As terrorist organizations like ISIL and Al-Qaeda attack multiple-use facilities such as subways and department stores that many unknown citizens are using, the fear and anxiety are expanding. If international terrorism occurs in Korea, it may attack multiple-use facilities. Therefore, we need to have countermeasures against the attack. However, as the concept of multiple-use facilities has multi-faceted meanings and the scope is wide, there is a limitation in the preparation for international terrorism. In this study, it was tried to find the solution through reviewing the multiple-use facilities related laws. First of all, as the multiple-use facilities related laws were legislated by government organizations according to the necessities, the concept and scope are very inclusive. Therefore, it is possible to have controversies on the scope of the review related to anti-terrorism. Next, the department responsible for the international terrorism is not clear, which can make issue of rights and responsibility. To overcome such limitations, this study tried to set the concept and scope of multiple-use facilities and discussed the issue of the responsible department.

As military service members are fully permitted to use mobile phones for sickness after work, it is time to minimize the direct collection of personal information from telecommunication companies when opening mobile phones to secure the safety of military service personnel's personal information. Prior to introducing the use of mobile phones by soldiers after work, the Ministry of National Defense established a security control system such as blocking the mobile phone shooting function to prevent security accidents and concerns about some adverse functions such as illegal cyber gambling, game addiction, and viewing pornography. come. Mobile telecommunications companies entrust personal information processing tasks, such as opening mobile phones, to telecommunications agencies and carry out management and supervision, such as checking the status of personal information protection measures. When a military service member opens a mobile phone, a personal information management agency is newly established using the right to portability of personal information, and a system for requesting the transmission of personal information from the military service member is proposed.

In the perspective of value-based adoption mode, this study empirically examined the factors that affect the intention of users of Fintech payment services to stop using them. A survey of college students who are familiar with digital devices, have no objection to payment and settlement services, and have high service access. A total of 148 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS. The study results show that perceived benefits, complexity, and security concerns are significant factors influencing the discontinue intention of Fintech payment services. Among them, the perceived benefit showed the most significant influence. Based on the results of this study, Fintech providers will be able to build a service environment to provide continuous benefits for maintaining long-term relationships with users, improve systems to secure various uses, and reduce users' negative perceptions of security. Recently, the use of services by the elderly has increased, so it is necessary to expand the scope of this study to target various age groups in future research.

교육인적자원부는 교육행정 전반의 효율성을 높이고 교원 업무 환경 개선을 위하여 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)를 시행하고 있다. 그러나 교육행정정보시스템의 도입단계에서 시스템의 보안성 취약과 개인정보에 대한 해킹 우려 등의 이유로 교육행정정보시스템이 정착되지 못하였으나 NEIS의 27개 영역 중 개인정보를 많이 담고 있는 교무/학사, 입(진)학, 보건을 분리 별도의 서버를 구축하는 NEIS 교무업무시스템이 탄생하였다. 따라서 NEIS 교무업무시스템 활용하여 전자문서를 활용하여 이를 통한 교원업무가 경감되어 학교교육행정의 효율성을 모색할 필요성을 느끼게 되었다. 본 연구는 NEIS 교무업무시스템 활용에 따른 교원업무의 효율성을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 시스템 개선점 도출 및 편리성이 증진되었고 업무조직의 효율적인 분장 및 업무승인을 전자결재로 시행함으로써 시간단축 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났고 교원의 교무업무도 획기적으로 단축시켜 교원 업무의 효율성도 증진시켰다. 또한 교무업무시스템의 활용으로 소요시간과 예산이 절감되었다. 교무업무시스템의 이러한 교원 업무 경감 효과에 비추어 향후 과제를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교무업무시스템의 원활한 운영을 위하여 네트워크 정비나 성능 좋은 컴퓨터가 확보되어야 하고 둘째, 업무 효율화를 위해서 시스템 내에서의 업무 승인 기능이 확대되어야 하며 교원의 업무경감 및 시스템 운영의 활성화를 위해서 훈령을 학교현장의 여건에 맞추어 정비 보완해야 하며, 시스템 운영의 표준화를 위한 제도 개선이 필요하다.

IT 아웃소싱은 IT 서비스 관리에 있어서 가장 중요한 전략 중 하나로 인식되고 있다. 조직의 핵심 역량에 집중하면서 부차적인 IT 업무는 외부로부터 지원을 받는 IT 아웃소싱 전략은 조직의 효율과 성과를 높일 수 있는 효과적인 방안이면서, 보안에 대한 우려와 IT 서비스 공급자에 대한 의존도를 높이는 부작용을 동반하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 민간 기업 데이터 센터의 IT 아웃소싱 전략과 운영을 분석하였다. 국내 주요 IT 서비스 전문 기업 3개사와 금융그룹 1개사의 데이터 센터에 대한 심층 인터뷰를 바탕으로, 데이터 센터들의 IT 아웃소싱 조직 현황, 아웃소싱 결정 요인, 아웃소싱 저해 요소와 해결 방안 등 전반적인 IT 아웃소싱 전략과 운영을 살펴보았다. 국내 주요 기업들의 데이터 센터는 IT 유지 보수, 인프라 기반 운영 등의 업무를 아웃소싱 대상 업무에, 그리고 IT 기획 전략 컨설팅, 시스템 기획 개발 등의 업무는 인소싱(in-house sourcing) 업무로 분류하고 있었다. 또한 IT 아웃소싱 결정 요인으로 내부직원의 역량, 비용, 리스크 등이 있었고, 정량적인 분석보다는 정성적인 판단에 의해 아웃소싱을 결정하고 있었다.

The purpose of this paper is to improve the authentication method for IP camera user authentication. Since existing authentication uses knowledge-based authentication method, if ID and PW are exposed to attack by attacker, IP camera becomes defenseless from attacker. The attacker can access the IP Camera and acquire and distribute real time video and voice, which can be exploited as a second crime, and there is a fear of a secret leak when a secret facility is installed. In order to compensate for this vulnerability, this paper proposes a DUI authentication method that identifies and registers a device using DUI (Device Unique Identifier), blocks access to unauthorized devices by subordinating the device to the IP Camera and authenticates only authorized devices.

무역거래의 패턴이 최근 크게 변화하고 있는데, 기존 무역거래방식에서 인터넷무역방식으로 그 비중이 확대되면서 인터넷 무역거래알선사이트에 관한 관심과 활용도가 점차 높아지고 있으며 특히 무역거래알선사이트의 구축 및 운영은 국내외의 무역 유관기관과 지방자치 단체, 대기업 종합무역상사 및 개별기업을 중심으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이에 실제 우리 나라 무역업체들의 사이트 이용 및 현황과 이용만족도 조사를 위해 설문조사를 한 결과, 현재까지 무역업체들이 가장 선호하는 사이트는 무역 유관기관이 운영하는 사이트들이다. 또한 실제 무역거래알선사이트를 이용한 결과와 관련하여 거래알선사이트 제공서비스에 대한 만족은 대상 업체 중 불과 17.9%의 낮은 수준으로서 이렇듯 낮은 만족도를 보이는데는 다음과 같은 문제점들이 있었다. 즉, 정보 인프라 측면에서의 관련정책의 분산, 보안 인프라의 우려, 오프라인 상의 결제 및 세금문제, 인터넷무역 관련 국제협력문제 등을 들 수 있으며, 무역업체의 측면에서는 전문인력의 부족, 최고경영자의 정보화 인프라에 대한 마인드 부족과 업체내의 웹 기반 환경 구축 미흡 등을 들 수 있다. 이상의 문제점들을 개선하기 위한 활성화방안을 살펴보면 첫째, 거래정보 보호기술의 육성 둘째, 무역거래알선사이트의 적극적인 국내외 홍보 셋째, 무역거래알선사이트 관련 분쟁 신용조회 등의 통합관리 넷째, 사이트관련 온라인과 오프라인상의 제반환경 개선 및 국제거래 규약 개선 다섯째, 무역거래알선시스템의 효율성제고를 위한 전문인력 양성 및 교육훈련 강화 등이 절실히 요망되고 있다.

Recently, acccording to price decline and miniaturization of drone, it is increased dramatically that drone usage in various category including military and private sectors. In accordance with popular usage, There is a increasing risk of safety accident, national security and public privacy problem. Hence there is a high demand for study and analysis applicable to the related technology and anti-drone method including drone detection and jamming. In general, it is extremely difficult to detect and recognize drones using conventional sensors. In this paper, we classify drone detection technology and Drone detection experiments are performed using CW RADAR to obtain and analyze micro-doppler pattern. This preliminary study aims to provide fundamental theory on radar drone detection and experimental test results such that in-depth anti-drone technology can be established in future.

This study evaluates the application sum providing(ASP) approach based on the perceptions of Koreas small and medium corporations, especially in the manufacturing industry. As considering the costs and risks of system implementation and maintenance, ASP would be a favorable alternative. Based on the survey of 25 cases, we found that as long as the level of perception on ASP is concerned, 80 percent of firms responded no or a little idea about the ASP service. Moreover the acceptance possibility of ASP service in the near future was less than 10 patent, and the primary reasons were found as follows: (1) lack of confidence regarding on the effect, (2) apprehension of data security, (3) issue of handling the existing employees, and (4) possibility of fee structure change after the implementation and stabilization. The guidelines to increase the recognition and successful implementation of ASP service in Korea are proposed.

최근 온라인 마케팅 트렌드는 개인화된 서비스의 제공이다. 인터넷 환경의 대중화와 SNS(Social Networking Service), 모바일 환경의 보급으로 사용자는 쉽게 정보에 노출된다. 이런 환경에서 웹사이트나 애플리케이션, SNS에 대해 사용자의 패턴과 관심사를 분석하여 개인화된 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 데이터 분석은 빅 데이터 환경으로 분석되며 이렇게 분석된 개인화 정보는 사용자와 연관성이 높은 정보를 노출함으로 인해 효율적인 정보의 소비와 더불어 마케팅 효과를 누릴 수 있고, 온라인 서비스나 애플리케이션 제공자에게 사용자도 모르게 제공된 개인의 정보 소비 패턴으로 나타내어진다. 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 서버에 저장된 개인화 데이터는 보안적으로 해킹에 취약할 수 있고, 관리하는 서비스 제공자에게 있어서도 유지보수에 비용이 발생함과 동시에 사용자의 개인정보를 과도하게 수집하게 되는 우려가 나타난다. 개인화 서비스 제공의 단점을 극복하고자 HTML5 Local-Storage 기능을 사용하여 브라우저 환경에서 웹 기반 서비스를 이용하는 사용자의 정보이용 패턴을 저장하여 데이터를 사용자 측면의 저장소에 보관함으로 보다 안전하고 적은 비용으로 개인화 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.
