최근 학교폭력 및 묻지마 범죄가 꾸준히 증가추세에 있다. 2011년 12월 학교폭력에 의한 대구중학생 자살사건, 2010년 2월 김길태 사건과 6월 김수철 사건, 2016년 5월 강남역 노래방 살인사건과 6월 섬마을 여교사 사건 등 사회적 약자인 소년, 여성 대상범죄 및 묻지마 범죄가 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 범죄예방 도구이자 전략으로써 CPTED가 하나의 대안으로 부각되고 있다. 국토교통부는 건축물, 건축설비 및 대지에 관한 범죄예방 기준인 '범죄예방 건축기준 고시'를 2015년부터 시행하고 있는데 적용대상 건물 등은 이 기준에 따라 설계하고 건축해야 한다. 현대 위험사회에서 강력범죄 및 경범죄의 사전예방을 위해서는 사회 안전시스템 구축이 요구되며 그 대안으로 환경설계를 통해 범행기회를 심리적, 물리적으로 차단하는 정책을 모색함으로써 환경범죄학 입장에서 범죄예방에 접근할 필요가 있다.

This paper is dealing with the effectiveness to the crime prevention by the combined security system of the private security and the public security(the Police). In the western countries the public and the private security have well co-operated each other in terms of the job distribution. But our country's The private security has not much serviced in the crime prevention. The public security system has in limited capability to prevent the crime, therefore the co-production through with the private security industry and the community network are required to prevent and reduce the crime we are facing on. The followings are the result of survey on the prevention of crime through The combined security system(co-production) of The police, the private security and the community network; 1) The private security could be a big help to the police work if the two system can be co-operated smoothly. 2) The crime prevention could be not good worked out if police work would only be in the upper level class. 3) The job satisfaction is a positive if the co-operation between the police and the private security is on well.

Multi-family housing plays a crucial role as a living and experiencing space, and its environment has a direct impact on the well-being and stability of its residents. Therefore, Crime Prevention Design (CPTED) for multi-family housing is of utmost importance. However, crime-related data in China is not disclosed to the public because of its specificity, making it difficult for researchers to conduct further in-depth studies based on accurate crime data. As a result, the establishment and application of CPTED theory in terms of crime prevention is limited and delayed. This study aims to explore three aspects of CPTED in multi-family housing as perceived by home-buying consumers. It investigated consumer perception of the CPTED, the importance of each element and ways to increase awareness of CPTED in multifamily housing in order to effectively improve multifamily crime prevention design principles and further enhance public safety. This study examined the current state and future trends of CPTED in China by analyzing relevant research reports and literature, aiming to gain insights into the crime prevention awareness of Chinese homeowners. In addition, a survey was conducted on Chinese consumers to unravel the importance of CPTED and increase awareness of its various elements in multifamily-family. This study used a Likert scale and SPSS reliability analysis to determine the cognitive status of multi-family CPTED, the importance of each element, and proposed an improvement plan based on the analysis results. As this study was limited by the difficulty of implementation and the lack of validation of its practical effectiveness, it is recommended that future research needs to validate the effectiveness of crime prevention designs and produce more practical results. Furthermore, it is crucial to utilize this study to inform the implementation of security solutions that are tailored to the unique characteristics of each district. Additionally, it is important to offer guidance on how to enhance community safety by increasing residents' awareness of security through education and information dissemination. The author hopes that the representative multi-family CPTED awareness, the importance of each element, and plans for improvement shall be summarized from this study, and provide foundational data for the future development of CPTED based on the Chinese region.

최근 범죄예측, 교통관리, 신원확인 등 다양한 목적으로 치안 분야에서 ICT 기술이 개발 이용되고 있다. 사물인터넷의 등장으로 인해 생성되는 데이터의 양이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으며, 이를 통해 만들어진 빅데이터는 범죄분석 및 예방, 치안수요의 예측, 범죄 수사에 있어서 새로운 변화를 가져올 것으로 예고되고 있다. 새롭게 부각된 치안분야에서의 빅데이터 활용 서비스 사례로는 범죄 예측 서비스, 교통 관련 서비스, 영상 분석과 통합 관제 서비스, 웨어러블 폴리스캠 활용서비스, 신원 확인(바이오 인식 기술)서비스 등이 있다. 선진국에서는 이들 서비스를 개발하고 활용하기 위한 다양한 공공 연구조직이 설립되어 운영되고 있다. 본 고에서는 치안분야에서 빅데이터를 기반으로 한 국내외 서비스 사례와 함께 이를 수용하기 위한 바람직한 공공 연구조직에 대한 논의를 전개한다.

지역사회경찰활동은 범죄와 무질서, 그리고 범죄에 대한 두려움을 줄이고자 고안되었고, 또한 지역사회의 명백한 요구와 수요를 충족시키기 위해 나타나게 된 하나의 철학이며, 전술이 아니라고 할 수 있다. 지역사회 경찰활동의 기본적 목표를 단순한 범죄의 사후적 통제로부터 더 나아가 범죄예방, 범죄에 대한 시민의 두려움 감소, 공공서비스 강화를 통한 시민생활의 향상으로 확대하여 사전적 예방에 중점을 두고 있다. 우리경찰에서는 현재 지역사회 경찰활동에 관한 여러 가지 정책을 시행해오고 있으며, 이러한 지역 사회경찰활동과 더불어 조현오 경찰청장의 경찰성과주의는 2010년 6월 이후 커다란 이슈가 되어 현재 경찰조직에서 사용되는 평가의 척도로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사후적 대처의 성격이 강한 경찰성과주의와 사전적 예방활동의 성격이 강한 지역사회경찰 활동의 주된 내용을 살펴보고, 두 정책의 괴리현상에 대한 문제점을 살펴보도록 한다.

통계청에 의하면 65세 이상 인구가 2024년 1,000만명을 도래할 것으로 예측하고 있으며, 노인인구 증가와 함께 노인치안 이슈들은 매년 증가하고 있다. 특히, 경찰청 자료에 따르면 최근 5년간 노인범죄피해는 매년 증가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다(경찰청, 2021). 치안서비스 대상에서 주요한 영역을 차지하게 될 노인을 대상으로 한 범죄예방정책을 마련하기 위하여 범죄피해노인의 특성에 관한 연구를 함에 있어 연도별 노인의 범죄피해영향요인의 차이가 있는지를 이 연구에서는 분석하고자 하였다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 한국형사·법무정책연구원의 2014년, 2016년, 2018년 전국범죄피해조사 2차 자료를 활용하였으며, 그 중 만65세 노인대상 자료만을 추출하여 2014년 1.921명, 2016년, 2,935명, 2018년 2,707명을 각각 최종분석에 활용하였다. Spss ver 21. 통계프로그램을 활용하여 로지스틱회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과 2014년에는 사회적 무질서 수준과 노인범죄피해와의 관계성이 높았다면, 2016년에는 물리적 무질서 수준과 노인범죄피해와의 관계성이 높았고, 2016년과 2018년에는 독거노인과 빈 집으로 가구가 노출되는 시간이 긴 정도가 노인범죄피해와의 관계성이 높은 것으로 볼 수 있었다. 이러한 연도별 노인 범죄피해 영향요인의 변화를 실증연구를 통해 검증함으로써 추후 노인범죄예방을 위한 정책마련의 자료로 활용하고자 한다.

With an increase in urban crimes in various forms, this study is intended to analyze the effectiveness of the service design that presented a new model resolving crime risks through differentiated thinking paradigm and problem approaches. The empirical case addressed in this study is 'the project to create resident-driven safe community in Duryu-dong, Dalseo-gu, Deagu though service design'. This project is evaluated as having prepared a prevention-oriented local safety system through a preemptive and resident-centered process. The project was promoted as a 'natural monitoring capacity building program' for residents to prevent local crimes, a 'social role expansion program' for local safety, and 'crime prevention environment design', which provides comprehensive solutions for residents' safety. Here, designers act as exerts in designing a task-based platform that can be driven by residents rather than a visual environment improver, and reorganizing the local ecosystem by expanding the opportunities for residents to interact. This case identifies the role of service design as binding the solidarity of local residents beyond the improvement of the crime environment and giving them the potential capacity to maintain a safe living space in relation to a safety issues of community.

This study aimed to asses the relationship between shoppers' security need sufficiency and customer satisfaction on the quality of security services in Shopping Mall. This study gathered data from 485 citizen in five shopping centres at KyungKi areas. Collected data was analysed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, path analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS WIN 16.0. The results of the study yielded the following four perspectives. First, secure equipment and the service quality of security officers in the shopping malls have a decisive effect on customers psychological stability and crime prevention. Second, they are a strong influence upon customer satisfaction and operational security. Especially, the professionalism of the staff has a marked effect. Third, the service quality of security officers and secure equipment in the malls have an effect on operational security services and efficiency of secure services. Finally, this dissertation showed that the quality of secure equipment services and officers' mild In summary, the conclusion of this study is that secure equipment service, officers' mild manner and professionalism of the security officers affect the customer satisfaction measurement directly. They also affect customer satisfaction through psychological stability and the prevention of crime indirectly. In other words, the good quality of security in the shopping centres affects the using of facilities definitely.

In recent years, the occurrence of life and violent crime in the city centered on crime-prone areas has become a big issue, raising the public interest in safety from crime has been higher than ever. As the initial response to crime and the importance of crime prevention are emerging, the government is preparing various measures such as crime prevention service using advanced technology. This project is a demonstration project to select specific target sites and apply that on a trial basis with the main purpose of commercialization of intelligent crime prevention technologies and services. In order to spread the business through the demonstration project, it is expected that the practical economic evaluation as well as the academic and practical value of the project will have a great significance. In this study, the purpose of this research is to derive economic feasibility through technologies and services to be implemented in Indokwon district of Anyang city, which is selected demonstration site of the intelligent security, to promote the spread of business and contribute to the policy activation.

If using crime map which represents criminal section that violent crimes targeting women frequently happened, the police could prevent additional crimes by positioning themselves intensively in expected crime zones and each individual could avoid being damaged by referring information of criminal zones. In this paper, by analyzing crimes targeting women and offender information which is provided in public-opened datum portal, we suppose a system which prevents crimes that calculates locational danger and, by considering location and age group of users, provides user-customized information of danger. By crawling the criminals datum which is provided in public-opened datum portal, It collects them. About the areas which happened sexual crimes, calculating danger of crime based on statistical crime information including criminal information, residence of offenders, areas which happened sexual crimes, sentences and the number of crime, this system is able to visualize the areas which sexual crimes happened based on information of danger grade representing on user's location. The score of danger calculated in location unit can provide criminal information according to location and ages of users by interacting GIS.
