548 thousand apartment houses of Seoul has been used over 15 years and remodeling is available. It is 42% of the overall apartment houses currently and it is assumed to increase to 800 thousand in 2015. The maintenance work is divided to reconstruction and remodeling. Due to the regulations of the government, expansion remodelling has been the most considered alternative. However, 75% of the extension remodelling, yet, are in the preliminary phases. Thus, this study suggests factors hampering the vitalization of extension remodelling and solutions for each factor by means of Delphi analysis method.

Though the air-conditioners in each train model have almost identical function, there is incompatibility between them because of their different electric capacity and parts, even spares manufactures are different in the manufactured year. It cause over cost in the maintenance and repair of the each air-conditioner. In this paper, all the air-conditioners in each train model have been classified by their capacity and features so that grasp the operation status and the repair process of the air-conditioners, and draft systematically cost-effective solutions. By finding a way to deal with the emergency repair and extending the air-conditioner life though improvement of checking up progress, increase of passenger revenue can be reached considerably.

The ICS, Intercom is the equipment which mixes and distributes the audio signal from other LRUs and plays the Voice Messages. Henceforth, it is of immense contributory importance to the pilots. Especially, the audio routing, which controls On/Off mode of each audio channel, is significant in executing a pilots' mission. But the audio routing process is quite complicated as it has the interface combination of many control signals. Underthecondition, the exceptional handling becomes difficult, which decreases maintainability and productivity. In the present work, to prevent such a situation, the author suggests amethodology,whichwillhavealower impact when the software is changed and provides high maintainability and productivity for audio routing processing.

The purpose of this study is to enhance the satisfaction of paramedics on the refreshment training by identifying the status and requests of 389 Grade I and II paramedics who participated in refreshment training and providing appropriate training according to job requirements, and to provide basic materials for the effective operation. From the study, in 'Status and Difference of Refreshment Training of Grade I and II Paramedics', statistically significant items were found to be 'Satisfaction level of Refreshment Training'(p=0.002), 'Training should be separated according to qualifications.'(p=0.000),'Refreshment training registration fee was appropriate.'(p=0.027), 'Necessity level of evaluation after the refreshment training'(p=0.007). The most appropriate theme for refreshment training' was found to be ALS among Grade I (42.3%) and Grade II (31.1%), but it was not statistically significant (p=0.224). In 'Refreshment Training Enhancement Requirements', both Grade I (29.5%) and Grade II (31.2%) paramedics wanted 'qualitative enhancement of contents' most, which was not statistically significant (p=0.664). Additionally, 'the most appropriate theme for refreshment training' was found to be ALS in 'hospitals' (46.3%) and 'non-hospitals' (28.6), and comparing to 'hospitals' 'non-hospitals' showed approximately 12% higher requirements on 'Laws and the latest medical information'. According to results, it is recommended to separate training for Grade I and Grade II paramedics and reflect requests of the field to refreshment training so as to enhance the quality and satisfaction of refreshment training.

신규 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스를 효과적으로 제공하기 위한 새로운 망구조 및 전승기술들이 도입되면서, 이러한 시설들 관리할 새로운 시스템들이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비대칭 디지털 가입자망을 유지보수관리하기 위한 전산화 방안에 대하여 기술한다. 먼저 성능 감시 및 감독을 위한 객체를 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 시험 관리시스템 및 시험 드라이버의 구조 및 기능을 설계한다. 마지막으로 시험 통신 프로토콜을 정의하고 시험응답의 예를 통한 정보요소 내용을 기술한다.

그 동안 군은 1970년대부터 전력증강의 일환으로 각종 무기체계 연구개발 사업을 추진해 오면서 무기체계에 내장되는 소프트웨어의 중요성을 인식하고 있었음에도 불구하고 하드웨어 위주의 무기체계획득관리 업무로 인하여 소프트웨어 개발관리 소홀로 무기체계 배치 후 유지보수에 막대한 시간과 비용이 투입되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 최근 무기체계에 사용되는 소프트웨어에 대한 품질보증 및 형상관리 활동 강화의 일환으로 무기/비무기체계 내장형 소프트웨어에 대한 관리지침(안)을 제정하려는 움직임을 앞으로 군이 무기체계를 운용함에 있어 성능은 물론 무기체계의 신뢰성, 유지보수성을 확보하기 위한 관점에서 볼 때 매우 시기 적절한 방향이라 하겠다.

국내 가압경수로 가압기 안전밸브는 운영기술지침서에 따라 운전 중과 같은 환경조건에서 압력설정치(2,485 psig) 시험을 수행하도록 규정되어 있다. 가압기 안전 밸브는 일정한 주기로 압력설정치 시험이 수행되고 있으나, 시험시의 주변 온도, 사용 유체 등 그 시험 조건에 따라 압력설정 허용치 $\pm$1% 이상의 편차가 발생할 수 있음이 확인되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 압력설정치 시험시의 주변온도 상태에 따른 설정치 변동 사례를 조사하고, 보수 후 압력설정치 조정을 위한 대체 방안과 그 문제점을 고찰하였다.

기존의 객체기술은 재사용성과 유지보수 측면에서 많은 문제를 안고 있다. 해결책으로 여러 가지가 제시되었으나 그 중 객체지향 프레임웍을 기반으로 하여 시스템의 복잡도와 급증하는 크기 그리고 개방형 시스템의 구축 시에 발생하는 여러 가지 난제를 해결하고자 하였다. 그러나 프레임웍 연구는, 대부분 컴포넌트나 객체단위의 재사용성을 극대화하는데 초점이 맞추어져 있어서 소프트웨어의 유연성(flexibility)에 관한 문제는 별로 다루어지지 않고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 논문은 소프트웨어 시스템 아키텍쳐 수준에서와 유지보수 차원의 유연성을 확보하는 방안으로 '핫 스팟 어댑터 모델'을 제안하고자 한다.

고속 데이터 통신 시장은 이미 대규모 시장을 형성하고 있으며, 이에 발맞추어 다양한 형태의 서비스(오락, 멀티미디어 통화, VoD, EoD, IPTV 등)가 상용화되었거나 상용화를 눈앞에 두고 있는 실정에 있다. 이러한 서비스들은 네트워크화된 다양한 단말장치를 통해 이루어지게 되는데, 서비스가 고도화되면 될수록 관련 단말장치의 설치나 유지보수의 복잡도가 증가되며, 이는 곧 서비스 제공자와 서비스 사용자에게 각각 원가상승과 서비스 사용료의 상승으로 이어 지게 된다. 따라서 단말장치의 설치비나 유지보수비 절감이 사업의 성패를 좌우할 수 있으며, 이를 위한 다양한 노력들이 진행 중에 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 노력들의 일환으로 진행되고 있는 몇 가지 표준들에 대해 서술하고, 이들을 기반으로 하는 디지털 홈 관리방안에 대해 논하고자 한다.

비즈니스 지식은 기업 업무 수행에 필요한 제반 지식들을 포괄적으로 의미하는 것으로 업무수칙, 수행방안 규정 등을 포함하며, ERP CRM 등 기업 응용 시스템 내의 프로그램 코드 내에 혼재되어 구축되어 왔다. 이러한 기업 응용 시스템은 급변하는 경영환경에 따라 비즈니스 지식의 변화로 잦은 수정 등 유지보수의 어려움과 개발에 많은 시간이 소요된다. 규칙관리 시스템은 기업 어플리케이션에 혼재 되어 있는 비즈니스 지식을 규칙의 형태로 분리하여 개발시간의 단축 및 유지보수의 용이성 등 전체적인 시스템의 품질 향상을 가능하게 한다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 지식의 규칙 표현과, 이를 이용한 규칙관리 시스템 설계 및 구현 방안을 제시한다.
