In the current rapidly changing environment, each country continues to make efforts to create jobs and strengthen technological competitiveness. In particular, support and revitalization policies for venture companies and start-ups are known to play a role in increasing national competitiveness. Companies should make appropriate replacements amid growing uncertainties in the environment in which business life is shortened and customer needs are diversified due to intensifying competition. First of all, it is important for companies to make efforts to strengthen their internal capabilities on their own. However, venture companies lack internal resources and capabilities, so support from the external environment is important enough to lead to the survival of the company(Timmons, 1994). Financial support and certification systems are being operated at the national level to strengthen the competitiveness of companies. However, financial support can lower a company's self-sustainability depending on the situation, so non-financial support such as R&D support and start-up education is considered to be helpful in the long term for venture growth(Aghion et al., 2012; Jeon & Ko, 2021). Non-financial support is divided into commercialization, facilities, space, childcare, manpower, and certification systems, and this study confirmed the benefits of the venture company confirmation system, which is a certification system. To this end, the 2021 venture company precision survey data and venture company sales data were used, and analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 package and SPSS PROCESS MACRO. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the level of the management environment of venture companies has a positive effect on the benefits of the venture confirmation system or increasing the level of venture company capabilities, but it is difficult to lead to actual management performance. In addition, it was confirmed that the level of venture company competency mediates the relationship between the level of the venture company's business environment and management performance. As a result, even if the level of the venture company's business environment is positive or venture-friendly, it can be said that companies with internal capabilities to digest support from the external environment increase management performance.

페이 춘추전국시대에 간편결제 서비스는 네이버페이, 카카오페이, 삼성페이, L페이, T페이, 시럽 페이, 스마일 페이, 케이페이, 페이나우, 페이코, SSG페이, H-Wallet, 구글페이, 애플페이, 알리페이, 안드로이드페이 등 '페이'관련된 서비스들은 각 회사마다 계속 등장하고 있는 추세이다. 온라인 또는 모바일 쇼핑의 끝에서 복잡한 인증절차와 관련 프로그램 설치로 결제를 포기를 하거나 다른 결제 회사를 선택해서 또 다시 카드번호, 카드 비밀번호, 인증절차를 거치는 번거로움과 시간을 소비하는 일이 많았다. 예전 방식에 비해서 눈 깜짝할 사이 결제를 진행하는 간편결제 서비스는 말 그대로 '빠르고 편리하다'는 장점을 지녔으며, '온라인에 처음 한번만 카드정보를 등록하면 그 다음부터는 비밀번호만 입력하면 결제가 완료된다. 요즘 각 간편결제 서비스 회사들은 가격 할인, 적립금, 포인트 지급 등으로 소비자의 결제 형태를 바꾸고 있다. 쇼핑몰 결제 싯점이라는 중요한 포인트에서 이 연구의 목적은 간편결제 서비스에 대한 지각된 용이성과 유용성이 고객만족과 쇼핑몰 충성도로 인터넷 쇼핑몰 재구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구를 하고자 한다.

국세청에서 제공하는 홈택스서비스(Home Tax Service: HTS)는 최근의 정보기술(IT)발전과 인터넷 사용의 보편화에 따라 전자세정 기반 구축을 통해 납세자가 세무서를 방문하지 않고 집이나 사무실에서 모든 세금문제를 인터넷(www.hometax.go.kr)으로 편리하게 해결할 수 있는 종합세무행정 서비스이다. 홈택스가입자 현황을 보면 2002년 12월 60만명에서 2005년 12월말 현재 392만명으로 6.5배 증가하였으며, 2007년 2월 5일 500만명을 돌파하였다. 홈택스서비스는 전자신고 등 e-서비스 품질과 활성화 측면에서 세계적으로 앞서고 있고 최근 일본, 중국, 말레이시아, 베트남 등 다수 국가가 우리나라 홈택스에 대한 벤치마킹 의사를 표명한 바 있다. 국세전자신고제도의 활성화 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 납세서비스 패러다임의 선진화이다. 둘째, 다양한 서비스 제공으로 고객만족도를 제고하여야 한다. 셋째, 전자납부 이용자에 일정률의 세액감면 인센티브를 부여하여야 한다. 넷째, 납세자 지식정보화 교육을 강화하여야 한다. 전자신고는 납세자와 과세당국간 보다 편리하고 효율적인 세무환경을 마련하는 방향으로 전개되어야 한다. 기술적으로 신뢰성을 높이기 위하여는 web상에서 실체를 구별하는 식별(identification)력과 그 실체의 속성을 구별하는 인증(authentication)력을 확보하는 방향에서 접근되어야 할 것이다.

This paper put the goal on boosting up early startup investment by delivering and positioning SAFE as the main early startup investment type in Korea. In particular, this paper proves the better fitting of SAFE as to the early stage of venture investment than these of Convertible Note. This paper as referring the previous studies of SAFE as the major keystone issues determining active SAFE applying (legal positioning issue, tax treatment issue, failure of inducing the following investment with uncertainty over maturity) proposes boosting up policy of Korean SAFE. First, as to accounting treatment of SAFE, it suggests SAFE to recognize legally as "the capital" on the Korean Venture Investment Act of introducing SAFE actively as venture investment type. Second, as to tax treatment issue, it proposes on amending venture indication rule as the best alternative of resolving tax issue by accepting SAFE as the investment meeting to venture investment requirement. Third, as benchmarking foreign cases, it delivers the method of modifying foreign SAFE Contract Format by adding up more clauses about safety vehicles against the failure of the following investment and fixing maturity date and event. Ultimately, all resolutions of this paper fall on highlighting the role of Korean Venture Investment Act and Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

Smart Connectivity를 위한 IoT, 네트워킹, 보안 솔루션을 제공하는 (주)브로드웨이브는 자사만의 경쟁력을 통해 벤처기업 인증, 이노비즈기업 인증, 기업부설연구소 설립 등 내실있는 기업으로 발돋움하고 있다. 특히, 개방과 공유로써 성공적인 IoT 비즈니스를 만들기 위해 국제 표준 기반의 개방형 IoT 서비스 개발에 주력하고 있다. 이의 일환으로, 사용하지 않는 중고 스마트폰을 활용하여 IoT 표준화를 통해 다른 스마트폰이나 PC, 노트북 간의 게이트웨이로서 기능케 하는 기술을 개발 중이다. 이를 위해서는 많은 전문가로부터 다양한 관점을 전달받는 것이 중요했고, 고민 끝에 TIA의 중소 중견기업을 위한 표준 자문서비스의 도움을 청하게 되었다.

(주)담솔은(이하 담솔)2006년 (주)삼율이라는 상호로 창립되어 지금까지 '캐어맨'을 브랜드로 하여 RFID, 스마트, 홈네트워크 시스템 개발을 통해 고객의 생활의 편리를 더하고자 회사의 기술력을 개발, 발전시켜 왔으며 2009년 8월 에는 기업부설연구소 인증을 받았고, 2010년 1월에는 벤처기업인증을 받았다. 담솔은 창립 된지는 오래지 않으나 많은 노력을 기울여 개발능력이 우수한 중소기업으로 인정 받고 있다. 2010년 2월 새롭게 변화된 이미지를 나타내고자 (주)담솔로 상호변경을 하고 친환경 녹색성장을 지향하는 전문기업으로 탈바꿈하고 있다.

본 연구는 우리나라가 글로벌 시장에서 4차 산업혁명 시대를 주도하는데 필요한 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성에 초점을 두고, 4차산업혁명전문대학원 설립방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 국내 타특수대학원인 창업대학원과 컨설팅대학원을 비교고찰하였고, 해외 타전문대학원인 일본 회계전문대학원과 일본 법학전문대학원을 비교고찰하였다. 그 결과, 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성을 위하여 4차산업혁명전문대학원 설립방안을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성을 위한 차별화되고 융합화된 교과과정으로 2~3년제 전문대학원 석박사과정으로 운영될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 전문석(박)사 학위과정이므로 교육의 내실화를 위하여 야간보다는 주간과정으로 운영될 필요가 있으며, 트랙제를 적극 활용하여 경영학, 회계학, 법학, 창업학, 공학 등 학제간 융합적 교과과정으로 설계되어야 한다. 또한 이론교육과 실무교육의 균형적 교과과정으로 실무교육이 전체 교육과정에 30% 이상이 되도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 정부(중소벤처기업부)의 전략적인 재정 지원이 필수적이며, 재정 지원과 함께 교육의 질에 대한 평가인증을 지속적으로 받아야 할 것이다. 또한 장기적으로는 중소벤처기업부의 창업대학원 및 컨설팅대학원이 4차산업혁명전문대학원으로 통합될 필요가 있다.

In LTE environment, which is 4th generation mobile communication systems, there is concern about private information exposure by transmitting initial identifier in plain text. This paper suggest mutual authentication protocol, which uses one-time password utilizing challenge-response and AES-based Milenage key generation algorithm, as solution for safe initial identification communication, preventing unique identification information leaking. Milenage key generation algorithm has been used in LTE Security protocol for generating Cipher key, Integrity key, Message Authentication Code. Performance analysis evaluates the suitability of LTE Security protocol and LTE network by comparing LTE Security protocol with proposed protocol about algorithm operation count and Latency.Thus, this paper figures out initial identification communication's weak points of currently used LTE security protocol and complements in accordance with traditional protocol. So, it can be applied for traditional LTE communication on account of providing additional confidentiality to initial identifier.

Study on serve to develop electricity safety integration supervision system to apply product to u-City electric power appliance and cotton flannel mixed of u-IT appliance, Connection badness sensing instrument made device built-in electric power IT cotton flannel mixed in outlet that is used most in electric power appliance terminal. Using sensor on ZigBee, RFID performance estimation of communication and module for remote safety check of electricity safety integration supervision system. A performance experiment and estimation in PD, Arc detection diagnosis system and certification KS, electricity safety about product that get fitness finding.
