e-Learning 분야는 정부, 기업, 학교 등 많은 조직에서 교육을 위한 수단으로 사용되어지고 있다. 이러한 e-Learning은 독립적인 운영플렛폼의 개발부터 웹 기반의 코스웨어(Courseware)까지 발전해왔다. 코스웨어는 컴퓨터 전달 체제를 통하여 교수-학습 과정을 촉진시켜 명시된 교수 목표 하에 학습자의 지식과 기능의 바람직한 변화를 목적으로 설계 및 개발된 교육용 소프트웨어와 데이터라고 할 수 있다. 또한 컴퓨터 언어 및 저작도구(Authoring Tools)를 이용하여 각 과목별 교육내용을 음성, 그림, 애니메이션, 동영상 등의 다양한 형태로 제시될 수 있도록 저작된 프로그램으로 주로 눈으로 보고 귀로 들으면서 학습하는 유형이다. 현재 코스웨어에서 제공되는 정보는 학습에 대한 정보와 교수정보 그리고 Client의 학습 진행 상황 등을 제공한다. 하지만 학습에 연관된 다른 학습이나 학습에 관련된 교수들의 전공정보, 또한 학습에 관련된 어플리케이션 등을 검색하려 할 때는 하나하나 따로 검색을 해야 하는 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 학습에 대한 목적과 관련학습, 관련교수, 관련연구, 관련 어플리케이션 등의 연관성을 토픽맵(TopicMap)을 이용하여 학습에 대한 더 정확한 정보를 쉽게 검색할 수 있게 한다. Client가 찾으려는 토픽을 중심으로 연관된 토픽과 카테고리를 나열하여 수작업으로 인한 검색시간과 잘못된 키워드 검색을 해결하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of organization citizenship behavior of casino employees and organization commitment, organization commitment and customer orientation, organization citizenship behavior and customer orientation. In order to analyze data of this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted with employees of casino in Gangwon-do. This study considers organization citizenship behavior of casino employees and examines the method of enhancement of organization citizenship behavior, organization commitment and customer orientation for development of casino industry. The results of the study were as follows. First, organization citizenship behavior had a statistically significant effect on citizenship, sportsmanship. Second, organization commitment had a statistically significant effect on customer orientation. Third, altruism and sportsmanship had statistically significant effects on customer orientation, citizenship had a statistically significant effect on satisfaction of customer need, conscientious action had a statistically significant effect on customer reception service.

Serious games allow learners to experience situations that are impossible in the real world for various purposes. To date the major applications of serious games include military, government, education, corporate and healthcare applications. This paper aims to provide an overview of the applications of serious games for various health-related purposes, particularly for Health and Medicine education, health risk prevention, behavioral intervention, and disease self-management. These games identified numerous papers reporting empirical evidence about the impacts and outcomes. There is potential promise for serious games to improve health outcomes. We discuss implications of using serious games for health-related purposes and future direction for research in this area.

Neurilemmomas are benign nerve sheath tumors derived from Schwann cells that rarely occur in the chest wall. Neurilemmomas of the chest wall are usually solitary lesions that bulge toward the pleural cavity. Neurilemmomas are confirmed histologically based on the presence of Verocay bodies, Antoni A and Antoni B tissue patterns and S-100 protein. Bilateral neurilemmomas in the chest wall are extremely rare, as are those that grow in the subcutaneous tissue but not the pleural area. We report here a case of bilateral chest wall neurilemmomas in which the tumors bulged out to the skin and were palpable.

Public forecasts for broiler's prices such as Korea Rural Economic Institute (KREI) outlook information are important for producers and agribusiness decision makers in enhancing economic decision making. However, the KREI forecasts have not been fully evaluated so far. In this study agricultural outlook price forecasts for broiler are evaluated under accuracy-based measures and classification-based measures which test the ability to categorize price movements directionally or within a forecasted range. Agricultural outlook price forecasts for broiler are efficient but biased. In the aspect of the monthly direction of price change 59% of its forecasts over the sample period are correct, and actual prices fall within the forecasted range 32% of the time. Results suggest that it is necessary and meaningful for the agricultural outlook center to evaluate the current forecasting method and try to find an alternative method for improving the forecasting technique.

The study is analyzed that policy support impact on youth entrepreneurship and to purpose enhancing the effectiveness of the policy support, would like to empirical study on support performance by start-up support program through education level of the founder, performance of the establishment enterprises and an empirical study of start-up support. This study reported that start-up support should be different from impact of performance of support by young founder to participate in the success of entrepreneurship incubator package or preliminary young founders and is focused on study of policy support. Examines the literature of associated young founder's characteristics and entrepreneurship support policies at domestic and foreign, and the government's support policies in order to achieve the purpose of this study, survey research as the basis of the model was set. This study surveyed to university student which were trained nationwide entrepreneurship program in order to validate the research model. The survey targeted engineering students who is practical technology foundation possible during from June 1, 2012 to June. 15, 2012, the way of data collection was directly surveryed to engineering students who participated in the entrepreneurship program. and an empirical analysis were collected each 157 call.

13억의 인구와 370만 평방마일의 영토를 가진 중국은 공산주의 경제체제에서 자본주의 경제체제를 도입하여 시장개방, 자유경쟁 경제방식으로 전환함에 따라서 급격한 경제성장을 이루어 국제통화기금(IMF)의 1993년 보고에 의하여 국내총생산액(GDP)가 1조 6천억$로 미국, 일본에 이어 세계 3위의 경제 성장을 이루어 경제강대국으로 부상하고 있고 아울러, 무한히 넓은 땅덩어리와 천연 및 인적자원을 기초로 한 앞으로의 성장잠재력이 크게 기대되어 미국, 일본을 비롯한 선진국이 중국에 대한 투자를 다방면으로 검토하기 시작했고 생명공학분야도 예외없이, 연구분야에는 포장시험, 임상시험 등 실용화 연구에 중국측 강점을 이용한 협동연구, 중국정부 자체가 상업화 가능성이 높다고 판단하는 Torch High Technology Development Center에의 외국기업이나 연구소의 참여 등으로 확대되고 있다. 산업계는 벤쳐 케피탈의 활성화를 통한 첨단기술에 대한 투자를 적극적으로 실시하는 한편, 제약 및 생명공학분야의 합작투자를 통해서 외국의 기술, 장비, 자본 및 노하우를 도입하고 있다. 우리나라는 여러 산업 분야에서 대중국 투자 또는 협력이 활발히 이루어지고 있지만, 생명공학 분야는 그렇지 못한 것 같다. 연구개발의 국제경쟁력은 우리나라의 자체 연구개발도 중요하지만, 아울러, 외국에 대한 연구 동향을 파악함과 가능한 분야에 대한 투자와 협력을 통한 공동관심과제의 도출은 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 이러한 배경에서 중국의 Biotechnology분야에 대해서 서로의 이해증진과 공동연구 분야의 도출가능성을 타진하기 위해서 한국미생물학회 한국산업미생물학회가 중국의 Chinese Society for Microbiology의 공동 주최로 중국 상해에서 금년 4월 2일에서 4월 3일까지 2일동안 제 1회 한.중 생명공학 심포지움이 개최되었다. 필자는 심포지움에 발표자로 참석하였다가 심포지움 후, 방문했던 연구소인 Shanghai Research Center of Biotechnology, Shanghai Institute of Industrial Microbiology 및 Scientific Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industry을 소개하고저 한다. 짧은 기간의 방문이라 주로 해당연구소의 자체소개 자료를 중심으로 방문하면서 느낀점을 기술하고저 한다.

This study aims to investigate the effects of nursing students' communication competence and nunchi on their interpersonal harmony. One-hundred and seventy-eight third- and fourth-year nursing students attending one of B, H, H, J, K universities in the North Jeolla Province were surveyed using a self-reported questionnaire. Independent t-test, one way ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient, Stepwise regression were performed on the collected data using SPSS 21.0 program. Results The results showed that communication competence had the greatest impact on interpersonal harmony, followed by nunchi andsatisfaction with nursing major, with these variables explaining for 55% of interpersonal harmony. Hence, strategies that improve communication competence, nunchi, and satisfaction with nursing major would be helpful for increasing interpersonal harmony.

Older drivers have an increased risk of accidents due to poor function, but they also develop self-regulation ability to check their own changes. Thus, information on whether the actual elderly driver responds to changes in driving ability and risk may provide a meaningful basis for the clinic and research of the elderly's driving ability assessment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the evaluation of elderly drivers by analyzing the driving risk self-perception characteristics in terms of driving behavior and function with Korean elderly drivers. A self-reporting assessment was conducted on 500 elderly drivers living in the community and the characteristics of driving risk perception were analyzed. As a result, it was confirmed that many elderly drivers are aware of the driving risk when their vision and hearing are impaired or when they find it difficult to adapt to changes in driving conditions. On the other hand, the characteristics of insensitive reactions to changes in medical health conditions, such as drug use or epilepsy, seizures, and loss of consciousness, were identified. The researcher hopes this study will contribute to the safety management of elderly drivers in Korea, where aging is accelerating.

Environmental accounting identifies and measures environmental costs and provides them to interested parties of corporation. The purposes of this study are as follows: First, it investigates the method of measurement and the timing of recognition of environmental costs. Second, it suggests the method of disclosure of environmental costs. In order to accomplish these objectives, this study reviewed relevant literature and studies in advanced countries and Korea. The main results of this study can be summarized into four points: (1) environmental costs are classified into environmental pollution cost and environmental pollution prevention cost, by considering the sources of occurrence of, the functions of and the types of environmental costs. (2) the methods of measurement of environmental costs are various but they almost all subjective and arbitrary. So an accurate measurement of environmental cost is actually difficult. (3) According to the accrual basis, environmental costs are recognized respective to prior period adjustments, expenses or losses of the current period and the assets of the next period. (4) There are 3 methods of disclosure of environmental costs: an extension model of financial statements, a compromise model, and an original model. An extension model financial statements is easy to apply in business practice because it discloses environmental costs by adding accounts into the framework of a traditional accounting system or supplementary reports. This research can contribute to the establishment of accounting standards for environmental costs in Korea.
