본 연구에서는 중대재해처벌법 안전보건관리체계 7가지 핵심요소가 기업의 안전성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 최초 연구이다. 이를 위해 중대재해처벌법 안전보건관리체게 7가지 핵심요인별 측정도구를 개발하고 기존 선행연구를 바탕으로 한 안전성과 측정도구를 적용하여 그 관계성과 재해발생빈도 감소의 영향도 확인 한다. 연구결과는 중대재해처벌법 안전보건관리체계 구축이 안전성과에 유의한 결과를 가질 것으로 보이며, 안전보건관리체계 구축이 재해발생빈도 감소에도 직접적인 영향이 미칠 것으로 판단된다. 개발된 중대재해처벌법 안전보건관리체계 구축 측정 도구는 향후 여러 산업분야의 안전관리 및 성과 측정에 많이 활용 되리자 본다. 그리고 향후 안전보건관리체계 구축-안전성과-재해경감활동관리체계 관계연구의 기초 연구가 될 것 이다.

미국은 관습법(시민사회의 자생적 발전에 기초한 풀뿌리 민주주의를 토대)으로서 아래로부터(Bottom-up) 상거래 관행이 상표법에 조문화된 보통법 (common law) 체계인 반면, 한국은 시민사회의 기반 없이 정부주도로 바람직한 현상(1천년이 넘는 오랜 권위주의 체제를 토대)으로서의 법규범을 형성하기 위해 상표법을 제정한 대륙법(Continental law) 체계라는 법철학적 차이점이 있다.

The objective of this study is to understand the application of relative location system and minute classification system in the DDC and to identify the effect of the relative location system and minute classification system during the late of 19th century. In order to achieve the objective, four main investigation areas were chosen: relative location system, minute classification system, and DDC influence to other libraries and classification systems. First, DDC applied a relative location system revolutionarily instead of a fixed location system for arranging books on the shelves, so it opened the period of modern library classification systems. Second, it used a minute classification system, and could classify books which had minute subjects. Third, it applied form to a criterion for dividing divisions and sections, so it helped for classifying books. Fourth, it used a numerical decimal system as a classification system, then people could use it economically and practically. Last, DDC influenced modern classification system such as the Expansive Classification and the Subject Classification etc. DDC is a suitable library classification system for the needs of the times, and it is a practical classification system for each library.

우리나라의 산업안전 ·보건 수준은 ＇81년 산업안전보건법이 제정됨으로써 획기적으로 발전하여, 80년대부터 산업재해 발생율이 감소추세를 보여왔다. 정부정책 측면에서 보면, '80년 이전까지는 주로 사후 보상문제에 치중하였고 산업안전보건법이 제정된 이후부터 본격적인 재해예방 정책이 수립 ·추진되기 시작하였다. 그러나, 이러한 변화 속에서 사업장 안전 ·보건관리 체계는 규제완화에 따른 안전보건관리체계 약화, 안전보건관리체계의 중복, 법집행의 실효성 미약, 공공-민간의 효율적인 역할 수행체계 미흡, 근로자의 참여부족 등 많은 문제점들을 안고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 미국, 영국, 독일, 일본 등 우리보다 앞서있는 선진국의 산업안전보건체계를 재해통계제도, 안전보건 관련법, 재해예방기관의 활동 등의 측면에서 살펴보고 우리나라의 관리체계와 비교하여 개선 및 발전 방향을 모색하고자 하였다.

본 논문은 퍼지 계층분석법을 이용하여 교통신호의 교차로에서의 적합성에 대해서 논의한다. 교차로에서의 교통신호는 현시, 주기 등이 현재의 교차로 상황에 적합한가를 구별하여 판별할 수 있다. 교통신호의 적합성 여부는 현시, 주기를 따로 구별한 신호체계에서의 지체차량의 지체시간을 비교하여 구별한다. 교통 신호체계는 고정신호체계, 최적신호체계, 퍼지응용신호체계를 구별하여 응용단계가 높은 신호체계가 적합성이 높음을 퍼지계층분석법을 이용하여 밝히고 이를 이용 새로운 체계의 교통신호 체계도 제시한다.

This paper discusses a fitness of the control on intersection using fuzzy analytic hierachy process. The validity of control of traffic signal on intersection is the fitness of phase and cycle on the intersection. The validity of the controller is cleared by the comparison of the delay time of vehicle. Fuzzy analytic hierachy process clears the grade of validity of the fixed cycle time controller and adaptive fixed cycle time and fuzzy trafic controller and proposes a new control type a traffic signal by this fuzzy analytic hierachy process.

In 1968, United Nation prepared conventions to promote the safety and vitalization of traffic to accomodate increased international business and personal activities. They are convention on rad traffic and convention on road signs and signals. These conventions define the shape, color and the operational guidelines of signs, marking and traffic signals. However, the Korean road traffic law enforces independently the manufactural and operational guidelines of those devices and marking. Due to different regulations described in those two, potential problem might be expected in terms of international traffic in the near future in Korea. This paper presents the academical comparison between these two different road traffic regulations established by the Korean legislature and United Nation. It suggests a list of researches recommended for the nation to be ready to integrate international traffic.

The Reform Aviation Act of 2004 that which devided the basic aviation act and the act related aviation accident investigation announced in July 2004. The purpose of this study is to review standards and recommendations of Annexes for International Civil Aviation Convention and CFR of FAA in USA, Aviation Act of Japan, Civil Aviation Act of Australia, Aeronautics Act of Canada, Air Navigation Act of Singapore. and then after these review, we tried to compare them with Korean Aviation Law, Enforcement Decree, Regulations related their system. At the result of this study, we find out many advanced countries divided into basic Aviation act and accident investigation act. finally we have suggested mid and longtern plan and implementation which applicable to set up domestic aviation law system.
