  • 본 연구는 대중교통 활용도를 높이고자 효율적인 버스 환승지 추천 서비스를 설계한다. 제주데이터 허브에서 입수한 승하차데이터를 처리하여 승객수와 버스의 정류장 도착시간 등을 예측함은 물론 인터넷 연결을 통해 버스정보시스템과 연동하여 현재의 교통상황을 실시간으로 입수하여 효율적인 환승지를 추천한다. 승객은 변동되는 교통상황에 따라 이동중에도 더 좋은 환승 노선으로 변경할 수 있으며 데이터센터 관점에서는 축적되고 있는 버스 데이터의 활용도도 높일 수 있다.

  • Recently, the solar module for charging internet devices is installed in crowded areas to offers services so that people can charge their smartphones or tablets. But this charging module can not be linked with the information related to a bus approach so people are subject to let their belongings such as smartphone, tablet pc at the bus stop while they are still charging it. This paper proposes a system to inform the smart phone when the bus is accessed by using the LPWA technology and BLE technology to resolve such under-failures. This experimental result showed that the power usage of LPWA based bus entry systems is an average of X, confirming that the long period usage of low-power can be possible for low power consumption in this results, enabling information on the bus to be transmitted to smart phones using Advertising mode of BLE.

  • 2025년 메타버스에서 주요 응용시장 전망에 의하면, 헬스케어 1,111억 달러, 제품개발 1,097억 달러, 교육 907억 달러, 프로세스 개선 848억 달러, 유통 622억 달러 규모로 성장할 것으로 예상된다. 또한, 2030년 메타버스 시장은 1조 5429억 달러 규모로 더욱 성장할 것으로 예상 된다. 시장이 커져가며 메타버스는 다양한 기관과 전문가들로부터 다양한 속성이 정의되고 있지만, 메타버스를 실질적으로 개발할 수 있는 기능을 제공하는 메타버스 플랫폼(metaverse platform)은 이러한 주요 속성이 얼마나 잘 적용되고 있는지 현 상황을 연구한다. 전 세계적으로 가장 많은 유저를 보유하고 있는 네이버 제페토와 2022년 9월 론칭하며 게임을 통한 메타버스 구현을 목표로 둔 넥슨의 메이플스토리월드에 메타버스의 주요 속성을 대입한다.

A study on the Metaverse based memorial service platform

  • Korea's ancestral culture has limited travel and contact due to Corona (COVID-19). In addition, Korean ancestral culture meets in person to commemorate the deceased. In this paper, we propose a non-face-to-face metaverse memorial platform service that can commemorate the deceased and perform ancestral rites in the cyber world (virtual reality) by applying the metaverse technology. The services proposed in the study consisted of a remembrance hall that displays the life story of the deceased, a ancestral hall that conducts ancestral rites for the deceased, and a deceased pavilion that checks the remains and wills of the deceased. In addition, the virtual reality device (HMD: Head Mounted Display) set the teleportation and content resolution to 4K to minimize dizziness. In particular, the priests applied interaction technology to provide an immersive service for ancestral rites between family members. The researched memorial hall metaverse service is a metaverse-based platform service that allows anyone to commemorate the deceased as a family unit in a non-face-to-face state rather than face-to-face.

  • Recently, due to COVID-19, non-face-to-face online lectures are being held all over the world. In higher education in the post-corona era, distance learning has become the main teaching and learning method. At this time, Metaverse is being proposed as a new alternative. Metaverse has basic elements such as avatars, 3D space, and activities accompanied by interaction, which can be seen as a difference compared to existing VR (Virtual Reality) contents. This study designed and built an educational metaverse platform that can be applied to actual lectures by reflecting the three elements of the metaverse.In addition, we implemented a cross-device-platform that supports various devices such as HMDs, smartphones, tablets, and PCs by reflecting user requirements through usability tests such as middle school, high school, college students, and parents, so that anyone can easily participate in Metaverse lectures. Currently, the metaverse platform is being developed and serviced in various ways, but there are hardly any services designed for education. Just as services such as Zoom, the existing video conferencing solution, were used for non-face-to-face education, some functions of the currently serviced metaverse are utilized for education and used in the form of a one-time event. The educational metaverse platform developed through this study is expected to be a reference in constructing the metaverse for education in the future.

  • The aim of this paper is to analyze the changes in the travel pattern of public transit users, service satisfaction before and after public transportation system reform in Daegu. For this purpose, we conducted a survey of people on public transit users and the results of study are as follows : First, it was found that transfer trip had increased, especially concerning the changes of travel pattern from bus trip to the transfer trip between the bus and subway. Because it makes a financial sense to transfer based on free charge transfer system. Secondly, the transfer satisfaction was improved for public transit users, but they are still reluctant to use transfer system.

  • In the COVID-19 pandemic era, non-contact services were demanded and the use of extended reality and metaverse services increased rapidly in various applications. In this paper, we analyze Gather.town, ifland, Roblox, and ZEPETO metaverse platforms in terms of user interaction, avatar-based interaction, and virtual world authoring. Especially, we distinguish interactions among user input techniques that occur in the real world, avatar representation techniques to represent users in the virtual world, and interaction types that create a virtual world through user participation. Based on this work, we highlight the current trends and needs of human-metaverse interaction and forecast future opportunities and research directions.

버스 운영 최적화에 관한 연구 -운행간격, 정차시간, 정류장 간격 및 버스 보유대수 등을 중심으로-

  • 버스운영에 관한 최적화 모형에는 총 시스템 비용의 최소화 모형과 사회적 편익의 극대화 모형이 있다. 이들 모형들은 해석적 방법에 의해서 특정 이상화된 문제를 연구했다. 특정 필요조건들을 충족시키면서 최적 버스크기, 서비스 빈도, 보유대수를 결정하려고 애썼다. 그러나 실제 버스의 운행시간은 정류장의 지체시간과 승객의 수요에 따라 변화하고 승객의 비용추정시 접근시간을 현실적으로 고려하지 못해 버스 운영의 비효율성을 초래하기 쉽다. 본 연구의 목적은 시간대별로 이용자와 운영자의 비용의 합으로 구성된 총 교통 모형을 최소화는 모형을 구축하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 문헌에서 충분히 고려하지 않은 정류장 간격에 따른 이용자의 접근시간과 버스가 정류장에 들어가고 나올 때의 감·가속으로 인한 지체와 승객의 승·하차로 인한 지체를 고려한 버스의 정류장 정차시간을 기존의 모형에 추가시켜서 운행간격, 버스정류장의 정차시간, 정류장 간격 및 보유대수를 결정하는 방법을 제안했다. 아울러 실제 서울시에서 운행되고 있는 시내버스 노선에 대해 사례분석을 통해서 본 모형을 실제 적용해보고 기존의 운영비용과 비교하고 본 모형의 유효성을 검증할 예정이다.

Comparing the Service Coverages of Subways and Buses and Estimating the Walking Distances of Their Users (지하철과 버스의 서비스권역 비교 및 이용자들의 도보거리 추정 - 부산시를 중심으로 -)

  • The light rail transit (LRT) having bus lines as subsystem is being constructed or planned in the suburban area of metropolitans and medium size cities. However, there is difficulty in establishing the service coverage (SC) of the LRT because the LRT is a completely new transit mode in Korea. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data and techniques to be used for establishing the SC of the future LRT by understanding the SC characteristics of buses and subways and building models to estimate the walking distances of their users. Busan City is selected as the study city and the SC's of buses and subways are surveyed simultaneously. A total of 9 variables for 82 stations are collected and the cluster analysis is conducted about the variables. The station areas are divided to three types of CBD (Central Business District), sub-CBD and regional center based on the analysis. A station in each area is selected as the study station. At the walking distance (WD) analysis for each mode, the 80 percentile WD of the subway is 672 m and that of the bus is 472 m. In comparing the SC's of both modes by the type of station areas, there are not significant differences between the SC's of sub-CBD and regional center except CBD. At analysis of the relationship between the personal attributes and the WD, for subway users the WD of female is longer than that of male and apartment residents use subway more positively than single house residents do. For the models to estimate the walking distances, the simple regression models were built employing the income as independent variable by dividing the stations into CBD abd non-CBD stations.
