Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the clinical practice ability and satisfaction of clinical training of health-medical information management major students. Methods : The data were collected from 68 persons from students finished clinical training at medical record (information) team using self administered questionnaires. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and correlation with SPSS 22.0 version. Results: Performance of data collection, data management, and data analysis were analyzed in three areas of the job area. In terms of academic characteristics and correlation, they were not related to the level of satisfaction with the practical experience. Conclusions : Research on a virtuous cycle clinical practice program that analyzes the factors by assessing the satisfaction level of clinical practice in each area of health care information management will be conducted continuously.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting self-rated health status of the rural residents. Factors affecting self-rated health status were included age, history of disease and gender in biological factors, education level and income level in environmental factors, exercise, drinking, sleeping time, smoking, subjective stress in lifestyle factors and vaccination experience, using health institution and annual unmet health care experience in health care factors were statistically significant. Especially, in the case of smoking, drinking, no experience of vaccination and no using health institution, the self-rated health status was higher than the other. It should be considered in health promotion program.

With the development of information and communication technology, the Internet is more important in the social and economic influence rapidly, and it is no different in the field of health care. As health information on the Internet increasing, the availabilities of health information from the Internet becomes more important with health care professionals and information specialists. the quality of health information on the Internet are continually being presented without any guarantee or judge on the quality. It is needed to provide the right to use of qualified health information through Internet. HONCODE has been established and managed by HON (Health On the Net) Foundation. In this paper, Web sites of thyroid cancer Information are evaluated using HONCODE. They provide domestic medical information on the Internet. Through this, more accuracy and evaluated information could be provided on the Internet about the thyroid cancer.

언제 어디서나 예방, 진단, 치료, 사후 관리의 보건 의료 서비스를 제공하는 Ubiquitous-Healthcar(U-HC)는 최근 초보적인 단계로 IT기술과 의료 시스템이 결합된 원격 또는 재택 진료 시스템이 선을 보이고 있다. 하지만 원격 의료 시스템의 개인 신상 및 바이오 유출은 환자의 프라이버시 침해의 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 원격 의료 정보 시스템의 인증을 강화하기 위하여 Telebiometrics X.tsm과 X.tai 표준을 기반으로 하는 바이오 인식 기반 원격의료 정보 시스템의 사용자 인증 모델의 예를 제시하고 Telebiometrics의 X.tpp를 기반으로 시스템에서 발생 할 수 있는 취약성 및 위협을 분석한다.
