The review on standard method of microplastics in soil and groundwater (토양, 지하수 중 미세플라스틱 분석법에 관한 고찰)

  • This review summarized research trends regarding sample collection methods, pretreatment method, and types of analysis devices for microplastics (MPs) in soil and groundwater matrices. Soil sampling considers the selection of sampling location, depth, and volume. The typically sampling depth is within 15 cm (topsoil), and about 1 kg of mixed each sample. Among spot sampling and continuous flow sampling, groundwater sampling mainly used a continuous flow sampling, with collection rates 2 to 6 L/min in the range of 300~1,000 L, and followed by immediate on-situ filtration. Pretreatment method, applied to soil and groundwater, consist of organic digestion and density separation. In the organic digestion method, H2O2 is recommended among H2O2, acidic, alkaline, and enzymatic method. NaCl is primarily used as a reagent in density separation. However, depending on the density of MPs, other regents can be selectively used like ZnCl2, ZnBr2, and etc. Representative analysis device includes Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) and Raman spectroscopy for non-destructive analysis and Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) for destructive analysis. µ-FTIR and Raman can count MPs of larger than 10 and 1 ㎛, and analyze MPs materials. However, it is need to sufficiently remove interference, like organic matter, in spectroscopic analysis using essential pretreatment method. Py-GC/MS is being continuously researched because it doesn't require complex pretreatment method and allows quantitative analysis of specific materials.

Development and Validation of Digital Twin for Analysis of Plant Factory Airflow (식물공장 기류해석을 위한 디지털트윈 개발 및 실증)

  • As one of the alternatives to solve the problem of unstable food supply and demand imbalance caused by abnormal climate change, the need for plant factories is increasing. Airflow in plant factory is recognized as one of important factor of plant which influence transpiration and heat transfer. On the other hand, Digital Twin (DT) is getting attention as a means of providing various services that are impossible only with the real system by replicating the real system in the virtual world. This study aimed to develop a digital twin model for airflow prediction that can predict airflow in various situations by applying the concept of digital twin to a plant factory in operation. To this end, first, the mathematical formalism of the digital twin model for airflow analysis in plant factories is presented, and based on this, the information necessary for airflow prediction modeling of a plant factory in operation is specified. Then, the shape of the plant factory is implemented in CAD and the DT model is developed by combining the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) components for airflow behavior analysis. Finally, the DT model for high-accuracy airflow prediction is completed through the validation of the model and the machine learning-based calibration process by comparing the simulation analysis result of the DT model with the actual airflow value collected from the plant factory.

  • 지적 재산권 보호 중에서 디지털 저작물 보호는 근래에 활발히 연구되고 있으며 법 과학 분야는 지문감식, 치아감정, DNA 등 많은 분야가 있다. 법과학 분야 중 법적용 컴퓨팅(Forensic Computing)에 관한 응용은 새로운 연구 과제이다. 그 중에서도 디지털 저작물에 대하여 증거를 보전 하고자 많은 연구가 진행되고 있지만 디지털 저작물에 관하여 네트워크를 통한 능동적 저작물 보호는 미약하다. 현재의 데이터 추출(Extraction), 발굴(Exploitation), 복구, 암호 해독, 패스워스 풀기(Defeat), 미러 이미징 등의 방법 가지고 해결 못하는 경우와 인터넷 상에서 온라인으로 이루어지는 불법 복제에서 결정적 기여(smoking gun)를 찾아내려고 하는 것이 본 논문에서 해결 하고자 하는 부분이다. 오프라인일 경우도 가능하며 분석된 결과는 변호사/대리인, 법인, 보험회사, 법집행관 등에게 온라인으로 제공한다. 진행 과정은 서버에서 파견시킨, 미션을 부여받은 에이전트가 저작물 불법 복제 상황을 트래킹 한 후, 네트워크를 통하여 정해진 시간별로 서버에 전달하면, 법 조항과 매핑시켜서 분석한 다음 서버의 지식베이스에 저장되어 사용자의 요구에 응하는 능동형 디지털 저작물 보호 관리 시스템이다.

  • 특허제도는 발명자에게 발명의 공개에 대한 대가로 일정기간 독점권을 인정하여 기술개발에 투자한 자금을 회수할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 이렇게 공개된 발명은 새로운 기술개발을 위하여 누구나 이용할 수 있도록 하여 기술발전을 촉진할 뿐만아니라 이미 개발된 발명에 대한 중복투자나 중복연구를 하는 낭비를 방지하기 위한 목적을 가진다. 본 조사는 2022년 12월 31일까지의 정부 특허정보넷인 키프리스(www.kipris.or.kr)에서 꽃차 관련 상 표등록 특허 내용을 검색하여 정리하였으며 그결과는 다음과 같았다. 1. 2002년 연꽃차에 대한 것을 시작으로 최근 2022년 12월 31일까지 총 142개가 출원되었고 2022년에만 19개가 출원되었다. 2. 2022년 12월 31일까지 출원된 상표등록 특허 총 141개 중에서 포기 15개, 거절 27개, 등록 93개, 공고 7개였다. 3. 2022년 출원된 상표등록 특허 중 등록된 것은 19개였으며 개인이 출원한 것이 16개, 법인은 3개였다. 4. 출원된 내용중 상품분류는 01(농업용), 03(화장품), 28(놀이용품), 30(차류), 31(농산물), 32(음료), 33(알콜음료), 35(광고업), 40(재료처리업), 41(교육업), 43(음식료품 서비스업) 이었다.

  • Source and use of investment money in the content business has been subject to closer attention, This study attempts to identify the information asymmetry problem in the performing art are, focusing on the Korean musical play. Despite the various discussions in the venture capital practice in the performing art area, there has been few studies analyzing the investors' perspective. While juggling with the 'artistic value' and 'rate of return', the investors are concerned about the 'transparency' of the performing art practice. When coupled with the subjective judgment of 'artistic value', the information asymmetry between the investor and the performing art manager becomes more delicate. In the performing art business, 'SPC(Special Purpose Company)' is considered a possible solution to organize the deal structure in this field. This study analyzes the role of SPC regarding the information asymmetry problem.

Effective Models for Connecting BTL and Project Finance (BTL 사업과 프로젝트 금융의 효과적 결합 방안)

  • This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of BTL, and to propose the effective models connecting BTL and project finance, through the analysis of current state and case study of BTL. The main results of this study are as follows. Firstly, BTL business have been increasing fast, and most of projects are middle size projects below 100 billion Won. Nextly, key suggestions for improving BTL business model are analyzed, which are, first, risk allocation between public and private interests, second, improvement of method for selecting private investment consortium, and third, alleviation of long-term burden of local finance. Finally, effective models for connecting BTL and project finance, which are, first, model for using asset backed securities, second, model for dividing project corporations into construction corporation and operation corporation, and third, model for risk allocation between public and private interests.

  • The purpose of this study tried theoretical review on the current Transfer Income Tax system, and review on current Korean Transfer Income Tax system, to derive the inherent problems in Korean Transfer Income Tax system. This study presents the improving measures thereto.The transfer income earned by any individual person is taxed as the Transfer Income Tax pursuant to the Income Tax Act, and the transfer income earned by any legal person is taxed as the transfer income on transfer gain on land etc, pursuant to the Corporate Tax Act. In case of the Transfer Income Taxes earned by individual persons, land and buildings comprise most of the taxable items of the Transfer Income Tax. This study limits the scope of study to the Transfer Income Tax on land and building as the major taxable item, rather than all the Transfer Income Tax taxed to individual taxpayers. The outcomes of this are expected to rationly improvement the real estate taxation in accordance with the principle of tax law.

Effect of Student Support on Burnout of High School Teachers (학생지지가 고등학교 교사의 소진에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to see if student support directly affects on the burnout of reduction of high school teachers. The subjects are high school teachers in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Busan. A total of 353 people were surveyed and the final 352 people were confirmed as analysis units, except for one untrustworthy response. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 16.0, and structural equation analysis was conducted to verify the effect of student support on the burnout of high school teachers. The study was conducted to a reconstruct survey with significant factor as an embodying the concept and measurement tools of student support. The main findings are as follows: First, student support has been shown to reduce emotional exhaustion, a sub-variant of burnout. Second, student support has been shown to reduce depersonalization. Third, student support has been shown to reduce a sense of personal achievement. This study is significant to demonstrate its effectiveness by using the student's support for social support teachers in order to reduce the burnout of high school teachers even there were no previous studies.

  • Among the major rulings handed down in 2020, there were cases involving anaphylaxis, which is timely as a side effect of coronavirus and flu vaccine. And as a rare case, a ruling was handed down that if medical treatment was done so unfaithfully beyond the limit of patience of ordinary people, it can be an independent illegal act and a cause of compensation for emotional distress. Also, there was a ruling in the appellate court that evaluated disability rate applying the Korean Academy of Medical Sciences Guides for the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, not McBride system. And the supreme court made it clear that telemedicine is illegitimate. In relation to duty of explanation, it is in the process of adding detail criterion on the firm principles in the individual cases. In regard of medical records, there was a case that even when a medical record is strongly suspected to be tampered with, it is not considered to be an obstruction of proof. There were cases that resulted in different conclusion between the court of first instance and the appellate court rulings. Lastly, in the face of a growing number of cases in which doctors are sentenced to prison for malpractice, we reviewed a ruling that sentenced a doctor to prison.
