been conducted on a larger scale than ever. However, there are continuous cases of infringement of information protection for companies with excellent information security evaluation and companies with excellent information security management system certification. The existing information security risk management methodology identifies and analyzes risks by identifying information assets inside the information system. Existing information security risk management methodology lacks a review of where cyber threats come from and whether security devices are properly operated for each route. In order to improve the current risk management plan, it is necessary to look at where cyber threats come from and improve the containment level for each inflow section to absolutely reduce unnecessary cyber threats. In addition, it is essential to measure and improve the appropriate configuration and operational level of security equipment that is currently overlooked in the risk management methodology. It is necessary to block and enter cyber threats as much as possible, and to detect and respond to cyber threats that inevitably pass through open niches and use security devices. Therefore, this paper proposes additional evaluation items for evaluating the containment level against cyber threats in the ISMS-P authentication items and vulnerability analysis and evaluation items for major information and communication infrastructures, and evaluates the level of security equipment configuration for each inflow.

주5일제의 시행 및 국민소득의 증대, 스포츠 레저 및 여가생활에 관심이 집중되면서 여객선을 이용한 관광이 많이 활성화 되고 있다. 입소문을 통한 홍보 뿐만 아니라 인터넷, 스마트폰등을 통한 정보의 공유 및 대중매체를 통한 홍보로 인하여 구석구석의 명소들이 많이 소개되고 있으며, 이를 위한 여객선 사업이 빠른추세로 증가하고 있다. 이처럼 여객의 수요는 증가하고 있으나 그에 맞는 서비스의 개선, 터미널의 보안시설, 선박 및 접안시설의 노후화 및 수송능력의 부족, 여객선 승무원의 고령화, 급작스런 기상악화시의 대처요령, 여객선사의 안전불감증 등은 많은 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 최근 5년간의 우리나라의 여객선 사업의 현황을 분석하고 여객선 사업의 문제점에 관하여 다루어 보도록 하겠다.

한국항공우주연구원 SBAS 사업단은 한국형 위성기반 보강 항법 시스템(KASS) 개발을 위한 기준국 후보지 환경 분석을 수행하였다. 기준국 후보지 환경 분석을 위한 요구사항은 일반 시설 항목(시설, 보안, 화재 등)과 GNSS 신호 환경 항목(수평앙각, EMI, 다중경로)으로 구분하였다. 총 17개 기준국 사이트에 대한 정밀조사를 수행하였으며 사이트 요구사항 만족여부를 비교하였다. 추후 조사 결과를 바탕으로 시스템 성능 및 기준국 시스템 구축을 고려하여 KASS 시스템의 기준국을 선정할 예정이다.

최근 외부의 악의적인 공격으로부터 내부의 시스템을 보호하기 위하여 논리적, 물리적으로 망을 분리하고 있다. 하지만 사회공학적 해킹에는 물리적 망 분리도 취약할 수밖에 없다. 이러한 이유로 국가기반시설들을 담당하는 주요 기관들은 좀 더 안전한 네트워크 망을 구성할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 일방향자료전달 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 일방향자료전달시스템은 제어시스템으로부터 업무망으로 전달되어지는 정보를 수신하여 처리하고, 업무망의 제어 정보는 송신되지 않도록 구성한다. 이 방식을 통해 어떠한 경우에도 외부로부터 내부의 제어망을 통해 기간시스템에 접근하는 것이 불가능하기 때문에 국가기반시설을 안전하게 보호할 수 있다.

민간군사 산업은 군수지원업체, 군사지원업체, 민간경비업체로 구분된다. 이 중에서 민간경비의 역할은 군사시설경비, 무기 및 군수물자 호송경비, 탄약고 등 중요시설 경비, 컴퓨터 보안유지, 중요인사 신변보호, 치안유지 등의 역할이 있다. 이러한 역할을 담당하게 된 배경으로는 냉전 이후 급격히 감소한 군 병력의 공백을 채우기 위한 군사적 측면이 있다. 그리고 정규군 이용보다는 민간인의 활용이 정치적으로 용이하고, 평시에 지속적으로 군 병력을 운용할 이유가 없기 때문에 경제적인 절감효과를 거둘 수 있다.

최근 국가 핵심 기반시설을 중단시키거나 파괴시킴으로서 사회적 혼란 및 국가 경제적 손실을 일으키는 공격 사례가 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 사이버 공격에 대응하기 위해 각 국가는 인터넷이나 다른 네트워크와 물리적 또는 논리적으로 분리되어 있는 폐쇄망 환경을 기반으로 기반시설을 구성함으로서 높은 수준의 보안성과 안정성을 유지하고자 한다. 하지만, 악의적인 공격자들은 Covert Channel을 통해 폐쇄망 환경 내 민감한 데이터 및 기밀 데이터를 탈취하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 음향신호 기반 Covert Channel 공격 기술에 대해 분석함으로써 안전한 폐쇄망 환경 구축의 필요성을 보이고자 한다.

유비쿼터스 기술의 보급으로 우리 생활에 밀접한 연관이 있는 도시시설 등이 IT기술과 융합되어가고 있다. 이로 인해 개별 네트워크에서 운영되던 각종 IT 서비스들도 u-City 서비스로 융합되고 있다. 하지만, u-City 안에서 새로이 융합되는 신규 IT서비스들이 구축되는 과정에서 보안요소의 고려 및 적용이 미흡할 경우에 u-City 서비스의 안전성 및 신뢰성에 심각한 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 u-City 서비스에서 발생 가능한 정보보호 위협을 분석하고 이를 극복하기 위한 정보보호대책 및 정책 과제를 제시하도록 한다.

동해 심해 8광구 시추작업을 계기로 우리나라 해양구조물 분야 안전관리제도의 문제점이 식별되고 있다. 이번 동해 시추작업과 관련한 사전 안전진단은 국내규정의 미비로 영국의 보건안전규정을 적용하여 검토하였다. 이 연구에서는 위험평가를 기반으로 하는 영국 해양플랜트 보건안전규정을 소개하고, 관련 국내규정의 개선방안을 제안하였다.

본 논문에서는 24시간 365일 감시가 필요한 장소 중에서 감시범위가 넓어 인력으로 감시하기에 무리가 있거나, 적은 인력으로 효율적인 감시가 필요한 경우 또는 특정된 지역의 감시가 아닌 새로운 환경에 대한 감시가 필요한 경우 사용할 수 있는 감시장비인 지능형 감시차량을 설계하였다. 그리고 설계를 바탕으로 지능형 감시차량을 제작하여 테스트를 진행하였다. 차량은 사용자가 원하는 곳으로 조종할 수 있었으며 차량이 수집한 데이터를 모두 받아볼 수 있었다. 다만 통신 거리에 대한 보안점이 있었으나 이것만 개선한다면 실제 군사, 산업, 국가기간시설 등에서도 사용이 가능하다고 생각된다.
