The purpose of this study was to investigate the performance of dental infection control. This survey was performed on 158 of the dental hygienist in certain areas. The research was performed using a self-reported questionnaire and interview method from June to July, 2014. The collected data was analyzed by PASW Statistics ver. 18.0. Guideline of infection management, infection controller, regular infection control training, Sterilization of the handpiece/per head resulted 57~74% for dental hospital. It was higher than 13~20% for dental clinics (p<0.05). Infection control guidelines and vaccination recognition of dental were more performed in dental hospital. Patient's hand hygiene performed, tooth brushing before treatment, cross infection educational experience was less than 20%, research cooperation of medical history was over 90% (p<0.05). Performing rate of the dental hospital workers were investigated higher in protective personal devices, infection control of treatment room. A correlation analysis about institutional support, infection control of dental hygienists, patients with infection control cooperation showed a positive correlation statistically significant. Infection control can be enhanced when the medical staff, the patient, the organization combined cognitive and practice. Dental hygienist is required to recognize and practice the infection control guidelines through continuing education.

이 연구는 2007년 1월 1일부터 동년 12월 31일까지 1년간 대전 소재 일개대학병원에서 수술 취소된 총 146명의 환자를 대상으로 하였으며, 계획된 수술의 취소율을 극소화하여 병원 경영의 합리적 개선과 진료 만족도를 증가시키고자하는 목적에서 이루어졌다. 조사대상자의 성별 분포를 보면, 남자 56.8%, 여자 43.2%로 여자보다 남자가 높은 분포를 보였다. 수술 취소 원인을 살펴보면 수술취소까지 이르지 않을 수 있었던 사항과 불가항력적으로 수술을 취소해야 할 사항으로 나눌 수 있는데, 이런 분류를 통해 전체 수술 취소 사유 중 60.0%는 예방이 가능했던 사항이라고 했다. 본 연구결과를 기초로 타 연구자와 병원관리자에게 수술 취소율 감소 개선을 위한 정책방향의 수립을 제언한다.

Most engineering tasks require collaboration between many users in major hospital Construction Projects that have many risks. Loss of cost and change orders occurred in factors such as information exchange, misunderstandings, advanced Technology in hospital projects. Moreover, changes in context, costs, requirements, deadlines, etc. require negotiation of issues that may modify important project characteristics. Each part of the major hospital construction projects have been rapidly changed technology of equipments. Therefore it is a major challenge to make a high level of communication and to have mutual understanding. The objective of this paper is to reduce risks for the design process and construction process of hospital projects.

방대한 양의 의료 데이터를 이용하여 함축적이며 특정 주제 혹은 부서 단위에 적합한 원무 데이터마트를 구축하고자 한다. 먼저 다양한 정보를 사용자의 요구에 따라 체계적으로 분석하고 설계하여 원무관리를 위한 데이터마트를 구축하고, OLAP 기반의 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하여 원무 관리자나 최고 경영자의 의사결정에 도움을 주는 한편, 이를 통해 가치 있는 정보를 추출함으로써 경영활동을 돕고 분석된 내용을 토대로 마케팅에 활용할 수 있도록 의미 있는 데이터를 제공하고자 한다.

In the 2000's, due to a change in hospital management strategy, the organizational structure shifted from a hierarchical system to a team system. While the hierarchical system is characterized by being activity centered, job title linked, and vertically managed, the team system is characterized by being competency centered, job title segregated, and horizontally managed. The job titles of medical technologist manager was surveyed three times in 1997, 2007, and 2017. It has been confirmed through staff members working at 24 hospitals in more than 500 beds in the metropolitan area. The results of job titles follow are as follow: "Team Leader; Part Leader" 14/24 (59%), "Chief Technologist; Area Head Technologist" 7/24 (29%), and "Chief" 3/24 (12%). The present authors propose an alternative name based on the team system to refine the three job titles currently used by medical technologists. First, the Chief Technologist is unclear if it refers to the Technologist General Manager or Technologist Manager. The Chief Technologist should be changed to "Team Leader". Second, given that Area Head Technologist or Section Chief are on the same position as Head Nurse, we suggest that Area Head Technologist or Section Chief should be changed to "Part Leader". Third, while the organization regulation is marked merely as Department of Laboratory Medicine according to the hierarchical system, it is marked as Laboratory Medicine Team according to the team system. Medical technologists come to have more belongingness, feeling of solidarity, and intimacy under the team system.

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine how nurse practice environment and organizational justice affected job embeddedness in the Small and Medium Sized Hospital Nurses. Methods: The data were collected from 233 nurses by means of self-reported questionnaires on August 23th to September 8th, 2017. Results: The model explained 49.7% of the total variance in job embeddedness scores. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that hospital nurses that had higher perceived nurse practice environment, higher organizational justice, and were older were more likely to have higher job embeddedness scores. Conclusion: To enhance nurses' job embeddedness, hospital and nurse leaders should improve nurse practice environment, particularly in relation to staffing and resource adequacy and collegial nurse-physician relations. Additionally, the nurse leaders can facilitate nurses' job embeddedness by creating and maintaining an organizational culture of fairness and justice.

본 논문은 USN시스템을 이용해서 실시간으로 병원의 각 병실에 대한 센서에서 측정된 정보를 관리자에게 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있도록 해주며 노드의 설정이나 프로그램 전송을 다른 프로그램을 사용하지 않고도 센서에 전송할 수 있게 한다. 또한 이 시스템에서는 단순한 모니터링뿐만 아니라 제어장비를 통해서 환경을 자동으로 제어할 수 있도록 하는 일체형 시스템 구축을 목표로 한다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 시스템과 기존의 병원 시스템과 비교해 보았다.

유비쿼터스의 한 분야인 센서 네트워크를 이용하여 병원에서 환자들의 신체상태를 점검하는 Health-Care 시스템을 제안, 구성하였다. 환자들의 상태를 판별하는 중요한 정보인 체온과 심박을 측정하기 위한 센서를 사용하였고 센서정보를 액세스 포인트를 이용하여 수집, 전송하여 병원의 관리자에게 환자들의 상태를 24시간 모니터링 한 수 있게 하여, 환자들의 이상발생시 보다 빠르고 효율적으로 대처할 수 있다.
