According to 1944 Chicago Convention aircraft are classified into public aircraft(or state aircraft) and private aircraft(or civil aircraft). However even if public aircraft owned by government are used as commercial flights, those are classified into private aircraft. But as far as space activities are concerned in the 1967 Outer Space Treaty, those are related to all activities and all space objects, thus there being no differentiation between the public spacecraft and private spacecraft. As for the institutions of air law there are ICAO, IATA, ECAC, AFCAC, ACAC, LACAC in the world. However in the field of space law there is no International Civil Space Organization like ICAO. There is only COPUOS in the United Nations. The particular institutions such as INTELSAT, INMARSAT, ITU, WIPO, ESA, ARABSAT would be helpful to space law field. In the near future there is a need to establish International Civil Space Organization to cover problems rising from all space activities. According to article 1 of the 1944 Chicago Convention the contracting States recognize that every State has complete and exclusive sovereignty over the airspace above its territory. It means that absolute airspace sovereignty is recognized by not only the treaty law and but also customary law which regulates non-contracting States to the treaty. However as for the space law in the article n of the 1967 Space Treaty outer space, including the moon and other celestial bodies, is not subject to national appropriation by claim of sovereignty, by means of use or occupation, or by any other means. It creates res extra commercium like the legal status of high seas in the law of the sea. However the 1979 Moon Agreement proclaimed Common Heritage of Mankind as far as the legal status of the outer space is concerned which is like the legal status of deep sea-bed in the 1982 United Nations Law of the Sea. As far as the liabilities of air transport system are concerned there are two kinds. One is the liabilities to passenger on board aircraft and the other is the liabilities to the third person or thing on the ground by the aircraft. The former is regulated by the Warsaw System, the latter by the Rome Convention. As for the liabilities of space law the 1972 Liability Convention applies. The Rome Convention and 1972 Liability Convention stipulate absolute liability. In the field of space transportation there would be new liability system to regulate the space passengers on board spacecraft like Warsaw System in the air transportation.

The purpose of this study was to examine guardian's attitudes toward behavior guidance techniques used in pediatric dentistry. In this study, 117 guardians participated and the several behavior guidance techniques being used during actual pediatric dental treatment were explained to the guardians prior to writing a questionnaire. The behavior guidance techniques explained were: tell-show-do, voice control, protective stabilization by device, protective stabilization by staff, nitrous oxide sedation, sedation, and general anesthesia. For analysis, 106 completed survey forms were selected. Tell-show-do was rated as the most acceptable technique, followed (in order of decreasing acceptance) by: voice control; protective stabilization by staff; nitrous oxide sedation; protective stabilization by device; sedation; general anesthesia. Acceptance of each behavior guidance technique was not related to guardian age, gender, patient age, patient gender, patient dental experience, type of visit, and position of doctor. Within the limit of this study, the communicative guidance techniques (tell-show-do, voice control) were more acceptable than advanced behavior guidance techniques (protective stabilization, sedation, general anesthesia). The acceptability of general anesthesia was the lowest. The results of this survey may contribute to maintain optimal dentist - guardians communication in pediatric dentistry.

본 논문에서는 주성분 회귀법과 부분최소자승 회귀법을 비교하여 보여준다. 이 비교의 목적은 선형형태를 보유한 근적외선 분광 데이터의 분석에 사용할 수 있는 적합한 예측 방법을 찾기 위해서이다. 두 가지 데이터 마이닝 방법론인 주성분 회귀법과 부분최소자승 회귀법이 비교되어 질 것이다. 본 논문에서는 부분최소자승 회귀법은 주성분 회귀법과 비교했을 때 약간 나은 예측능력을 가진 결과를 보여준다. 주성분 회귀법에서 50개의 주성분이 모델을 생성하기 위해서 사용지만 부분최소자승 회귀법에서는 12개의 잠재요소가 사용되었다. 평균제곱오차가 예측능력을 측정하는 도구로 사용되었다. 본 논문의 근적외선 분광데이터 분석에 따르면 부분최소자승회귀법이 선형경향을 가진 데이터의 예측에 가장 적합한 모델로 판명되었다.

In this study, the applicability and validity of collocation method to nonlinear vibration issues in comparison to other solutions are confirmed, and the applicability of collocation method to nonlinear dynamic response issues in comparison to the response curve with F.E.M results is examined. Also, it is also examined how the influence of axial inertia varies according to the size of slenderness ratio.

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of foreign library classification schemes on the Chinese classification systems in the library. And the study is to analyze development process of three modem library classification schemes, the $\ulcorner$Renmin University of China's Library Books Classifications$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$Chinese Academy of Sciences's Library Books Classifications$\lrcorner$and $\ulcorner$Chinese Library Classification$\lrcorner$which are being used in many libraries in China where the library is regarded an important organization for performing the national policies.

전기기구의 절연성을 향상시킨다는 것은 품질이나 수명을 향상시키는것과 똑같은 의의를 갖는 것이며, 따라서 기기의 수명은 절연성에 있다해도 과언이 아니다. 절연내력을 높이기 위해서는 질량의 절연재료와 고도의 절연가공기술 및 절연구조의 개량등의 요건을 필요로 하나 건조 처리기술에 의하여도 상당히 전기특성을 회복시킬수 있다. 주지의 사항과 같이 건조 처리법에는 열풍건조법, 열유(분무 및 순환) 건조법증기건조법, 전류건조(냉상전류법 및 단락순환건조법)법, 등등에 진공건조를 병용한 처리법이 있으며 어떤나라의 전력계통에서도 계통의 감시 또는 정기보수시 전력용 변압기를 건조(현지)해야 되는 작업은 기기 maker에서 공장건조해야 되는것과 똑같이 거쳐야 하는 공정중의 하나인 것이다. 여기서 언급코져 하는 변압기 tank 유도가열법은 본인이 일본 삼릉전기에서 연수중 조사한 바 있는것으로서 소련, 일본등지에서는 벌써부터 타 건조처리법과 병용해서 척용하고 있으며, 보유하고 있는 건조실의 size가 적을때나 또는 수송 제한조건때문에 현지 조립을 요하는 지역에서는 편리한 처리법의 하나라 할 수 있다. 이하 그 설계 계산법과 설계예를 간략한다.

본 논문은 비-스플라인(B-spline) 보간법을 이용한 영상의 변환에 대하여 논한다. 국소적인 영상의 정보나 세분화된 영상의 정보를 얻기 위해 영상의 확대 변환이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 영상의 확대 변환을 위해 선형 (linear), 큐빅 (cubic), 인근치 (nearest neighbour)등의 보간법 [2]과 비-스플라인(B-Spline) 보간법[1][3][4]을 적용하였다. 실험을 통하여 비-스플라인 보간법이 현재 많이 사용되고있는 인근치 보간법, 선형 보간법, 큐빅 보간법들 보다 상대적으로 우월한 영상의 질을 가져옴을 보였다. 결론적으로, 영상의 기하학적 변환에 있어 기존의 세 가지 보간법들 보다 비-스플라인 보간법을 사용한 경우에 더 좋은 결과를 가지며, 비-스플라인 함수의 차수가 고차로 갈수록 영상의 질이 향상됨을 알 수 있다. 렌즈 등에 의한 왜곡현상을 가지고 있는 위성 사진이나 의료 영상을 기하학적 변환을 통하여 보정하는데 비-스플라인 보간법을 적용할 수 있다.

전통적인 암호시스템의 분석방법은 암호 프리미티브들로 구성된 부분을 블랙박스로 생각하고 이들을 구성하는 수학적 함수를 분석하여 이론적인 안전성을 정량화 했다. 그러나 암호 프리미티브가 이론적으로 안전하다고 해도 이들을 적용한 암호시스템을 구축할 때 구현 방법에 따라 비밀정보와 연관된 내부 함수가 실행되면서 연산시간, 소모전력, 전자복사, 오류결과 등의 부가적인 정보를 밖으로 누출하는 경우가 있다. 최근 들어 이런 부채널 정보를 통해 비밀정보를 유추하는 기술이 발전하였는데 시차공격법, 전력분석법, 전자복사 공격법, 오류 공격법, 오류 메시지 공격법 등 여러 가지 공격법이 알려지고 있다. 부채널 공격법을 통해 비밀키 암호 알고리즘, 공개키 암호 알고리즘, 해쉬함수 등을 프리미티브로 사용하여 구현한 암호 메카니즘의 취약점이 분석되었으며, 이를 막을 수 있는 대응법도 다양하게 제안되고 있다. 본 고에서는 부채널 공격법과 이의 대응법에 대한 최근 동향을 살펴본다.

Church is one of organizations recognized not as corporation but as private association and therefore its identity and possession of properties must be confirmed by the general theories of the civil law in relation not to corporation but to private association. Different from corporation, the internal relations of private association is primarily regulated by the articles of association. When there is no article of association, ordinary resolution and provisions for incorporated association in the civil law are applied by inference. As for the debt of private association, all the members own it in a quasi-joint manner (article 275 and 278). For the last 50 years, the judicial precedents of the Supreme Court has permitted the partition of church for the Protestant church and ruled that the relationship of properties at the time of partition is the joint ownership by church members at the time of partition. This ruling is different from that of corporation and ordinary principles of law. However, a new judicial precedent (the Supreme Court, 2006. 4. 20, 2004다37775) prescribes that different from corporation, the partition of private association is not allowed. Thus, in order to settle the dispute of private association, the Supreme Court changes its traditional standpoint of allowing partition into denying it. This ruling seems to reflect the necessity of settling dispute above all.

신뢰할 만한 소지역 통계 작성을 위한 다양한 소지역 추정 기법들이 최근 많은 관심속에 개발되고 있다. 이 논문은 다양한 소지역 추정 기법들 중 일부 기법들에 대한 간략한 소개 및 실례를 제시한다. 먼저 대표적인 소지역에 대한 간접추정법인 인구통계학적 방법, 합성추정법과 복합추정법에 관한 이론 및 추정절차를 살펴보았고, 모형 기반 추정법으로써 경험적 베이즈(EB) 추정법과 계층적 베이즈(HB) 추정법을 소개하였다. 마지막으로 합성추정법과 복합추정법을 이용하여 충북의 시군구 실업자 추정에 적용해 보았고, 시군구 실업자 추정결과를 직접 추정법의 결과와 비교하였다.
