Questionnaires were deployed total of 320 and the recovered 259 questionnaires were used in the analysis. The collected questionnaires were analyzed by using SPSS21.0, Amos21.0. Statistical analysis was to test the hypothesis through reliability analysis, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. Statistical significance level was set at .05. These results obtained in this study according to the method and procedure is as follows. Safety needs has a significant impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and organizational commitment has a significant impact on job satisfaction. And organizational commitment was investigated as part of a mediating role in the relationship between job satisfaction and safety needs.

최근 국내에는 실업률 상승, 혼인률 하락 등 청년층 생애주기 변화, 단독거주, 고령층의 증가에 따라 1인 가구가 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 추세는 지속될 것으로 예상되어 1인 가구를 겨냥한 맞춤형 보안솔루션에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사물 인터넷 기술을 적극적으로 접목할 수 있을 것으로 기대되는 디지털 도어락의 구현에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 사물 인터넷 기술은 5G 시대의 도래에 따라 다시금 주목받고 있다. 이는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 핵심 기반 기술로 주요 IT 기업들이 상용화 기술 확보를 추진하고 있는 상황이다. 한편 디지털 도어락은 열쇠가 필요하지 않으며 위급상황이나 안전상황에 클릭 한번으로 출동 요원의 출동을 곧바로 요청할 수 있어 고객에게 편의성과 보안성을 제공한다. 하지만 비밀번호 방식의 디지털 도어락은 주기적으로 비밀번호를 교체해주지 않는 이상 지속적으로 같은 자리의 버튼만을 누르게 된다. 이렇게 되면 해당 위치에 지문이 남아서 비밀번호가 노출될 위험이 있다. 그러나 사물 인터넷 기술을 이용한 디지털 도어락을 사용하게 된다면 안전한 도어락 사용으로 주거 보안을 실현할 수 있다. 따라서 1인 가구를 노리는 범죄를 예방하기 위해 라즈베리 파이와 아두이노의 UART 통신, 머신러닝 CV를 이용하여 얼굴 인식으로 동일인임을 판단하는 디지털 도어락을 구현했다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design a x-ray screening rating system to improve X-ray screening ability, which is a core job competency of security screener at Incheon International Airport, and to verify its effectiveness through empirical analysis to suggest ways to improve the level management system. Methods: In this study, the effectiveness of the research model was analyzed using T-test tests for effect analysis based on the empirical analysis results derived through the competency evaluation model, the screening rating system. Results: The results of this study are as follows. The average score for regular education before the implementation of the x-ray screening rating system was 94.1 points, but after the implementation of the x-ray screening rating system, the average score for regular education was 95.5 points, an average of 1.4 points increased. In addition, the proportion of those with 95 or more points classified as high scorers also increased significantly from 51.1% to 69.3%. Conclusion: The X-ray screening rating system of security inspectors will systematically manage the level of screening ability, which is a key job competency, and play a strong role in improving competency, while preventing security accidents through early identification and intensive training of level-lowers.

As a company's network structure is getting bigger and the number of security system is increasing, it is not easy to quickly detect abnormal traffic from huge amounts of security system events. In this paper, We propose traffic visualization analysis system(FDANT-PCSV) that can detect and analyze security events of information security systems such as firewalls in real time. FDANT-PCSV consists of Parallel Coordinates visualization using five factors(source IP, destination IP, destination port, packet length, processing status) and Sankey visualization using four factors(source IP, destination IP, number of events, data size) among security events. In addition, the use of big data-based SIEM enables real-time detection of network attacks and network failure traffic from the internet and intranet. FDANT-PCSV enables cyber security officers and network administrators to quickly and easily detect network abnormal traffic and respond quickly to network threats.

All measures related to the safety of the casino facilities guarantee safety of facilities that are targets of security guards, protect lives and properties, minimize risks of artificial and natural disaster and crimes. In summary, plan for responding to safety and accidents should be developed not only for the casino facilities but also for the facilities of annexed buildings, and lives and properties of customers and employees. Determine areas in the casino facilities that are prone to accidents and set around-the-clock guard in the areas or maintain surveillance with CCTV and prevent accidents through continuous patrol. These are the most basic and the most important requirements in safety. In addition, casinos which prompt gambling are causing economic and psychological treats to families. To resolve these social issues, casinos have adopted limited entrance system. To support this system, new forms of machine security systems such as video automatic recognition system of fingerprint pattern recognition system should be adopted too. In addition, security guards in casino facilities need to instill themselves with a sense of ownership as well as a strong sense of mission to do the best for customer security and to protect the company assets and employees and manage accidents that could occur without notice. Security guards should do their best to enable manage accidents that could occur without notice. Security guards should do their best to enable tourists who are on the rise due to increase in advanced country-style tourism and leisurely activities to get the utmost satisfaction from the casinos, and as a leader of private security company, establish the foundation for security based on the characteristics of security in Korea.

Countries recognize seriousness and concern about aviation terrorism, try to stamp out of it but aviation terrorism has been increasing in the world. Airport security is completely up to the result of security screening for passengers, check-in baggages and cargo at the check point. To complete effectively human and physical screening at the airport, it is essential to secure modernized screening equipment and specialized security screener, and airport security supervisor to supervising them. In this study, A survey conducted to find out the effect on screening equipment operating factors of airport security supervisor's individual attitude. The results of the study are as follow First, the duty view of airport security supervisor meaningfully affect expertise of screening equipment operating factors, satisfaction, reliability, and education and training, national point of view meaningfullly doesn't affect screening equipment operating factors. Second, the working condition effects on the education and training, if the working condition is getting better, intent to change occupation is getting lower. Third, duty stress meaningfully effects on the intent to change occupation, now airport security supervisor works in poor condition. Therefore, airport security supervisor needs to be prude of protecting the airport from the terrorism and various attacks and various kinds of aviation security regulations and procedures and comply with operating standards and keep the life of the country and its people, and needs to change awareness. And It is nessasary for government or airport authority or airline to prepare countermeasure for the improvement of their labor conditions.

According to a research by global IT market research institute IDC, CSIM(Converged Security Information Management) market of Korea was estimated to be 1.7 trillion KRW in 2010, and it has grown approximately 32% every year since. IDC forcasts this size to grow to 12.8 trillion KRW by 2018. Moreover, this case study exemplifies growing importance of CSIM market worldwide. Traditional CSIM solution consists of various security solutions(e.g. firewall, network intrusion detection system, etc.) and devices(e.g. CCTV, Access Control System, etc.). With this traditional solution, the the data collected from these is used to create events, which are then used by the on-site agents to determine and handle the situation. Recent development of IoT industry, however, has come with massive growth of IoT devices, and as these can be used for security command and control, it is expected that the overall amount of event created from these devices will increase as well. While massive amount of events could help determine and handle more situations, this also creates burden of having to process excessive amount of events. Therefore, in this paper, we discuss potential events that can happen in CSIM system and classify them into 3 groups, and present a model that can categorize and process these events effectively to increase overall efficieny of CSIM system.

In this study, we try to present the evolutionary direction with respect to the issue of police martial arts education. First, the facilities for martial arts training and modernization of its proper area $8.5m^2/1$ person should be over. There is a need for facilities that can be trained in various martial arts event takes place. Second, if you look from the perspective of the education program of the police martial arts, martial arts and physical fitness is to be carried out in the separation subject, there is a need for expansion of classes. Third, technical, due to the high learning effect is education, it is necessary to develop a police martial arts materials. Fourth, it is necessary to expand a variety of martial arts professor, appointment of external experts should also try to take into account.

Countries across the globe, including those in Europe, are waging a "war against terrorism" as international terrorist groups such as ISIS and lone-wolf terrorists have unleashed various large-scale attacks on rail infrastructure. Anti-South Korean sentiment exists in Muslim-majority countries because the nation has cooperated with the US for its military interventions in the Middle East, and ISIS has threatened to target South Korea four times since September 9, 2015. In addition, North Korea has been left isolated in the international community with its missile and nuclear tests, while further escalating inter-Korean tension and threatening to strike major facilities and attack important figures in the South. These situations imply that South Korea is no longer immune to terrorist attacks. If the nation fails to prevent or deter such terrorist attacks against rail networks, massive casualties, property damage and social confusion would be unavoidable, deteriorating national and international trust in its counter-terrorism policies. This may lead to a national crisis involving decreases in the number of tourists, dampened interest of foreign investors, and capital flight. This study aims to propose policy measures to enhance railroad security checks, based on the work of railroad police officers, for the sake of protecting citizens and public safety. The suggestions include an incremental expansion of railroad security checks; growth of the railroad police force and adjustment of their policing distribution with other police officers; enhancement of security systems across important rail networks; improvement of the Railroad Safety Act; Southeast Asia, including the corresponding strengthening of the national crackdown illegal immigrants, and plans for pre-emptive and regular cooperation among organizations related to the promotion of security checks and the prevention of terrorist attacks.

철강산업은 대부분의 타 업종의 산업에 기초소재를 제공하는 기간산업으로서 그의 정보화로 인한 파급효과는 국가전체의 경쟁력에 영향을 미칠 정도로 실로 막대하다 할 수 있다. 철강산업의 정보화를 선도하고 있는 포스데이타는 1998년 6월부터 1년여의 기간에 걸쳐 철강업종의 CALS/EC 추진을 위한 1차단계로서 인터넷-EDI/EC 시스템 개발을 완료하였다. 우리는 본 시스템을 철강분야 기본거래업무의 철저한 분석을 바탕으로 구현하여 현업요원들이 즉각 인터넷을 통해 EDI 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하였으며, 인증/보안, 전자지불 등의 기능을 추가하여 인터넷 환경에서 안전하고 편리하게 거래업무를 수행할 수 있도록 하는데 중점을 두었다. 현재 개발 완료한 시스템은 철강분야 국제표준문서 2종을 적용하였고 향후 나머지 철강업무용 표준문서와 거래정보 제공시스템 등의 사용자 편의를 위한 모듈들을 덧붙인다면 철강관련 산업체들을 하나로 묶는 통합철강전자거래 시스템으로써 훌륭히 그 역할을 담당할 수 있으리라 생각된다.
