A pneumatic cylinder used to sliding seal which seal the element one to another in relative motion. It is difficult to accuracy control because of adhesion phenomenon. To confirm this phenomenon, it is carried to friction force test and analysis for bellows type rodless cylinder. In the rodless cylinder of this type, friction force test is very important. Through the theoretical analysis of shock absorber obtained the optimal design of bellows type rodless cylinder. As the result of the friction force test, LM Guide type is suitable for work under low friction force.

최근 항공 산업 발전으로 여행객들의 수가 증가하고 있으며, 호텔 이용객 수도 더불어 증가하는 추세이다. 호텔 이용객의 증가로 시설 이용 시 서비스 지연과 혼잡 그리고 서비스 품질 저하 등이 발생하게 되면서 호텔 이용객들의 시설 이용 만족도가 하락하게 되고 또한 호텔 근무 직원들의 업무 피로도가 높아지고 누적되면서 직업 만족도가 떨어지는 연쇄적인 문제점들이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 호텔에 방문하는 이용객들에게 캐리어 운반과 객실 안내 및 호출 서비스 등 각종 서비스 업무를 직원 대신 수행하게 되면서 현 문제점들을 어느 정도 경감시키고 이에 따라 고객 만족도 및 호텔 직원들의 업무 만족도를 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Pro-program function of Pro/E has been utilized to expedite the design process of bellows. Design parameters selected for bellows design are manipulated to obtain the shapes user specified. User-oriented function may automate the bellows design process and this function may enable to reduce the design time remarkably. Generated bellows solid model has been applied to study of design sensitivity and optimum design. Among the selected design parameters, thickness of bellows affects system response most. Control-ring installed bellows may reduce the stress and prove to be an effective element for heavy load. The finite element analysis results combined with 3D model generated by pro-program may provide the feasible design directions to the bellows designer.

The analysis and experimental results for the bellows of gasgenerator liquid oxygen shut-off valve are presented. The analyses are performed using EJMA (Expansion Joint Manufacturing Association) standard and the commercial FE (finite element) analysis program, Abaqus v6.9, at room and cryogenic temperatures. The results include the spring rate, the stress and the fatigue life of the bellows. The effects of the contact and material plasticity on the FE analysis results are also analyzed.

본 논문에서는 모든 사람들이 더 안전하고 편리하게 대중 교통을 이용하기 위해 탑승할 버스를 미리 예약할 수 있는 예약 버튼 시스템과, 단말기에 카드를 찍지 않아도 탑승 버튼을 통해 요금을 자동 결제하는 시스템, 그리고 버스 내에서 직접 stop 버튼을 누르지 않아도 앱의 하차 버튼을 누르면 자동으로 벨이 울리는 어플리케이션 시스템을 제안했다. 기존 버스 관련 앱 대부분이 버스 도착 예정시간, 경로, 정류소 정보들만 있다. 본 논문에서는 여기서 더 나아가 탑승할 버스 예약, 요금 결제, 하차벨 기능을 더한 어플리케이션 기술을 제안했다.
