  • 노후된 상수도 관망의 최적개량 계획수립을 위하여 국내에서 가장 많이 쓰이는 모형은 관거의 교체, 갱생, 유지보수 비용 등과 같은 인자를 이용한 경제성분석에 의한 모형이다. 국내 적용된 대부분의 모형은 Shamir 등(1979)의 모형을 근간으로 하고 있으나, 모형에서 사용되는 여러 인자 중 관거의 유지보수 비용에 대한 국내 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 6년간의 대구광역시 지역의 누수보수기록자료를 이용해 국내 적용 가능한 유지보수 비용 함수를 유도하였다.

  • It is known that the operation and maintenance cost is generally higher than the acquisition cost of rolling stocks. It is very important for reducing the operation and maintenance cost to acquire the rolling stocks which are well designed with regard to the operation and maintenance cost. Therefore life cycle cost including the operation and maintenance cost is needed to be considered from the acquisition phase. This article presents a procedure and a model for life cycle cost which are applicable to the acquisition of rolling stocks.

  • Maintainability of highways is an important problem that is considered in the planning steps of a highway development process. A number of asset management systems have been developed to precisely predict maintenance and pavement expenditures for better decision making, But these systems are not helpful in reducing maintenance costs. Optimization of some highway design characteristics in the planning phases may reduce maintenance costs over the life cycle of highway. The formulations for initial and maintenance costs have been developed based on which design variables can be chosen to minimize these costs, focusing on the sideslope in cut and fill sections. Maintenance cost has been represented as a function of sideslope, width of highway cross section, and annual average daily traffic. A real geographic database of between Chung joo and Sang joo city in Choong buk was used and it is presented to investigate the sensitivities of maintenance cost and soil characteristics in selecting alignments. In this study, we present that maintenance cost and soil characteristics are important considerations in alignment optimization.

  • Software industry has put more emphasis on maintenance and enhancement work than on the new development. The existing effort estimation models can still be applied to maintenance projects, though modifications are needed. This paper suggests a way to estimate the size of a maintenance project from the regression analysis of ISBSG's benchmarking data. First of all, among the 3 elements(addition, modification and deletion of the program) which influences the software cost, we selected and classified 4 groups from a total of 8 which shows actual maintenance cost from ISBSG's data. Moreover, we developed statistical model and a model which uses RBF(Radial Basis Function) Network and after evaluating each functions we concluded that the RBF Network is superior to the statistical model.

An Analysis of Maintenance Cost of Preventive Optimized-Rehabilitation Area Method in Asphalt Concrete Pavement (예방적 최소단면 보수공법 적용 아스팔트 도로포장의 유지관리 비용분석)

  • The paper presents the economic analysis of optimized-rehabilitation area method considered as one of the preventive maintenance methods in asphalt concrete pavement. The optimized-rehabilitation area was selected based on the analysis of traffic lane characteristics. The main concept of the selected method was to minimize the maintenance cost. The effective width of traffic lane in this method was 70 cm of each wheel path. According to the traffic survey conducted in this research, more than 95% of vehicles passed within the width of each wheel path. The new preventive optimized-rehabilitation area method showed less maintenance cost than the conventional overlay. In addition, traffic congestions and the user cost can be reduced. The research results revealed that the total maintenance cost was reduced by 35% by using the new method compare to the conventional one.

  • Under the law of Management of Apartment Complexes, the Apartment Supplier should satisfy the demands of residents for the repair of defects found in Apartment Housing. But in the cost of defect repair, the expense of resident complaints is not included, and only the actual defect repair expense is counted. So in this study, the actual use state of defect deposits for 3 years after moving in is analyzed based on the actual use data of 39 apartment complexes. The study shows that more than 50% of defect repair deposits are spent to satisfy expenses arising from complaints by residents. This is not only caused by irrational demands of residents, but also by the adoption of a stopgap policy by Apartment Suppliers.

  • 일본, 유럽 및 미국 등의 선진국에서는 전력인프라가 거의 정비되어, 새로운 전력설비에 대한 투자보다 설비의 유지 보수$\cdot$점검비용의 비율이 더 커져가고 있다. 이러한 환경 하에 정기적인 유지보수$\cdot$점검에 요하는 비용, 사고시의 복구에 소요되는 비용 및 정전으로 인한 손실 등을 포함하여 라이프사이클 코스트의 최적화가 논의되고 있다. 유지보수$\cdot$점검에 대하여는 종래의 정기적인 유지보수(Time Based Maintenance : TBM)에서 상태대응 유지보수(Condition Based Maintenance : CBM)에로의 이행으로 비용을 삭감하려는 시도도 진전되고 있다. 이 때문에 전력설비의 상태를 파악할 수 있는 적절한 센서의 설치와 저가격의 가반형 센서의 도입도 추진되고 있다. 또한 설비의 진단장치를 차에 실은 이동진단차의 도입도 시작되고 있어, 복수의 전력소를 순회하며 효율 좋은 유지보수$\cdot$점검을 할 수 있게 되었다. EH 변전소의 무인화에 따라 정전시간 단축을 위해 사고 시에 원방복구조작이 가능한 고장점 표정장치도 도입되고 있다. 최근에는 SF${_6}$가스의 환경문제도 화제가 되어 가스를 대기 중에 방출하는 일 없이 고장구분을 표정할 수 있는 분해가스센서도 개발되었다.

Study on the Maintenance Cost of Railway Infrastructure Using Line Classification and TMV Data (선로등급 및 검측차 검측정보를 고려한 철도시설 유지보수비용 산정에 관한 연구)

  • During the feasibility study of new rail lines, maintenance cost of railway infrastructure has mostly been estimated based on the track length and on simplified parameters; however, the estimation reliability can be improved by employing the correction factor from UIC 715, as well as the line classification in UIC 714. The correlations between maintenance cost and various parameters such as weighted track length based on line classification, radius of curvature, gradient and worn -out rate have been analyzed according to the case studies. Prediction of the maintenance cost has been carried out using the cost data, which were representative of the whole cost data; as a result, it was demonstrated that a cost model based on the line classification and the correction factor was more reliable than the existing models. Furthermore, possibilities of using data from both the track measurement vehicle and from the maintenance information system, which are under development, have been investigated and, based on this investigation, a combined cost model using line classification, radius of curvature, gradient and worn-out rate, among other factors, will be proposed in the near future.

  • 현재 배전부분도 사업부체제로 진행됨에 따라 구역 및 지역별로 배전계통을 운영하는 경쟁체제에 돌입하게 되었다. 또한 각 사업부별로 예산을 추진하여 배전계통을 운영하게 되며 배분된 예산으로 배전계통의 신뢰도 및 경제적 운영을 일정 수준으로 유지하여 타 사업부와 사업성을 경쟁해야 한다. 특히, 각 배전 사업부별로 경쟁해야 하므로 최소의 비용으로 최대의 유지보수 효과를 얻을 수 있는 방법을 개발해야 하며, 비용을 최소로 하여 최적의 점검 주기를 찾는 문제는 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 최적 유지보수 기기 선정과 최적 유지보수 주기를 결정하는데 있어서 적합한 기법인 배전 계통 유지보수 기법(Reliability Centered Maintenance, RCM)을 이용하였다. 이의 구현을 위하여 Markov chain 기법을 배전 계통 기기의 유지보수 모델에 적합하도록 수정하여 유지보수에 필요한 비용과 기기의 고장으로 인하여 발생할 수 있는 정전비용 등을 고려하여 최적의 점검 주기를 결정하고자 한다. 제안된 RCM의 알고리즘은 Dynamic Programming을 이용하여 점검 및 유지보수에 필요한 기기를 결정하는 부분과 유지보수의 실행 여부를 결정하는 decision 부분으로 되어있다. 사례연구를 통하여 본 논문에서 제안된 알고리즘의 적용가능성을 살펴보았다.

A Study on the Life Cycle Cost Calculation of the Railroad Vehicle Based on the Maintenance Information (철도차량 유지보수정보를 이용한 수명주기비용 계산 연구)

  • Life cycle costing is one of the most effective approaches for the cost analysis of long-life products such as the railroad vehicle. Life cycle costing includes the cost of concept design, development, manufacture, operation, maintenance and disposal. Especially, life cycle costing in the railroad industry has been focused on the maintenance cost. In this paper, the standard, guide and maintenance information of railroad vehicle were investigated, and the unique corrective and preventive maintenance templates of railroad vehicle were proposed. Maintenance cost of an auxiliary power supply system of EMU was predicted by using the proposed templates. The results show that the preventive maintenance, PM, cost is much higher compare to corrective maintenance, CM, cost because of daily and monthly maintenance tasks which require lots of labor work. It is expected that these templates can help railroad operators make maintenance strategies with consideration of the cost parameter.
