This study investigates the practitioners' perception of Landscape Education in the universities in order to satisfy the demands of the rapidly changing industry. The survey was conducted for 257 practitioners to analyze the overall perception of Landscape Education, the importance and utilization of each course in universities, and the importance and utilization of each landscape process step. The overall perception of Landscape Education was slightly negative, and more practical education was demanded to improve the students' adaptability on the job. Practitioners suggested that universities should teach more practical expertise and related fields. They re-educated deficient aspects such as practical skills, computer techniques and legislational knowledge through the new employee training. The survey also showed that professors should be most responsible for a better education; however, students and practitioners have to endeavor together. According to the findings, planting design, landscape design, landscape materials, landscape planning and landscape construction as well as management were important. They are also considered as practical courses. However, practitioners perceived that university education was not sufficient for the constructional process. This means that Landscape Education in the universities has been more focused on planning and design. Because the universities are essentially for the research and study, changing the curriculum as practitioners suggested is not necessary. Nevertheless, it suggests for more practical education and balanced curriculum including construction and management that should be seriously considered. This study was focused on the practitioners' perception. Many of the respondents were from Seoul metropolitan area, therefore, it's hard to generalize the findings. A further study should be considered that would include instructors as well as students.

The contents and scope of this study are to analyze the problems of the current radio service and radio station classification system, and to investigate the radio wave management cases in the United States to provide a reasonable and efficient radio wave management method. The results of this study can be used as basic data when revising the legal system regarding radio wave enforcement regulations, radio service and radio station classification standards. It is expected that in the future, a detailed commentary on the definition and classification system of new radio / radio stations will be prepared to increase policy compliance in practice, while contributing to enhancing the consistency and efficiency of radio station licensing and inspection.

As children's participation in online activities has recently increased, online services for children are also rapidly increasing, but children are not sufficiently guaranteed their rights. The purpose of this study is to classify and analyze issues related to the children's online privacy issues in Korea through the current status and case studies of application services mainly used by children. For this purpose, this research analyzed problems related to the children's online privacy protection according to the stage of using the application. As a result of the application content analysis, 1) issues of child identification, 2) effectiveness of notice and consent, and 3) issues of children's rights as subjects of information were derived. Based on the current status analysis, the policy implications were drawn based on the children's online privacy protection in the online environment, and suggestions were made for improvement.

Pedestrian environment not only affects the quantitative degree in pedestrian movement, but also an impact on the local economics and environment that speaks within the greater dialogue of the qualitative life in an urban context. Recent urban planning issues have matured from a linear street development to a conversion of pedestrian friendly streets that synchronizes the entire pedestrian movement structures as a whole. Subject cases, Myung-Dong and Kwanchul-Dong, were selected from time regulated pedestrian streets in Seoul. Analysis of these streets was done through field studies and interviews. From the research, the outcome was helpful in providing the developers a greater perspective with the pedestrian movement structure that is not confined to a certain parameter, but in a larger scale within the urban environment. It was also useful in justifying ambiguous locations of pedestrian-only streets and crosswalks. Also, It aided in planning optimal scheme that concurs with the predictable pedestrian movement.

This research proposes design and construction of Korean type SWC based on user oriented smart work system. To achieve this proposal, the research suggested improvements of related law, changes to working environment, and strengthening information security for users, stronger Korean ICT based; the study investigated for an efficient and suitable Korean type SWC by analyzing Korean government plans and foreign developed countries' cases. The user-oriented smart work service platform suggested in this study aims to offer a solution to national crisis and establish infrastructure to knowledge-industry and creative-industry by collaborative smart work environment of 'Context Awareness' and 'Tangible User Interface'. As a result, smart work suggests methods to produce creative work by IT workers and efficient work environment for better standing in world competition. In conclusion, Korean SWC system is proved to be superior in satisfaction rate at 75.41%, 20.18% higher than average score shown in 5 categories in 5 countries from USA, Japan, and EU's which was 55.23%.

In order for a financial company to collect personal information, it explicitly notifies consumers of the contents stipulated by law and gets consent beforehand. As a result, as financial products became more complicated and diverse, and the contents of 'Consent form for providing personal information' became more complicated and more. In particular, in the case of internet or mobile, the letter became smaller as the screen size limit, making it more difficult to understand. This is because almost all companies that collecting personal information are in a similar situation, In the position of consumers who use services are, contradictions arise that habitually agree without understanding the consent contents. In this research, in order to present a consent policy establishment decision-making model to rationally collect and use personal information through the Internet website of financial companies, consider the domestic and foreign legal system Then, derive a problem To present improvement measures. In addition, the evaluation factors selected through the research are verified by presenting decision making models and formulas using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method.

The purpose of this research is to review a grandparent visitation case which court decided grandparent visitation rights in 2016 for the first time, to determined how justices interpreted the best interests of the child standard. Based on the critical review of a target case, three categories emerged: parental rights, child's rights, and the developmental environment of child. These categories help to explain how courts influence the social construction of status withing families and child's rights. This research closes the study with implications and suggestions for future social policy.

There have been many critical point of view on the Korean industrial relations arguing that its conflictual nature and combative unions, and too much protective labor laws make the foreign investors to avoid Korea as an investment location. This argument has been raised since IMF' financial bail-out when Korea needed badly foreign FDI. Since then, however, any significant improvement in industrial relations field has not been made. In this kind of dead-lock situation, the Ireland' success story give us an important lesson, in which the strong economic growth had been made through the massive FDI, stimulated by the social partnership between government, unions and employers. Our study has an aim to examine the several success factors for Ireland's economic success, and to take a deep look into the context and characteristics of the Ireland' social partnership, and its outcome. We also try to draw some lessons to Korean economy, in particular, in its economic policy and industrial relations.

This study empirically examines whether income smoothing effectively contributes to consumption smoothing. Since international factor movement plays an important role for income smoothing across countries, net factor income across countries deserves more attention in considering income smoothing than attention having been paid by previous studies in the literature. Most of previous studies assume that net factor income has the same degree of effects on consumption as GDP. For the case of 12 EU countries during the period from 1999 to 2010, our empirical investigation observes that the response of consumption with respect to net factor income is severely lower than the response of consumption with respect to GDP, and further net factor income has ignorable effects on the consumption. This evidence implies that the income smoothing via international factor movement is less significant in contributing to the consumption smoothing. In the sequel, our finding suggests that legal and institutional process for transferring net factor income across countries should be eased further to improve contribution of income smoothing to consumption smoothing.
