본 연구에서는 한국공항의 테러방비와 특수경비원들의 효율적 보안검색을 위하여 비정상 행동탐지기법과 관련한 각 국의 프로그램 및 자료를 조사 분석하였다. 그리고 우리나라의 상황에 적합한 한국형 행동탐지기법 프로그램을 개발을 제시하였다. 우선 한국공항 특수경비원들의 비정상 행동탐지기법 도입을 위하여 각국의 프로파일링의 유형과 행동탐지기법을 조사 분석하고 한국형 행동탐지기법 프로그램을 자체 개발하는 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 통하여 국내 항공 테러방비를 위한 비정상행정탐지기법 도입의 필요성과 특수경비원의 보안검색 효율화와 항공보안의 학문적 도약을 위한 기초적 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, As ICT technology develops, cyber attacks are becoming more intelligent and advanced. In order to cope with such cyber attacks, the security control system must be maintained 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Security personnel should be able to respond in real time to cyber attacks through shift work for 24 hours, but the workforce law was revised in 2018 to affect manpower and security control work systems. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an effective security control work system by reducing 52 working hours per week.

School is the place where teenagers spend most of their time, forming friendships and receiving guidance from the teachers. Their life in school is a procedure of learning lessons before advancing into the society. However, in this place of learning, misdeeds such as violence, extortion and bullying are actually happening, some of which developing into suicide, murder and prostitution. For this reason, violence in school, especially, raises concerns as a serious social problem these days. Therefore, this study suggests more practical improvement programs to solve the problem of the violence in school, by first investigating the concept and the actual situation of school violence, and by better understanding the problems resulted from the school violence. The researchers of the study suggest as follows: First is about strengthening the education that builds students' personality, where we investigate the methods of personality education that suit with the current situation and suggest what is necessary to improve them. The second is about expansion of the functioning of families and of the educational role of the household heads, where we argue the importance of education in the family in addition to the education in school, and we suggest the right way for the parents to discipline their children. The third is about expansion of counseling professionals and improving social environment, where we explain the importance of counseling professionals in preventing and solving the issues in school violence and suggest expansion of these professionals and also suggest installation and operation of dedicated counseling room in schools. The fourth is about use of school sheriffs, where we suggest dispatching school sheriffs nationwide and fully use them as a countermeasure against school violence.

The purpose of this paper is to take a look the effect of the physical security level of companies possessing national core technology on security performance and work efficiency. To this end, a survey was set out for about 200 security officers for a month. In the survey, the independent variable was physical security level, the parameter was security performance, and the dependent variable was work efficiency. Reliability analysis, validity analysis, discriminant validity analysis, etc. were analyzed for causality through SPSS. As a result, "Physical Security Level ⇒ Security Performance, Security Performance ⇒ Work Efficiency" was adopted, but "Physical Security Level ⇒ Work Efficiency" was rejected. Therefore, it was found that the physical security level affects work efficiency through security performance, which is a parameter. However, it was found that the physical security level did not directly affect work efficiency. In order to improve work efficiency in the future, improving security performance should be a priority.

Human rights education is to acquire understanding and knowledge about human rights, to develop values, attitudes and character that respect human rights, to develop the ability to overcome human rights violations and discriminatory acts, and to protect and promote the human rights of others. In order to prevent human rights violations of the transportation vulnerable, such as the disabled, it is necessary to develop specialized human rights education plans for aviation security personnel to practice human rights perspectives. Therefore, in accordance with the 「National Civil Aviation Security Education and Training Guidelines」, specialized human rights education should be included in the initial aviation security education and regular education courses. The point is that there is a need to reexamine the aviation security education program for aviation security personnel based on the essential knowledge and educational contents for aviation security personnel to perform security screening tasks in the aviation security education course. When this happens, various efforts must be made to improve the human rights of the transportation vulnerable, such as the disabled, during the security screening process, so that human rights violations will be significantly reduced. In particular, it is necessary to enhance the ability to detect dangerous terrorist items such as weapons or explosives that can be used for illegal sabotage through practical security screening training. For aviation security and aircraft safety, efforts to improve the quality of aviation security personnel training, such as human rights training, must be continuously made while thoroughly preparing for terrorism in advance.

The purpose of this study is to find the development of the examination security business plan based on the problem that guards are now aware of examination security service. To achieve the purpose of this study, the interview was conducted by interviewing interviews with five field related graduates and seven field specialists who are currently engaged in the examination for more than six years. The guard who perform national examination security service proposed a development plan of national examination security services as follows. First, the security guards at the national examination must complete an education program suitable for the nature of the workplace. Second, disaster and emergency response training should be added. Third, national examination security guards should be provided with mental training, search equipment and advanced equipment. Fourth, The National Examination Security Service should be specified in the Security Law so that laws and regulations can actively respond. Fifth, the related organization (contracting party) must raise the cost of service according to reality after realizing the property. Sixth, The national security service should ensure that security guards who have completed the security guards' training will be recruited.

The whole world is anxious that aircraft could be used as a tool for terrorism after 9/11. The disappearance of Malaysia Airlines is again adding to fears about aircraft. Because these aircraft attacks cause many human casualties, the purpose of the study is to analyze the problems in the current air security system and to present alternatives. The methodology of the study used a literature research methodology to review the current status of aircraft terrorism and related regulations, such as current aviation-related laws and anti-terrorism laws, and prior studies. The purpose of the Chapter is to present an aviation security system that promotes the safety of air traffic through the prevention of aircraft terror by presenting the roles and improvement measures of aviation security personnel, foreign police officers, intelligence agencies, and legal blind spots and flaws.

Cyber threats on the Internet are tremendously increasing and their techniques are also evolving constantly. Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is one of the powerful solutions for detecting and analyzing the cyber attacks in realtime. Most organizations deploy it into their networks and operate it for security monitoring and response service. However, IDS has a fatal problem in that it raises a large number of alerts and most of them are false positives. In order to cope with this problem, many approaches have been proposed for the purpose of automatically identifying whether the IDS alerts are caused by real attacks or not. In this paper, we present an alert verification method based on correlation analysis between vulnerability inspection results for real systems that should be protected and the IDS alerts. In addition, we carry out practical experiments to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed verification method using two types of real data, i.e., the IDS alerts and the vulnerability inspection results.

본 연구는 중요시설 보안검색에서 기초가 되는 X-ray검색에서 판독요원들의 판독능력 향상 방법에 대한 연구를 목적으로 한다. 특히 색상과 구조로 판독하는 지금의 방법에서 대부분 폭발물에 대한 기초지식만으로 판독이 진행되고 있어 폭발물의 구조이해의 필요성을 강조하고 폭발물의 구조이해가 X-ray 판독능력 향상에 도움이 될 것이라는 가설을 설정하여 연구 과제를 도출하고 있다.

Travel by airplane using airport in globalized modern society is familiar to our life but such airport can be a target of terrorists who would threaten our safety. However, aviation terrorism which is represented by 9.11 terror gives horror beyond our imagination to modern people. Since the first airplane hijacking in Peru in 1931 happened, security organization in each nation has taken various prevention measures to block aviation terrorism. The most realistic measures to prevent aviation terrorism would be security check activity to control approach of terrorist that passengers on airplane and cargos are checked to find out dangerous article like explosive etc. But security check activity in Korea shifted to security check activity focused on private security for efficiency of airport operation differently from security check activity in advanced countries where public interests is strengthened according to risk of terror after 9.11 system. That is, since Incheon airport opened in March 2001, security check system focused on the police was changed. Now Incheon international airport Corporation instructs and supervises security check job and private security personnel are in charge of actual security check activity. But this check system has limitation in blocking terror activity by terrorists which is systematized and intelligent as time passes due to deteriorated job satisfaction of private security personnel and confusing supervising system. Accordingly, it is suggested to introduce risk management skill which is one of management strategy of private corporation for security check activity to prevent terror activity. With this skill, risk factors of aviation terror are identified and analyzed regularly, and each process such as setting of priority, activity to reduce risk, and assessment of security is carried out. And it would be necessary to do efforts, for example, to properly change level of security check according to threat of terror such as to place policeman at airport security in case threat of terror is severe. On the other hand, it is necessary to establish national police organization for good communication of security check activity in field and supervising function, which can encourage systematization and specialization of aviation security job.
