이 글은 지난 5월 4일 육군이 개최한 비무기체계 발전 세미나에서 발표된 내용으로 21세기 디지털 전장환경에서 요구되는 병사의 타격능력, 지휘/통제, 생존성, 임무지속성 및 기동성 등을 극대화 할 수 있는 병사체계에 대하여 선진국에서의 병사현대화 체계/기술 발전 추세를 분석하였다. 따라서 2025년경 실현될 체계개념과 전투원의 전쟁에서의 운영개념을 예측하고 병사체계와 관련 소요기술 및 핵심기술을 식별하며, 한국적 개념에 부합하는 독자적인 모델을 단계적으로 정립하고, 국내에서 개발 할 수 있는 첨단 센서 등 핵심기술과 한국적 병사체계에 대한 개방 방안을 제시하였다.

미래 디지털 전장 환경에서 병사는 하나의 전투체계로 인식되어야 하며 동시에 열상장비, 컴퓨터 및 통신장비 등을 통한 실시간 전투정보 센서로서의 임무 수행이 요구될 것이다. 이러한 요구에 부응하는 새로운 개념의 병사체계는 전투의 주체인 병사의 화기, 피복 및 휴대품 등을 포함한 포괄적인 체계를 말하며 병사의 타격능력, 지휘통제, 생존성, 임무지속성 및 기동성 향상을 위해 각 장비를 시스템화한 것으로 선진 각국 특히 미국과 나토를 중심으로 체계적인 개발이 이루어지고 있으며, 각 국가별로 자국의 요구에 부합하는 병사체계 개발에 노력을 경주하고 있다

일반적으로 보병병사의 취약점은 첫째 위치가 탐지 당하면 방어수단의 미비로 지원화력에 의해 즉각 피해를 당할 수 있고, 둘째 보병의 무기는 전정에서 다른 무기와 비교하여 위력이 약하고 명중률이 낮으며 시계의 한계를 벗어나기 곤란하며 전투 중 병사는 동료와 지휘관으로부터 고립되기 쉽다는 사실이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 혁신적으로 발전하는 과학기술의 적용으로 다양한 파장영역의 센서, 고속 컴퓨터, 자동화 병기, 그리고 최첨단 기재에 의해 초능력 병사가 출현할 가능성이 높아지고 있다.

This study attempted to find out the moderating effects of ego-resilience in the relationship between soldier's military stress and military adjustment. The datas were collected from 321 soldier of military from questionaries in October, 2013. The results were as follows. The soldier level and academic career had no impact on the military adjustment. Military stresses of soldier had greater impact on the military adjustment than other factors. Ego-resilience also had positive impact on the military adjustment. This study demonstrated that ego-resilience of soldier had moderating effect in the relationship between military stress and military adjustment. This study verified that to improve the capability of military adjustment of soldier it is as important to attention soldier's inside thing, ego-resilience as environment things. Finally, the authors remarked the limits of this study and the suggestions for the further research directions.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the soldier's resiliency on the their adjustment in military. For the research, resiliency was consisted of interpersonal relation, vitality, emotion control, curiosity and optimistic. This study analyzed 150 military soldiers by survey. The results of this study are summarized as follows: soldier's resiliency and adjustment in military was showed high level. Soldier who had high resiliency adapted to the military life better than who had low resiliency. Interpersonal relation, curiosity and optimistic among resiliency showed positive influence on soldier's adjustment in military. This study finally discussed theoretical implications for future study and practical implications on the results.

This study focuses on observing the brain function characteristics of maladaptive soldiers, through EEG analysis. The number of subjects was 1,119 including 59 maladaptive soldiers, 60 normal soldiers and 1,000 civil youths. The EEG measurements were performed from Sep. 2013 to Jan. 2014. As a result of the study, first, the soldier group's BRQ, ATQ, EQ, ASQ and BQ values were significantly higher than civil youth's, on the contrary to SRQ, ACQ, CQ which were higher in civil youth group. Second, compared to normal soldiers, the values of EQ and BQ were meaningfully low in maladaptive soldiers group, as well as the average values of each 8 quotient. In conclusion, military service can be assumed to have a positive effect on brain function of all soldiers due to regular life cycle, usual physical activities and balanced nutrition, but less effect on maladaptive soldiers who are exempted from those strict life.

The purpose of this study is to develope a design prototype of 'Smart Battle Jacket' for the future soldier system. Future battle field is supposed to be the place where the information is the most important. Future soldiers are also supposed to get digital devices to have more possibility of survival in the battle field. To design the smart battle jacket that has digital devices inside, it's needed to forecast the body sizes and shape of the future soldiers, to research the human bodies and movements, and to study the functions of the digital devices and the relationship between the bodies and the devices. The usability of the 1st model for the Smart battle jacket had been tested, and the model had been corrected by the results from the test. After all, a smart battle jacket design prototype for the future soldier system has been developed.

The purpose of this study is to develop a guideline for user based collection development of the military library. A questionnaire survey of 1,000 soldiers of armed forces selected from two military divisions was conducted. The survey results show the needs for the sufficient collections with diverse subject areas. current materials. and Periodicals. and also suggestion of the programs for encouraging soldiers to read.

미래의 '정보전장'에서는 모든 전투 개체가 실시간 정보를 공유하면서 작전을 수행하게 되며, 병사 또한 하나의 체계로 임무를 수행하기 위해 각종 디지털 디바이스가 내장된 스마트 전투복을 입게 될 것으로 생각된다. 선진국들은 여러 해 전부터 스마트 전투복을 개발하고자 하는 노력을 기울여 왔으며, 우리나라에서도 이에 동참하고 있다. 그러나, 각종 병사 구성품과 디지털 디바이스를 의복 내에 포함시켜 설계함에 있어서 병사의 동작과 체형에 적합한 설계안을 도출하기 위하여 프로토타입을 착용한 후 그 사용성을 평가할 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 연구는 미래병사의 전투력 향상을 위해 각종 디지털 디바이스를 내장한 스마트 전투복의 사용성을 평가하는 기술을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 개발된 스마트의류의 사용성평가 척도를 이용하여 디지털 디바이스 내장형 전투복 프로토타입의 사용하여 사용성평가의 척도를 새롭게 개발하고 스마트 전투복의 사용성 평가 척도와 기술을 개발하였다.
