  • Logistics company strives for satisfaction of customer service. the internal clients of corporation, the engineers of driver enhance their thinking about customer orientation by education of important about customer services. the study reached the conclusion that result which analyzed the important fact of enhancing customer orientation strategy by AHP show an ability of dealing with customer improves customer orientation strategy. because the desire of customer is various, it is difficult to have standard of dealing thought, the program of improvement of dealing ability should be developed and trained to improve customer orientation.

  • 최근 지상 통로에 차량 통행 공간과 보행자 통행 공간이 분리되어있지 않은 공원형 아파트가 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 택배 차량의 아파트 단지 안으로 진입을 통제하는 아파트가 늘어나고 있다. 현재는 이러한 상황에서 택배기사들이 직접 손수레를 끌고 아파트 안으로 들어가거나, 수령인이 직접 아파트 입구에서 택배를 수령하는 방법으로 문제를 해결 해 왔다. 본 논문은 이러한 불편함을 개선하기 위해 아파트 입구에서 집 앞까지 인공지능 기술과 카메라, 라이다센서를 이용하여 자율주행으로 택배를 운반 해줄 수 있는 '자율주행 택배 운반 로봇' 기술을 제안한다. 기존의 사람이 직접 택배를 집 앞까지 운반하는 방식이 아닌 자율주행 로봇을 이용한 방식으로 택배기사들의 과로로 인한 사고를 예방하고, 아파트 입주민들의 불편도 줄어들 것이다.

  • 최근 개인정보보호에 대한 인식이 높아지면서 기업뿐만 아니라 국가적 차원에서도 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 현실 속에서도 운송업계는 고객에 대한 개인정보 관리가 매우 미흡 하다. 특히 운송장을 통한 개인정보 노출은 심각한 수준이며, 노출된 개인정보는 보이스 피싱, 택배 기사를 사칭한 강도, 물품 가로채기와 같은 범죄로 이어지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 운송장 정보를 키 교환방식으로 암호화한 바코드 운송장을 제안하고, 개인정보 노출로부터 안전한 배송 서비스 모델을 제시한다.

Occupational Accident Compensation Insurance Coverage and Occupational Accidents for Special-type Delivery Workers (특수형태 근로 종사 택배기사의 산재보험 적용 및 산업재해 발생 특성)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze occupational accident compensation insurance coverage and occupational accidents incidence for special-type delivery workers. Methods: The data for occupational accident compensation insurance coverage and occupational accidents from 2012 to 2017 were analyzed through descriptive statistics. Results: Rates of occupational accident compensation insurance coverage of special-type delivery workers decreased gradually from 43.4% in 2012 to 28.5% in 2016, and 29.0% in 2017. Rates of occupational illnesses death per ten thousand workers increased gradually from 2.1‱ in 2013 to 3.1‱ in 2016, and 8.6‱ in 2017. All occupational illness deaths were due to cerebro-cardiovascular diseases. Road traffic accidents and slips accounted for the largest proportion of occupational accidents. Conclusion: Special-type delivery workers have a high risk of industrial accidents, so it is necessary to raise industrial accident insurance coverage and provide professional and systematic occupational safety and health services.

Analysis regarding Complaints of Courier Consumers and Workers in the Parcel Delivery Service by using Topic Model (토픽모델을 활용한 택배 서비스 소비자와 종사자의 불만 사항 분석)

  • Many studies have been conducted to analyze factors that affect customer satisfaction, and service quality improvement in the parcel delivery industry. Most of these studies have a limited number of respondents using methods such as surveys and interviews. Therefore, this study aims to supplement the shortcomings of previous studies, by searching and analyzing the common major topics related to the complaints pointed out by consumers and suppliers in the parcel delivery service with cases of consumer counseling, and articles that reflect the complaints of workers in the industry. In addition, by analyzing the trend of these topics, we attempted to discover new topics and suggest implications. In conclusion, topics such as delay/lost/wrong deliveries as well as the fierce competition in the parcel delivery industry, turned out to be central aspects. As a result of the topic trend analysis, talks with international couriers have recently increased, and many conflicts related to apartment parcel delivery have been dealt with. The topics presented in this study are mainly focused on the contents of previous studies, but we expect that new and valuable topics can be derived by adding other data and analysis methods, such as internal counseling and academic literature.
