러시아의 항공산업 역사는 복잡다양할 뿐만아니라, 국방산업과 연관되어 비밀리에 발전되어 상세히 알려지지 않았으나, 페레스트로이카 정책 추진 이후 서방의 주요 에어쇼 참가등을 통해 많이 공개되었습니다 현재 러시아의 정치, 사회적 변화가 극심한 관계로 항공산업조직의 정확한 추정은 곤란하지만, 이 글에서는 최근 2-3년간 주요기관들의 변화, 동향을 살펴봄으로써 자본주의 결제체제로의 전환전략 및 가능성을 살펴봅니다

최근 IT(정보기술)혁명은 기업과 산업부문에 접목되어 e-비즈니스라는 이름으로 디지털 경제시대의 새로운 성장모델로 부상하고 있다. 이러한 정보기술은 산업화시대로 요약되는 자본주의 사회의 최고가치를 자본에서 지식으로 전환시킴으로써 새로운 21세기를 지식사회로 변모시키고 있다. 우리정유산업도 이러한 변화된 경영환경 하에서 새로운 발전전략이 모색되어야 할 시점으로 이 자리에서 정유산업이 나아 가야할 방향과 생존전략을 짚어 보고자 한다.

언제 어디서나 누구나 하나의 단말기로 연결되는 유비쿼터스 시대가 도래하고 있다. 유비쿼터스시대는 기업에게 비즈니스 기회를 줌과 동시에 새로운 전략을 요구한다. 기업은 비즈니스 가치를 미래까지 유지하고 성장시키기 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 그리고 경쟁이 치열하고 새로운 환경이 도래할 경우 지속적인 가치를 창출하기 위한 새로운 전략이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스에 관한 선행연구와 유비쿼터스 환경하에서의 비즈니스 환경의 변화와 전망에 대해 알아보고 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 성공을 위한 방안으로서 유비쿼터스 비즈니스의 전략 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

자가 적응 시스템을 무인 시스템(UWS: Unmanned Weapon Systems)에 적용하기 위한 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 자가 적응 시스템은 임무중인 시스템이 다양한 주변 환경 및 시스템의 변화에 따라 능동적으로 시스템 또는 임무수행을 위한 전략을 주정해 항상 최상의 성능을 발휘할 수 있도록 하는 능력을 갖춘 시스템을 말한다. 자가 적응 시스템에서 능동적으로 변화시킨 시스템의 아키텍처나 임무수행 전략이 유효한 것인지에 관한 검증을 수행한 후 시스템에 적용해야 한다. 기존의 대부분의 자가 적응 시스템에 대한 연구결과에서는 능동적으로 변화된 시스템이 임무수행에 적합한지에 대한 검증 방법을 제시해 주고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 UWS의 자가 적응 시스템이 임무수행 중 변화 되었을 때 미래의 발생할 사건에 대해 적절하게 적용 가능한지를 검증하기 위하여 시간적인 사건의 완전성을 검증하기에 적합한 Computation Tree Logic(CTL) 모델체킹(Model Checking)을 적용하여 자가 적응 시스템의 적응결과를 검증하는 방법을 제시하였다.

인터넷산업은 기술, 자본, 마케팅 등의 이유로 활발한 전략적 제휴가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문은 최근 7년간 인터넷 산업의 기업간 전략적 제휴 사례를 조사하여 이를 바탕으로 전략제휴 네트워크화 하였다. 이 네트워크에 대해 연결정도, 밀도, 컴퍼넌트 분석을 수행하였으며, 연결정도의 분포를 분석하여 자연계, 사회시스템 등에서 많이 발견되고 있는 스케일 프리 네트워크의 성질을 갖는 지를 분석하였다. 또한 인터넷 붕괴 이전과 이후의 2기간의 전략적 제휴 네트워크의 변화 정도도 파악 하였다. 이와 같은 네트워크 모델분석은 국내 인터넷산업의 제휴 관계와 그 변화 추세 등을 거시적으로 살펴보는데 도움이 될 것이다.

최근 자동차산업의 경영 환경은 법적 및 환경규제 강화, 원가절감 압박, 고객요구 수준 증대, 글로벌리제이션 등으로 급속한 변화에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 환경변화에 대응하기 위해 자동자업계는 자체 설계, 최적의 부품/소재 선정, 조립 및 제조 공정 등 각 부문별로 공급업체와 공동대응 체제를 강화하고 있다. 특히 Early Involvement Program 등 신차 개발단계부터 공급업체의 조기참여를 유도함으로써 완성차업계와 공급업계간의 동반자적 가치창출을 위한 Win-Win 기술개발 활동 및 기술전략을 구현하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자동차용 강판을 제조, 공급하는 철강업제의 전략적 기술경영을 전략, 프로세스, 인적/물적 자원, 조직 등의 관점에서 고찰함으로써 자동차용 강판 기술역량 획득 및 자동차업체와 공동 성장을 위한 철강업제의 총체적 대응전략을 제시하고자 한다.

With intensive competition due to the limited growth of the domestic construction market volume and the opening and construction boom of international construction market, construction firms register to grope strategy of enterprise dimension for improvement such as entry extension of domestic construction market order corporate strategy and international construction market. In this research, influence factors of corporate strategy are extracted and their interrelationships are presented in the domain of change of external environment with the internal and external market system, construction enterprise's internal capacity and corporate strategy, government and the internal and external market. The result of this research will be used for quantitative analysis through system dynamics simulation and basic data of model effectiveness verification through actuality domestic construction enterprise's case study, and can be used to basic data of new corporate strategy establishment because construction enterprise forecasts effect hereafter establishing corporate strategy in construction environment that change rapidly.

The purpose of this article is to discuss both management philosophy and development strategies that Korean university libraries should have and follow for a healthy and steady development in such a rapid and dynamic digital environment. To the end, the substance of the undergoing ‘environmental change’was identified, and the needed new roles and functions of university libraries were also analyzed. Also discussed is the intrinsic limitations of university libraries which might have negative impacts on the libraries'active effort to cope with such changes. Finally, this article suggests that both philosophical and practical strategies and methods in order for the university libraries to overcome such limitations and to prosper in the near future.

In this study, the effects of reading strategy, which is a combination of reading methods on high school students' reading ability were investigated using action research methodology in order to provide practical support in educational fields. Also, the effects of reading strategies on adolescents' reading attitudes and the correlation between text comprehension and change of reading attitudes were investigated. This study is unique for its adoption of reading method combinations as reading strategies to enhance the effectiveness of reading in terms of text comprehension. Also, this study is meaningful in dealing with the cognitive abilities of high school students.
