This study analyzed and verified panel data based on CSMAR (China Stock Market & Accounting Research) DB from 2002 to 2014 in order to find out significant differences of conservative accounting before and after Chinese companies adopted international accounting standards. Financial changes in companies can occur at the point of change in accounting standards, and as the difference would affect conservative accounting, it is important to understand conservatism in financial transaction. In this study, earnings per share and price, return on equity, and debt ratio were measured. As a result of analysis, conservative accounting has increased after the introduction of accounting standards, and as the debt ratio was higher, the proportion of conservative accounting was higher. Thus, at a certain point of change in accounting standards, companies apply conservative accounting in order to improve reliability in an unstable future financial environment. Therefore, this study is expected not only to practically influence business practice in changes in GAAP rules but also to provide useful guidance for future studies.

Factors which affect largely the economics of lighting system, are initial installation costs, maintenance costs, energy costs as so on. In these costs, maintenance cost, lamp replacement labor cost, luminaire cleaning cost et al. so the economics of lighting system are evaluated different by maintenance planning. It is important to evaluate which lighting system would be economically advantageous in a initial design. In this study, the importance of maintenance factor is verified by the evaluations of the economics of lighting systems while maintenance factor is varied composition factors in ZCM which is used to calculate the average illuminance.

본 연구는 미청구공사의 테마감리 지정으로 인해 해당 기업의 보수주의 성향이 증가하였는지 검증한다. 미청구공사에 대한 테마감리 대상지정 배경은 공사 진행률 과대산정 및 평가의 적정성 문제로 회계적 의혹의 적정성에서부터 출발하였다. 미청구공사 금액 계산 시 밀접하게 연관되는 공사진행률은 경영자의 재량적 판단이 반영될 수 있다. 만약 경영자가 이익을 상향할 목적으로 진행률을 부풀린다면 미청구공사가 과다하게 인식되는 문제가 발생한다. 이러한 문제점은 2013년 일부 건설업계의 어닝쇼크를 비롯하여 수주산업에서의 회계부실 문제가 사회적으로 큰 이슈가 되었다. 특히 조선업과 건설업의 잇달은 부실과 함께 미청구공사와 관련된 회계 불투명성이 크게 드러나는 등 회계자료에 대한 불신이 증가되었다. 이로 인해 미청구공사 과대계상 이슈는 금융감독원의 테마감리 대상으로 지정되었다. 본 연구의 실증분석 방법은 2012년부터 2017년까지 Basu(1997)의 보수주의 측정 모형을 이용하여 미청구공사 금액을 반영하기 전과 후를 비교하여 동 기업의 보수주의 회계처리에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 중요분석 결과로는 테마감리 지정 이후에 미청구공사에 대한 보수적 회계처리가 유의하게 증가되었다. 이를 통해 테마감리 지정 목적인 미청구공사금액의 과대계상 금지와 공시 강화라는 측면에서 그 실효성을 확인하였다.

방위산업분야의 항공기용 전자장비는 신뢰성 설계를 위하여 MIL규격이나 실측된 PSD데이터를 이용하여 보수적으로 설계하는 것이 일반적이다. 하나의 프로젝트에서 개발되는 PCB는 수십 종에 이르고 그 장착위치나 설계변경이 병행되므로 PSD랜덤 진동해석의 대안으로 등가정적해석을 수행하게 된다. 등가정적해석결과의 보수성을 확인하기 위하여 PSD랜덤진동해석으로부터 추출된 정규분포를 갖는 각 방향 응력에 대해 Monte Carlo모의를 수행하여 결과를 비교분석하였다. 결론적으로 PSD랜덤진동 해석의 대안으로 등가정적해석결과의 유용성과 보수성을 통계적으로 비교하였고 실험을 통하여 결과의 타당성을 보였다.

As the research about supplementary education of radiological technologist who works in medical clinics, this study was conducted to draw the improvements by analyzing the satisfaction level and problems of the supplementary education. During November 01, 2016 to April 30, 2017, after we distributed a total of 150 questionnaires for the survey to radiological technologists working at medical clinics located in Changwon-si, Gyoungsangnam province, 106 questionnaires suitable for research were analysis by using SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis software. As the sociodemographic characteristics, the age, gender, working period, level of education, and working department were used. And As the welfare factors, working environment, financial support, educational opportunity, medical support, working culture, etc. were used. As the satisfaction factors, 21 items such as system, subject, help, appropriateness of lecturer selection, professionalism were used. And as the problem factors, 18 items such as place, transportation, diversity, administrative treatment, education promotion, proceed method were used. Consequentially, the satisfaction level(3.02 point) of the supplementary education were confirmed as normal level. And the problems(3.18 point) of the supplementary education was analyzed a little higher. The supplementary education is the mandatory education that any health and medical service personnel must complete every three years for license re-issuance. There were many opinions that the supplementary education for radiologists working in various medical institutions did not meet the education level of radiologists working in the medical clinics. In order to improve the satisfaction of the supplementary education of medical clinic's radiological technologist, it should be improved the quality of education through a practical education program that reflects various opinions and improvements on conservative education.

In this study, the productivity factors of software maintenance are categorized into the three areas such as maintainer characteristics, software technical characteristics and maintenance environment characteristics. And the various regression analyses are performed for searching the most significant model by using actual project's data. At conclusion, an linear model including new variables derived from factor analysis to estimate the effort for software maintenance project is suggested.

노후된 상수도 관망의 최적개량 계획수립을 위하여 국내에서 가장 많이 쓰이는 모형은 관거의 교체, 갱생, 유지보수 비용 등과 같은 인자를 이용한 경제성분석에 의한 모형이다. 국내 적용된 대부분의 모형은 Shamir 등(1979)의 모형을 근간으로 하고 있으나, 모형에서 사용되는 여러 인자 중 관거의 유지보수 비용에 대한 국내 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 6년간의 대구광역시 지역의 누수보수기록자료를 이용해 국내 적용 가능한 유지보수 비용 함수를 유도하였다.

신배전정보시스템은 국가적 차원에서 수행중인 지리정보시스템(Geographic Information System, GIS)을 기반으로 계획, 설계, 공사관리, 설비운영의 단계로 순환하는 배전업무의 특성에 따라 순시, 점검, 측정 등 현장업무에 정보체계 표준화를 이룩하고 이를 근거로 수집된 정보의 종합분석을 통해 경제적이고 합리적인 투자와 보수계획 수립이 가능하게끔 지원하는 종합시스템이다. 또한, 배전기동보수업무는 배전선로의 순시점검과 설비의 개 보수, 각종 측정과 점검, 사고와 고장 처리, 설비와 부하관리 등을 포함하는 중요한 업무 중의 하나이다. 그러므로, 이런 업무를 종합배전시스템에 연계함으로써 종합배전시스템의 장점을 기동보수시스템에서 충분히 활용하고, 또한 기동보수시스템의 핵심자료를 종합배전시스템과 연계함으로써 배전정보를 체계적이고 종합적으로 활용하는 것이 가능하다. 이를 통해 업무 생산성이 향상되고 사용자 운영의 편의성이 증대되기를 기대한다.

소프트웨어 생명주기 중 가장 많은 비용이 유지보수 개발에서 발생한다. 대형 소프트웨어 시스템의 운영 유지보수 표준은 ISO/IEC 20000 으로 프로세스통합운영 및 개선활동 중심이어서 유지보수 개발에 대한 SR(Service Request) 처리시 개발 표준 및 구체적 절차가 미비하다. 그러나 대형 소프트웨어 시스템 구축 개발 시 많이 채택하고 있는 CMMI-DEV 표준을 ISO/IEC 20000 유지보수 조직 및 팀원이 내제화를 함으로써 유지보수 개발의 상호 보완적 프로세스로 명세 명확화 및 품질을 제고할 수 있고, 생산성과 효율성을 증대할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 20000 유지보수 조직이 운영하고 있는 표준절차에 CMMI-DEV 표준 프로세스를 상호보완적으로 매칭한 표준절차를 적용한 통합모델을 제안한다. ISO/IEC 20000 모델의 개발단계에 CMMI-DEV 프로세스 모델을 적용한 통합 모델을 구축하고 실제 프로젝트에 적용하여 본 연구의 실효성을 검증한다.
