Parcel delivery services are a bit different from general vehicle routing problems since the services require a deliver's walking time to give the parcel to the customer. This time takes more than 1/4 of total delivery time, but it is ignored for the convenience of algorithm design in general. The walking time is too big to be ignored if we need to estimate necessary delivery time precisely as much as possible, or to design a heuristic with varying vehicle moving speeds in metropolitan area. For these reasons, the walking times are surveyed and analyzed to use on the design of VRP heuristic for parcel delivery services in this research.

유통업체 부설 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 타 쇼핑몰에 비해 우수한 유통인력, 배송, 상품매입이나 관리시스템 등의 노하우가 있기 때문에 유리하다고 판단된다. 그러나 현실적으로는 이들 업체가 유리한 여건을 십분 활용치 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이들이 왜 유리한 여건을 제대로 활용하지 못한가를 분석하고 어떻게 하면 활성화시킬 수 있을 것인가를 분석하였다. 특히 본고는 유통전문가의 입장에서 본, 기존 유통업체 부설 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 문제점 분석과 활성화 방안이다. 기존 유통업체에서 운영하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 영업 활성화를 저해하는 가장 중요한 요인은 이들 업체들이 '남들이 하니까 하는'식의 막연한 자세에서 찾을 수 있다. 자세히 분석해보면 먼저 단기적인 수익보다 장기성을 보는 혜안이 필요하고, 상품 품목수의 확대가 필요하다. 또한 가격경쟁력 회복, 택배시스템의 전문화, 목표 고객층과 상품의 괴리 해소, 보안문제 해결 및 소비자의 이용상 편리성 제고 등이 이루어져야 한다. 이 외에도 해외시장을 겨냥한 도메인명(domain name)의 부여와 영문사용, 소비자의 프라이버시 침해없는 정보수집 등이 제시된다.

M-Commerce에서 안전한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 보안 기능을 갖춘 결제 솔루션이 필수적이다. M-Commerce를 이용하기 위한 사용자의 이동 단말기는 핸드폰, PDA, 스마트폰 등으로 다양화 되어가고 있으며, 이 중에서도 PDA의 인터페이스와 이동 접속은 기존 핸드폰의 유선 인터넷의 정보 의존도가 높은 단점을 극복할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 타원곡선 암호를 이용하여 PDA 기반의 신용카드결제 시스템을 설계하였다. 제안된 시스템의 SECURE CARD모듈은 PDA 단말기 자체에 개인정보, 배송정보, 카드정보를 암호화하여 안전하게 저장함으로써 단말기의 정보입력시에 필요한 불편함을 제거하였다. 또한 프로토콜은 M-Commerce에서 인증, 기밀성, 무결성, 부인봉쇄 서비스 등의 보안기능을 제공하도록 설계되었다.

An efficient heuristic for two-vehicle-one-depot problems is developed in this research. Vehicle moving speeds are various along hour based time intervals due to traffic jams of rush hours. Two different heuristics are examined. One is that the delivery area assignment is made using Sweep algorithm for two vehicles by splitting the whole area in half to equally divide all delivery points. The other is using common area by leaving unassigned area between the assigned for two vehicles. The common area is reassigned by two stages to balance the completion time of two vehicle's delivery. The heuristic with common area performed better than the other due to various vehicle moving speeds and traffic jams.

국내 가전업체 경쟁 심화에 따라 물류 품질 등 비가격 경쟁력이 점차 중요해지고 있다. 특히 고객의 수/배송 및 배달설치 만족도 관련 요구 증가와 물류 운임 상승 등은 고도화된 물류 대응 역량을 기업에게 요구하고 있다. 따라서 기업들도 기본적인 업무처리 중심의 물류 운영에서 기능이 고도화된 물류 체계 및 시스템의 도입을 위한 혁신을 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 물류업무 혁신의 일환으로 진행된 물류 거점 간 최적운송 체계 도입과 고객을 대상으로 제품 구매 시점에 배달/설치 가능한 정확한 납기약속을 제시할 수 있는 납기약속 체계를 도입한 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 특히 물류 현장에 새로운 개념을 도입/적용하는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 이슈에 중점을 두어 살펴 봄으로써 유사한 프로세스 흑은 시스템을 도입할 때 시행착오를 최소화하여 조기 안정화에 도움을 주고자 한다.

음악 상품의 검색, 주문(계약), 대금결제, 배송 등에 있어서 기업들은 자신의 독자적인 비즈니스 방식과 거래 시스템을 구축하여 운영하기 때문에 기업과 기업간(B2B) 음악 상품의 전자 상거래에는 많은 어려움이 따른다. e비즈니스 표준 프레임워크인 ebXML은 기업의 전자 상거래를 위한 비즈니스 정보를 교환할 때 확장성 표기 언어를 적용해 기업간 시스템간의 상호 운용을 가능하게 하지만, 음반 산업분야의 적용은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 음악 B2B를 위해 ebXML 등록기 및 저장소를 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 설계, 구현한 등록기는 거래 당사자인 기업간에 음악 상품 및 기업의 거래 관련 정보를 공유하는 서비스를 제공하며, 저장소는 실세계의 기업간 음악 거래 정보 및 음악 거래에 사용되는 개체간의 연관성 정보를 저장하고 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to find out the effects of the gambler's fallacy bias on the supply chain. For this study, the simulation was based on a casual structure of the Beer Distribution Game from Sterman(2000)'s Business Dynamics and designed into 2 different models : the first model carries the exact same structure as the reference mentioned above and for the second model, the comparison model is used reflecting gambler's fallacy bias. Each model has 2 different demand patterns. The 4 cases of models was tested with 1,000 different random number seeds. The results for the simulation are following : In the aspect of the inventory and out of stock, the basic model resulted better than the comparison. However, in the bullwhip effect, the comparison model has less than the basic in terms of the level demand pattern. But there was no significant difference in the cycle demand.

해외로 이동하고 있는 컨테이너 화물의 실시간 위치를 확인하고 기상정보 및 국제 이슈 등을 고려하여 도착 예상 시간을 계산해 화물의 도착 예정시간을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있는 서비스이다. 그동안 선박 추적 시스템은 해외 서비스에 의존해왔으며, 선사에서 자체적으로 제공하는 정보는 정확도가 40%에 미치는 한계가 존재했다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하여, 해당 서비스를 통해 빅데이터 기반의 분석과 향후 프로젝트 운영을 통해 축적될 시스템 상의 데이터와 현장의 데이터를 취합하여 높은 정확도를 이룰 수 있을 것으로 예상한다. 이를 통해 수출 기업들은 안전재고를 감축할 수 있게 되어 보관 관련 물류비용을 절감할 수 있게 될 것이다. 또한 보다 정확한 제조 일정을 수립할 수 있게 되어 과잉 생산을 방지할 수 있음을 기대해볼 수 있다.

In supply chain, most partners except the top level suppliers have inbound and outbound logistics. For example, toll manufacturing companies get unprocessed materials from a requesting company and send the processed materials back to the company after toll processing. Accordingly, those companies have inbound and outbound transportation costs in their total logistics costs. For many cases, the company may make the schedule of distributions by considering only the due delivery dates. However, the inbound and outbound transportation costs could significantly affect the total logistics costs. Thus, this paper considers the inbound and outbound transportation costs to find the optimal distribution plans. In addition, we have considered the inventory holding costs as well with transportation costs. From the experimental results, we have provided the optimal strategies for the distributions of replenishment as well as deliveries.
