최근 여성이나 아동, 장애인 등의 사회적 약자를 대상으로 하는 흉악 범죄의 빈도수가 늘어나면서, 사회적 불안감이 점점 높아지고 있다. 이러한 사회적 불안감을 줄이고, 안전보장에 대한 요구를 충족하고자 기업체와 관련 정부기관에서는 국민의 안전보장 대책들을 내놓고 있다. 스마트기기에서의 GPS 등을 활용한 위치정보의 정확성이 날로 높아지고, 이에 기반을 둔 위치기반서비스의 발전에 힘입어, 이에 대한 대책 중 하나로 개인위치정보에 기반을 둔 개인 안전 서비스와 시스템을 다양하게 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 시중에서 이용되고 있는 각 개인 안전 서비스 및 어플리케이션을 분석하였다.

스마트컨트랙트를 사용하는 블록체인 2세대를 넘어오면서 블록체인 생태계는 지속적으로 성장하고 있으며, 블록체인 플랫폼 내에서 자체 발행되는 암호화폐는 다양한 수익 상품들(ICO, DeFi, NFT, Staking 등)을 등장시켰다. 암호화폐가 실물 화폐를 대체할 새로운 대안이라고 여겨지고 있지만, 최근 암호화폐를 악용한 범죄가 증가하고 있다. 특히 시스템을 감염시켜 몸값을 요구하는 랜섬웨어의 경우 기존의 현금을 요구하기보다 자금 세탁에 용이한 암호화폐로 요구하는 빈도가 증가하고 있다. 암호화폐의 경우 손쉽게 믹싱 서비스를 받을 수 있으며, 블록체인의 특성상 모든 트랜잭션을 확인할 수 있음 제3의 신뢰기관이 존재하지 않으며 모든 네트워크는 계좌로 연결되기 때문에 익명성이 보장되어 범죄자들이 자금세탁에 이용하고 있다. 본 논문을 통해 랜섬웨어에 사용되는 암호화폐 자금세탁 사례를 살펴보고 자금 세탁 시 사용되는 믹싱 서비스에 대해서 분석했다. 또한 불법 자금세탁을 식별하기 위한 기술적 연구 동향에 대해서 분석하였다.

고성능의 보급형 디지털 영상장비와 레이저프린터의 보급으로 인해 인쇄물의 불법적인 위변조가 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있고, 관련 범죄 또한 증가하는 추세이다. 이에 따라 디지털 포렌식 기술에 기반한 촬영 및 인쇄기기 식별 기술들이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인쇄기기별 특성에서 기인하는 인쇄물의 노이즈 특성을 이용해 인쇄기기를 판별하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이산 웨이블릿 변환과 위너 필터를 이용한 노이즈 특성 추출 방법을 설명하고, 추출된 노이즈 특성에서 명암도 동시발생 행렬을 계산하고 왜도, 첨도, 공분산, 상관계수의 특징을 추출하였다. 추출한 특징을 서포트 벡터 머신에 적용하여 디지털 인쇄기기의 제조사와 모델을 판별하였다. 제안한 알고리즘의 성능을 분석하기 위하여 7대 프린터에서 각 371장씩 출력된 총 2,597장 이미지로 실험하였고, 제안한 알고리즘이 기존 방법에 비하여 높은 정확률을 나타냄을 보였다.

악성 댓글은 언어폭력이며 사이버 범죄의 일종으로 인터넷상에서 상대방이 올린 글에 비방이나 험담을 하는 악의적인 댓글을 말한다. 악성 댓글을 단순히 차단하는 다른 프로그램들과는 달리 해당 영상의 악성 댓글의 비율을 알려주고 악플러들의 닉네임과 그 빈도를 나타내주는 것으로 차별화를 두었다. 따라서 많은 유튜버들이 겪는 악성 댓글 문제들을 탐지하여 유튜브에 달리는 악성 댓글들을 탐지하고 시각화하여 제공한다.

The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship among the quality of service, the satisfaction of service and the satisfaction of life in public security of Police. This research made by Final Judgment based on Seoul Citizens living in Seoul as a focus group, total number of citizens for final analysis is 491. The research consists of 60 questionnaires shows frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression, path analysis by SPSSWIN 18.0 and reaches the following. The reliability of the survey showed a Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of over 0.607. results; First, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of service. Second, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of life. Third, the satisfaction of service in public security in fluences the satisfaction of life. Fourth, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of service in public security and the satisfaction of life directly and indirectly.

Biographical information about people is usually collected and provided by a company or an institute which has a specific standard to select people for service. Recently, user oriented contents service like Wikipedia has started biographical information service, Wikipedia Biography Portal, in which users select people and freely describe about them. This study collected 500 biographical data from three categories of Wikipedia biography portal such as criminals, faculty, and directors. The contents of data from each category were analyzed with the word frequency and the divergence indicator to identify the characteristics of each category. As a result, divergency indicator is effective to represent the differential factors of each category. This study provides word clouds of top 100 word with divergence indicator and top 100 common words of three categories with word frequency as a guide for users to write about a person in these categories and for editors to accept and monitor the biography from users.

As the development as the IT society accelerates, the frequency of terrorism from malignant codes and other cyber crimes is increasing. Malignant codes show various forms of attack according to the intentions of the attacker, and leaves behind digital evidences, not analog evidences when damages occur. Digital forensic, the procedure of collecting and analyzing digital evidence is one of the main factors that must be carried out when damages from malignant codes arise. However, there are the difficulties of not being able to preserve the integrity and authenticity in the procedure of coping witht infringements, which must be maintained in the digital forensic procedure. To complement such problems, this paper suggests the method of applying forensic by identifying the malignant code infringement incidents according to the type of damages.

서비스화(servitization)와 공유경제 패러다임이 확산되면서 서비스 산업에서도 IT기술을 융합시킨 다양한 형태의 새로운 비즈니스가 성공적으로 정착되고 있다. 특히 대중교통 서비스 산업에서 우버(Uber) 택시는 IT기술과 공유경제 개념을 절묘하게 접목시킨 새로운 차원의 성공적인 공유택시 비즈니스 모델로 자리매김하였고, IT기술을 적용한 교통예약 소프트웨어는 공유택시의 차별적 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 중요한 수단이 되고 있다. 공유택시 예약 프로그램은 택시이용자에게 신속하고 편리함을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 에너지 절약, 교통체증으로 인한 스트레스 완화 등의 많은 사회적 혜택과 이익을 제공하고 있기 때문에, 여러 분야에서 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 최근 중국에서는 보다 진보된 공유택시 예약 프로그램이 공유택시에 접목되면서 공유택시 이용객이 급히 증가하고 있으며, 이와 함께 공유택시 차별화에 핵심적인 역할을 하는 소프트웨어 시장의 경쟁도 가속화 되고 있다. 그러나, 이용객을 대상으로 강력범죄 발생빈도 증가와 이로 인한 부정적인 여론의 급속한 확산은 공유택시 산업발전에 심각한 방해요인이 되고 있지만, 근본적인 해결방법에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공유택시 예약 프로그램에 이용객의 안전을 위한 컨텐츠 개발과 적용을 통해 공유택시 이용객의 불안해소와 공유택시 산업 발전에 기여할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 중국현지의 공유택시 이용객을 대상으로 실증연구를 진행할 계획이며, 고객여정맵(CJM)과 Kano 분석을 통해 결과와 시사점을 도출할 계획이다.

Despite the enforcement of minimum legal drinking age of 18 years of age since 1997, alcohol experimentation among Korean youth is believed to be greater than ever before. The use of alcohol jeopardizes physical, mental, and social development during a person's formative years, thereby endangering successful transitions from adolescent to adulthood. Even infrequent use of alcohol may result in intoxication and acute consequences, especially among youth, who may have low tolerance due to their smaller body size and may lack experience with the effects of alcohol. Using self-report questionnaire data collected from 1,697 highschool students nation-wide, the drinking behavior among Korean high school students and the relation between adolescents' alcohol expectancy and adolescent alcohol use patterns were examined. Results indicated that gender and the type of school(academic or vocational) were significant effects on the drinking behavior(drinking frequency, experience of drunkenness, the amount of alcohol consumed, experience of binge drinking and that of problems due to drinking). Male students than female students, and students of vocational schools rather than those of academic high schools reported more alcohol experimentation. Also, positive alcohol expectancy proved to have a significant relation with alcohol use among high-school students. That is, students who reported to think alcohol would have a positive effect on socializing, aggressiveness, relaxation of tensions, and enforcing sexual ability tended to drink more, to experience more binge drinking and more drinking problems. Variables of gender and the type of school also were found to have significant effects on alcohol expectancy. Males and students of vocational school held ideas of positive outcomes on drinking than others. Implications for further study on developing prevention programs are presented.
