A network of Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) will be required to carry the traffics(CVR, VBR, UBR. ABR) generated by a wide range of services ATM services the Quality-of-Service (QoS) management of traffice sources and bandwidth. Besides efficiency and throughput, the security services are achieved in the traffic sent in ATM network. In this paper, the scheduler evaluate and the packets sent in ATM security group. The scheduler transmits the safty packet, drop the unsafty packet and evaluate mark packet as the requirement of the delay. In this paper, we propose the scheduling algorithm of mark packet which evaluates the packet. The suggested model performance of the firewall switch is estimate simulation in terms of the delay by computer.

언제 어디서나 은행 업무를 처리할 수 있는 모바일 뱅킹 서비스는 모바일 환경의 급속한 성장으로 인해 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 새로운 채널로 부각되는 모바일 뱅킹서비스의 이용을 확대하기 위해서, 모바일 서비스 특성이 모바일 뱅킹 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 정보기술의 수용 요인 분석에 유용한 TAM 모형을 기반으로 모바일 서비스 특성을 나타내는 즉시 연결성, 보안, 놀이성을 추가하였다. 또한, 모바일 서비스에 대한 개인의 신념이 모바일 뱅킹 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다.

To achieve web application security goals effectively by providing web security features such as information leakage prevention, web application firewall system must be able to achieve the goal of enhancing web site security and providing secure services. Therefore, it is necessary to study the security evaluation of web application firewall system based on related standards. In this paper, we analyze the requirements of the base technology and security quality of web application firewall, and established the security evaluation criteria based on the international standards for software product evaluation. Through this study, it can be expected that the security quality level of the web application firewall system can be confirmed and the standard for enhancing the quality improvement can be secured. As a future research project, it is necessary to continuously upgrade evaluation standards according to international standards that are continuously changing.

As the Internet has been growing, WWW(World Wide Web) based services were popularized and users using the service were increased excessively. Recently, the instances of communications between the applications and interaction applications using the Web services in the implementation of the business logics among the enterprises are spread widely. Therefore, it has been emphasized quality and security of web services. In this paper, we described standard trends for web servises. And we analyzed the security policies to protect user's informations. Eventually, We described a security enhancement method for web service.

User Generated Content(이하 UGC)는 웹사이트 이용자에 의해 생산된 콘텐츠를 일컫는 말로, 미디어 조직에 속하지 않은 일반인들의 비직업적 활동의 산물로서 웹 공간에 공표한 콘텐츠를 의미한다. 본 연구는 UGC가 활성화되기 위해서 풀어야 할 과제를 도출하고, 도출된 요인을 바탕으로 개선된 형태의 UGC 웹 서비스 품질(Web Service Quality)의 최적화된 모형을 제시하고자 한다. UGC 웹서비스 품질은 정보성, 디자인, 통신환경, 커뮤니티, 실재감, 보안성 등의 6가지 요인으로 나누어 고객 만족도와 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였고, 고객 만족도와 고객 충성도 간에 매개 변수로서 관여도를 두어 고객 만족도와 고객 충성도간의 영향 요인을 온라인상 UGC 사용 및 이용 경험이 있는 사용자 총 355명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 연구하였다. 연구 결과, UGC 웹서비스 품질 요인으로 정보성, 디자인, 통신환경, 커뮤니티, 실재감, 보안성은 모두 고객 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 고객 만족도는 고객 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 고객 만족도 또한 관여도에 영향을 미친다. 매개 변수로서 관여도는 고객 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality factors that consumers perceive during their purchasing product on Internet Shopping Mall. The study defines the characteristic quality dimensions of Internet Shopping Mall by adding three dimensions consisting of convenience, security and entertainment to PZB's SERVQUAL scale. Consumers' purchase process on Internet Shopping Mall is examined by finding the relation between their perceived risk factor and repurchase intention. The study results show that consumers' higher appraisal degree on service quality means their higher repurchase intentions, their lower perceived risks degree. The repurchase intentions and the perceived risks degree have negative correlation. The more consumers have experienced buying on Internet Shopping Mall, the higher consumer assess service quality, they have higher repurchase intention and lower perceived risk. The most basic contribution is that new service quality dimensions, which is able to clarify service quality on Cyber Mall, is identified with the established PZB(I988; 1991)'s SERVQUAL dimensions.

IPTV is well known services of TPS (Triple play service). Since TPS supplies the bundle service, service providers can supply low-priced services for their subscribers. To supply high quality contents stably, it is an essential requirement to make payment for the services. According to the type of services, either CAS or DRM is used to protect the pay-contents service. Also IPTV uses or will use these security systems to protect the service. In this paper, we will describe security problems when a IPTV service provider chooses either CAS or DRM, and then propose a new security system to solve the problems.

VoIP is a service that changes the analogue audio signal into a digital signal and then transfers the audio information to the users after configuring it as a packet; and it has an advantage of lower price than the existing voice call service and better extensibility. However, VoIP service has a system structure that, compared to the existing PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network), has poor call quality and is vulnerable in the security aspect. To make up these problems, TLS service was introduced to enhance the security. In practical system, however, since QoS problem occurs, it is necessary to develop the VoIP security system that can satisfy QoS at the same time in the security aspect. In this paper, a user authentication VoIP system that can provide a service according to the security and the user through providing a differential service according to the approach of the users by adding AA server at the step of configuring the existing VoIP session is suggested. It was found that the proposed system of this study provides a quicker QoS than the TLS-added system at a similar level of security. Also, it is able to provide a variety of additional services by the different users.

Ubiquitous service environment is poor in reliability of connection and has a high probability that the intrusion and the system failure may occur. Therefore, in the environment, the capability of a system to collectively accomplish its mission in spite of active intrusions and various failure scenarios, that is, the survivability of services are needed. In this paper, we analyze the Jgroup/ARM framework that was developed in order to help the development of fault- tolerant Jini services. More importantly, we propose an intrusion-tolerant Jini service architecture to satisfy the security availability and quality of services on the basis of the analysis. The proposed architecture is able to protect a Jini system not only from faults such as network partitioning or server crash, but also from attacks exploiting flaws. It is designed to provides performance enough to show a low response latency so as to support seamless service usage. Through the experiment on a test-bed, we have confirmed that the architecture is able to provide high security and availability at the level that degraded services quality is ignorable.
