근대화시대에는 사람의 장거리 이동이 가능해지고 여러 병원에서 진료를 받을 수 있게 됨에 따라, 병원 간에 개인의료정보의 공유 및 교환이 요구되고 있다. 현재 병원들은 서로 다른 의료정보시스템을 사용하여 의료정보를 관리한다. 이에 환자가 병원을 바꿀 시에 해당 환자의 의료정보를 문서로 보내거나 의료정보를 1:1 방식으로 직접 전송해야 한다. 동일하지 않은 의료정보시스템의 경우에는 의료정보형식이 달라서 의료정보를 직접 변환하는 과정도 포함하여 의료정보를 전송해야 한다. 이처럼 기존 비표준 의료정보시스템과 표준 의료정보시스템들은 의료정보 구조가 동일하지 않다. 즉, 시스템 상호간의 원활한 정보 교환의 필요성과 환자의 타 병원으로의 이송, 원격진료 서비스, 기타 의료정보 공유에 대한 필요성이 증가함에 따라 의료정보통합관리시스템의 개발과 인터넷을 통한 통합검색 및 교환을 위한 적절한 대안이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 방식의 의료정보시스템 간의 의료정보 교환 및 통합을 위해 XML을 활용한 의료정보 통합 관리 시스템을 제안한다.

갈수록 한방병원의 경쟁의 심화에 따른 수익성 감소와 의료시장 개방이라는 이중고 시달리고 있는 국내 한방병원이 의료 서비스 향상과 병원 관리의 효율성을 최대화시키기 위해 체계적이고 논리적으로 병원 시스템의 구축은 매우 중요한 일이다. 본 논문은 한방의료 분야와 IT 기술의 접목이며, 한방 병원의 이익을 극대화하기 위한 디지털 한방병원을 위한 한방의료 CRM 구현이다.

As IT technology develops recently, medical equipment used in hospitals is demanding high performance. However, since the user visits different hospitals depending on the user's situation, the medical information treated at the hospital is distributed among the hospitals. In this paper, we propose a model to efficiently integrate the health care information of the users stored in the hospital in order to collect the healthcare information of the users who visited the different hospitals. The proposed model synchronizes users' healthcare information collected from personal wearable devices to collect user - centered healthcare information. In addition, the proposed model performs integrity and validity check related to user's healthcare information in a database existing in a cloud environment in order to smoothly share data with the healthcare service center. In particular, the proposed model enables tree - based data processing to smoothly manage healthcare information collected from mobile platforms.

Recently, Hospital information systems have the large databases by wide range offices for hospital management, health care to improve the quality of care. However, hospital information systems for information security measures are insufficient. Therefore, when we construct the hospital information system, we have to audit the information security measures for them, and we have to manage the ISMS(Information Security Management System) to maintain the information protection level through the risk managements. In this paper, we suggested the hospital information security audit model for the protection of health information privacy by the current hospital information systems, information security management system(ISMS), and hospital information security requirements and threats. We derived the check items compared with ISO27799 reflected the characteristics of the hospital. We classified the security domains as the physical, technical, administrative domain, and derived the check items for information security. We also designed the check lists by mapping the ISO27799 risk management process to improve the security and efficiency simultaneously. Our model by the five-point scale survey of IT experts was verified the suitability with the average of 4.91 points.

목적 : 최근 들어 여러 가지 디지털 의료장비와 각종 의료정보시스템, 인터넷의 활용에 따라 다양한 종류의 의료정보와 지식이 엄청나게 증가하고 있고, 최신의 진료환경구축을 위해서 이러한 지식과 정보들을 통합 관리하려는 필요성과 요구가 대두되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 요구들은 기존의 종이로 된 차트나 필름 등의 기법에서는 물론이고 여러 가지 독립적인 전산 시스템들 <처방전달시스템(OCS), 의료영상저장전송시스템(PACS) 등>을 통해서도 충족되기 어려운 것이 현실이다. 왜냐하면 기존에 설치된 의료 정보 시스템들은 대체로 독자적인 처리방식과 내부구조를 가지고 있기 때문에 서로 다른 의료 정보 시스템간에 정보를 교환한다는 것이 사실상 매우 어렵거나 심지어는 불가능한 경우가 있기 때문이다. 그러나 이러한 의료 정보들을 최대한 유기적으로 활용하기 위해서는 이상의 여러 가지 의료 정보 시스템들을 완벽히 통합하는 것이 필수적이고 이러한 통합의료정보시스템이 비로소 진료에 있어서의 의사결정 과정에 중추적으로 활용될 수 있는 것이다. 특히 의료영상을 다루는 PACS에서는 다른 종류의 의료정보시스템인 OCS(처방전달시스템)와의 연계가 매우 중요하다. 그러나 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 병원의 전산시스템이 서로 호환되지 않음으로 인해 OCS/PACS 통합은 PACS 도입과정 중에서 가장 어려운 부분으로 인식되어 온 것이 사실이다. 이제까지의 PACS에 있어서는 대량의 영상 데이터를 고속으로 처리하기 위한 기술적인 문제에 주로 관심을 기울였으며 기존의 정보 시스템과의 연계 또는 통합문제는 충분히 고려되지 않았다. 그 결과 PACS를 도입한 병원에서는 기대와는 달리 PACS 운용을 위한 많은 인력소모가 뒤따르거나 운용에 차질을 빚는 등 여러가지 문제가 발생하게 되었다. 따라서 이제까지의 PACS 개발이 기술적인 문제 해결을 위한 방향 접근에서 이루어졌다면, 이제부터는 기술적인 해결을 바탕으로 하여 병원내의 임상운용환경에서 그 효율성을 최대화할 수 있기 위하여 기존 OCS/PACS의 통합 연계성을 주 관심으로 하는 임상적인 접근이 이루어져야 할 시점이라고 파악된다. 이와 같은 OCS/PACS의 통합은 병원 내에서 일어나는 일련의 진료 과정들에 있어서 문자정보뿐 아니라 영상정보까지를 포함하는 모든 진료정보의 관리와 전달을 컴퓨터화 함으로써 진료효율을 비약적으로 형상 시키는 효과를 가져올 수 있으므로 궁극적으로는 모든 병원의 정보시스템이 지향하는 목표이기도 하다. 따라서 OCS/PACS의 통합을 구현하기 위해서는 기존 방식과 OCS/PACS 통합 방식의 차이점이 분석 되어져야 하며 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 차후 병원에 도입되는 시스템이 안정적이고 완성도 높은 병원 정보화 시스템으로 구축 되어져야 하므로 이에 따른 통합 시스템에 대한 분석을 하고자 한다.

본 연구는 병원 웹사이트의 eCRM 구성요인을 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 새롭게 재해석하고 설문조사를 통해 새로운 요인을 발굴하고 또 이를 적용하였다. 특히 eCRM 구성요인을 웹사이트 디자인 요인, 정보제공 요인, 커뮤니티 요인, 보안 요인의 4가지 요인으로 세분화하여 병원 웹사이트에 적합한 구체적이고 실질적인 eCRM 구성요인을 제시하였고, 이렇게 정립된 eCRM 구성요인들이 병원 브랜드의 경험적 가치와 브랜드의 충성도에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 조사 분석하였다. 또한 경험적 가치와 충성도 사이에 미치는 영향에 대해서도 조사 분석하였으며 마지막으로 경험적 가치와 충성도가 재 방문 의도에 미치는 영향에 대해서도 연구하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 병원 웹사이트 운영자에게 실질적이고 구체적인 eCRM을 구축함으로써 경쟁력 있는 병원 웹사이트로 거듭나는데 있어 도움을 주고자 한다.

The purpose of the present study is to theoretically assess IT Implementation Model of Cooper and Zmud (1990) in a hospital IS use context. A case study was applied to analogical study by interview from several end-users of the information systems at a university hospital. This study presented an EMR(Electronic Medical Record) systems how is initially implemented at an initial stage, continually adopted, adapted, accepted at an adoption stage, and finally rountinized and infused into an organization. Our study also elaborated IT Implementation Model as defining EMR development and its impact on nature of IS use in a hospital. This case study explained the characteristics of EMR and hospital organization context conceptually.

The present study aims to identify the factors that affect the continuous use and discontinuance of the hospital information seeking applications(hospital apps thereafter) by employing the post acceptance model. The surveys were conducted with people who used the hospital apps from October 11 to 18, 2019. Researchers collected 125 valid data and analyzed them by using the structural equation model. The study found that the satisfaction and confirmation of expectation for the hospital apps users had significant effects on intention for continuous use and perceived usefulness, respectively. However, the perceived usefulness did not have a significant effect on the intention for continue use. The present study has identified the variables that influence the continuous use of these innovative technologies. The findings of the study confirmed the post acceptance model by observing the adoption and use of the hospital apps and extended the literature of the post acceptance model by discussing the unique characteristics of the hospital apps that satisfy the urgent help-seekers under emergency situations or the information needs emphasizing promptness. In addition, based on the benefits and limitations of hospital apps reported by consumers, the study provided practical implications for designing more user-friendly apps to hospital app developers or managers.
