본 논문은 인터넷 전자상거래를 기반으로 최근 활성화되고 있는 전자무역의 거래관행상의 영향 및 문제점을 실증분석하고 있다. 전자무역의 인터넷 전자상거래의 활용정도 및 장애요인 등을 분석하고 그에 따른 제반문제를 법제도적 측면을 비롯하여 정책적 측면 등을 중심으로 분석함으로서 전자무역의 새로운 거래관행의 확립과 법제도적 개선책의 모색을 통하여 전자무역거래의 활성화방안을 안전한 전자거래시스템의 확보 외에 관련 인력의 양성 및 교육훈련프로그램의 개발 등이 요구되고 있다.

2002년 11월 27일 한국건축ㆍ도시법제학회에서는 현안의 문제가 되는 건축사 특별 검사원 제도에 대한 전문가 토론회를 개최하였다. 이 제도가 처음 제정될 당시 서울시 실무 담당자였던 정연진 과장(현 강남구청 과장)이 발제 하였으며 공무원, 건축사, 특별검사원, 교수 그리고 한국건축ㆍ도시법제학회 임원들이 참석하여 여러 의견을 제시하는 자리를 마련하였다. 사안의 중요성에 비추어 이를 긴급 점검하고 진단하는 일이 필요하다는 인식을 가지게 되었고, 여러 건축사가 관심을 가지고 제도 개선을 해야 한다고 생각한다.

Last year, the Autonomous Vehicle Act was enacted to respond to deployment of autonomous vehicles. But the Act stipulates the operation of autonomous vehicle pilot zones, In addition, in order to analyze autonomous vehicle accidents and establish a reasonable damage compensation system, the Automobile Damage Compensation Guarantee Act was revised. But, It is necessary to seek plans for institutional development such as detailed concepts of self-driving cars and driving, a security certification system for securing safety of autonomous cooperative driving, and enhancement of the effectiveness of special cases related to personal information processing. I would like to seek ways to improve the legal system to respond reasonably to the deployment of autonomous vehicles.

These days, according as the role and function of science and technology become a important solving means of various national and social problems caused in knowledge information society as well as the development of national economy, the national target and mission of science and technology have been newly illuminated. The task of science and technology has embodied into national policies, and these policies acquired institutional foundation through the legal system related to science and technology. Recently, the discussions about the operating system of present science and technology legislation are often happened, if or not the legal system is optimal and appropriate itself under the changed environment. In special, some issues are raised continuously, for example, about the improvement of coordination system on S&T policies, and the governance system on national R&D programs, etc. This paper aims to research and suggest the reorganization method of science and technology law. For this purpose, the development and existing state of S&T legislation was investigated, the government role and policy driving direction were reviewed under the recent changed environment, and the problems of S&T law in structure and content were analyzed in variety of perspectives. On this basis, the reorganization methods of science and technology law are suggested.

As Home Network facilities are more enlarging on the basis of a Certification system and U-City by a different operators and regional groups. In this paper, describer to the status of it's installation and promotion and arrange it's general idea and law system concept. Also, draw operation system's problems and present counterproposal through analyzing an application basis of the law systems and information-communication technical standards such as construction law, housing law, and regulation to the housing construction standard. etc. We suggest an change necessity of the law system that home network can get ready for safely, facilities, comfortability of the user's convenience.

Korea is recognized as the most advanced nation in regards to capabilities or environments of informatization throughout the world. Nevertheless, Korea brings on itself such stigmas as a nation vulnerable to information security. Now the globe ushered in an era requiring political balances. Yet, issues of legislative supports or system adjustments for information security policies are always pushed back on the priority list. There is a need to face problems at the center of changes departing from such frames. In order to establish a proper system for information security policies, the most urgent issues are reviews of concepts and reorganizations of systems, and then to legislate information security polities by being harmonious with public opinions. This paper is to remind what measures are needed to improve the system of priority policies depending on public backgrounds and why such measures are needed. Furthermore, the paper suggests a new legislation, 'Information Security Policy Act' as one of the specific measures.

Supercomputers have played an important role in various fields such as science, industry, national security and solutions for social issues, and their demand is increasing significantly as their use is strengthened in areas using big data and AI. Recently, competition for global exascale system development is accelerating based on various architectures, and the era of exascale computing is expected to come in the near future. However, the foundation of the domestic supercomputing ecosystem was lost due to the decline of the server industry in the past, and although the related law was enacted to supplement and foster it, it has not been able to perform its function smoothly. Therefore, this article examines the problems in the current legal system through the analysis of the relevant legal system and the status of the supercomputing ecosystem, and suggests improvements so that the relevant legal system, which can accommodate the reinforcement of the role of the government·national center·professional center, support for industries, promotion of commercialization of research results, and flexibility of government promotion policies, can prepare the basis for the promotion of the supercomputing R&D project.

Purpose and Method: Crowed Events can lead to sudden accidents caused by unpredictable variables. Therefore, focusing on the '10.29 Itaewon accident' among the representative cases, we examined the accident as the process of occurrence. In addition, improvement measures were suggested through analysis of related legal systems. Result: In the Itaewon accident, a "colony wave phenomenon" occurred due to "ultra-high-density cluster stay". In addition, cluster destruction occurred from a weak location in the cluster due to clusters and pressures in different directions to avoid this. Looking at the laws related to the safety management of Crowed Events, the laws and regulations differ depending on the location and type. Due to the complementary nature of the approach to the legal blind spot, the legal system that uses similar terms of the same concept and is not systematic is causing uncertainty in the application and interpretation of the law. Conclusion: Crowd control and on-site management should be carried out for events when the cluster density is expected to reach 8 people/m² or reached. Consistency should be maintained through the unified application of legislation to related legislation.
