u-Health 서비스의 시작으로 병원에서 단발성 치료에 국한되었던 기존 서비스가 이제는 가정 등 실생활 전 영역에서 평생에 걸쳐 제공되어 시 공간적으로 확대되었다. 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 9126과 ISO/IEC 12119를 기반으로 하여 보안성 평가모델을 제시하고 평가 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 품질검사표를 개발하였다.

본 고에서는 현재 IEEE 802.15.7 TG VLC에서 본격적으로 논의되고 있는 가시광 무선통신의 응용 서비스 모델 중에서 LED(Light Emitting Diode) 조명과 통신이 융합된 응용 서비스 모델을 중심으로 알아본다. LED를 이용한 통신 기술은 광 케이블을 이용한 유선 광통신에서 이미 시작된 기술이나 LD를 이용하여 더 우수한 성능을 보이면서 잊혀져가던 기술중하나이다. 이러한 광통신 기술은 LED의 성능이 급격하게 증가하면서 다시금 주목을 받게 되었고, 특히 LED를 이용한 조명기술이 발전하면서 무선통신으로 다시금 주목받고 있는 기술이다. 실내 환경에서 LED 조명 고유의 기능을 그대로 유지하면서 무선통신을 가능하게 하고, 항공기 혹은 병원내에서와 같이 기존의 RF무선통신에 제약을 받는 환경에서도 무선통신이 가능하게 하며, 실내 LED 조명을 이용함으로써 국부지역에 특정 서비스 제공이 가능해 졌다. 따라서 가시광 무선통신은 조명산업과의 융합을 통해 통신뿐만 아니라 기존의 조명과 디스플레이 분야에서 새로운 가치를 창출 할 수 있는 그린 IT융합 기술이다. 본 고에서는 LED조명의 등장배경, 위치 정보 제공 서비스, 국부 방송 서비스, 항공기내 무선통신 서비스 등 LED 조명 기술과 통신기술이 융합된 가시광 무선통신의 응용 서비스 모델에 대하여 설명한다.

과거와 다르게 최근의 병원들은 정보화로 인해서 상당한 양의 의료 데이터가 저장되어 있어서 이의 효과적인 이용에 관심을 가지고 있다. 그러나 기존 통합병원정보시스템(Integrated Hospital Information System)은 아직까지 일반관리와 원무관리 중심에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 품질 좋은 의료 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 환자 중심의 진료 및 진료지원, 임상연구 등을 종합적으로 지원하기 위한 데이터 웨어하우스의 필요성이 대두되기 시작했다 .이 글에서는 최근 임상 데이터 웨어하우스(Clinical Data Warehouse)에 초점을 둔 J병원 사례와 연구를 중심으로 기술한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify nurses' communication style and the extent of their health literacy and to discern the impact of nurses' communication and health literacy on self-care behaviors, as perceived by elderly diabetic patients in comprehensive nursing-care service wards. This study provides basic data for establishing an efficient nursing-care service-system environment through high-quality self-management. The measurement and improvement of an accurate health literacy level of elderly diabetic patients is an important intervention method to increase the self-care behavior of patients. Therefore, by developing a distinguished nursing intervention plan, early treatment of diabetic patients and quality of care may be possible.

As IoT technology has gained the attention all around the world, the development for various services of healthcare, smart city, agriculture, and defense based on IoT is in progress. However, it is likely that healthcare services based on IoT have a problem of being leaked of patients' biological information by a third party and that risks patients' lives. In this paper, an IoT health care service managing model based on location sensor is proposed, which secures the biological information of a patient and simplifies the procedure to process the treatment and administration steps by using the data resources sensed. Even when an emergency occurs, this proposed model can respond quickly using the location information of the patient, which enables the staff in the hospital to locate the patient in real time. In addition, there is an advantage to minimize the time and the process of care, because the location of the equipment for necessary treatment is possible to be instantaneously located with attached sensors.

u-Health 관련 보건 비용의 지속적인 증가와 건강 및 사전 예방에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라온라인을 통한 상담, 정보제공, 동영상 서비스 및 e-commerce등 건강 관련 서비스 시장 확대가 되고 있다. 국내 의료산업은 원무행정 분야에 대한 초기 정보화 단계에 있으며, 대학/종합 병원들의 IT예산은 급속히 증가하고 있으나, 중소형 병/의원/약국의 경우 IT 투자예산 확보 문제가 있다. 이를 대처하기 위해 u-Health와 Wellness를 통합 함으로서 BT, NT 및 IT 관련 기술을 활용하여 u-Fitwellness 시스템을 구축 Ubiquitous 네트워크를 통해 고객에게 건강과 의료관련 서비스, 제품, 정보를 제공하고 개인의 삶의 질을 향상시킴으로써 홈 네트워킹 기반 u-Health Total Solution을 통한 융합형 시스템 서비스를 제공하고자 한다.

Recently, university hospitals have problems as patient datas grows. And it is difficult that medical staffs check patients living on their prescription. Patients don't often remember their prescription, and don't know how to apply the prescription to their life. To solve these problems, To solve these problems, it is customized healthcare service platform using MQTT push notification. It is provided in form of a web application having good accessibility that. Based on doctor's prescription, the patients take notifications that is the timing of medication, medical appointments, and other prescription informations. The results can be entered into the web application. The healthcare professionals can check that the patients are following their prescription well. In this paper, we provide the above functions via the web application and a RESTful API server platform, and notification function can be efficiently performed by MQTT Broker. So we checked the customized healthcare service can be effectively provide.

고령화 인구가 증가함에 따라 실비케어에 대한 관심이 높아져 ICT 기술을 적용하여 환자 중심의 의료 서비스를 제공하기 위한 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 특히, 요양병원 및 재활 병원이 급증함에 따라 고령환자의 관리를 효과적으로 스마트케어 기술 개발이 활발해지고 있다. 최근 병원기관에서 환자관리에 대한 중요성이 점차 증가하고 있는 시점에서 거동이 불편한 환자의 관리는 중요한 이슈이다. 본 논문에서는 고령환자의 분노상태를 감지와 모니터링을 통해 신속하게 대처하기 위한 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 제안한 시스템은 다양한 병원 기관에서 고령환자 관리를 위한 해결 방안이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.

전문의약품은 의약품안전사용서비스(DUR)를 이용하여 병원에서 처방받은 약에서 부작용이 나타났을 때 기록하고 다음에 약을 처방받을 때 부작용이 나타난 약과 비슷한 계열의 약은 처방받지 않는다. 하지만 일반의약품은 약 구매 기록조차 남지 않아 어떤 약을 언제 처방받았는지 모르고 부작용을 관리할 수 없어 불편함을 겪는다. 이 연구를 통해 제안하는 어플은 처방내역과 복약관리, 약 추천, 약국 찾기로 구성된다. 일반의약품을 처방받은 날짜와 시간, 증상, 효과, 부작용에 대하여 기록하며, 기록을 분석하여 증상에 대한 약을 추천함으로써 치료 효과를 높일 수 있다. 환자가 스스로 투약에 관심을 가지고 기록을 관리함으로써 환자가 주체가 되어 질병을 개선할 수 있다.
