현재 이동 에이전트 및 이의 전송과 실행을 위한 이동 에이전트 시스템의 구현에 Java가 많이 사용되고 있지만 Java의 기본적인 보안 모델은 이동 로드의 기능 확장성에 제한을 주는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자서명을 Java 기반의 이동 에이전트에 적용함으로써 시스템의 보안을 유지하면서 이동 에이전트의 기능 확장성을 보장할 수 있음을 보였다. 또한 이동 에이전트의 전자서명과 이의 망 관리로의 적응을 위해서는 망 관리국(NMS:Network Management Station)에서의 서명자 관리나 공개키 관리 등 전자서명과 관련된 기능 외에 망 관리 이동 에이전트의 등록과 전송, 실행 및 실행 관리를 위한 구성이 필요하다. 따라서 이를 위해 작성한 망 관리국과 관리 대상 시스템의 구성 모델을 보였으며, 제안한 구성방식의 동작을 검증하기 위해 망 관리 응용 예를 작성하고 평가하였다. 제안한 구성 방식을 사용하면 전자서명 처리로 인한 속도 저하의 문제가 있지만, 이동 에이전트의 사용으로 인해 얻어지는 부하 분산과 실시간 관리, 망 확장성 증대의 장점 이외에도 관리 기능 및 서비스 추가가 용이한 장점이 있다.

Chattering phenomenon is still a large drawback of VSS. To overcome this problem, various approaches have been reported. A new notion of sliding sector has been proposed recently. Inside this sector, a kind of norm of the state decreases without control input. Therefore, so long as the state is constrained inside this sector, the norm of the state approaches to zero. The sliding sector theory is elementary study step and is studied about only linear systems. In this paper, new methods of stabilizing unstable nonlinear systems using the sliding sector is proposed. This paper analyzes the stability, using Lyapunov function on the sliding sector. Through the computer simulations for an inverted pendulum system, it is verified that sliding sector control is capable to reduce the chattering.

According to the increase of factory-automation in the field of production, the importance of autonomous guided vehicle's(AGV) role is also increased. The study about an active and effective controller which can flexibly prepare for the changeable circumstance is in progressed. For this study, the research about action base system to evolve by itself is also being actively considered. In this paper, we composed an active and effective AGV fuzzy controller to be able to do self-organization. For composing it, we tuned suboptimally membership function using genetic algorithm(GA) and improved the control efficiency by the self-correction and generating the control rules. Self-organizing controlled(S0C) fuzzy controller proposed in the paper is capable of self-organizing by using the characteristics of fuzzy controller and genetic algorithm. It intuitionally controls AGV and easily adapts to the circumstance.

According to the increase of audio and video data utilization, the presentation of multimedia data contents and the work of retrieving, storing and manipulating a multimedia data have been the focus of recent work. The display for multimedia data should retrieve and access the contents easily that users want to present. This study is about the design and implementation of a system to retrieve multimedia data based on the contents of documentation or the caption information of a multimedia data for retrieving documentation including multimedia data. It intends to develop an filtering step to retrieve all of keyword within the caption information of multimedia data and text of a documentation. Also, the system is designed to retrieve a large amount of data quickly using an inverted file structure available for B+ tree.

The most important, essential prerequisite for the improvement of vehicle license plate recognition is the acquisition of high-quality vehicle images. Because typical images acquired from roads are affected by different environmental factors including the time of day, sunlight, and the weather, the brightness and the shape of the license plates in the images are inconsistent. To this end, many image corrections are performed, resulting in slower recognition and lower recognition rate. Therefore, in this study, we used the images acquired from roads to test the proposed method for fast capturing of vivid, high-quality vehicle images by measuring the brightness around license plates during real-time image capturing to control in real time the factors, such as shutter speed, brightness, and gain of the camera, that affect the brightness and the quality of the images.

The Ti₃SiC₂ MAX phase was synthesized by arc-melting process under three different processing times. We confirmed that the reaction between the TiC_X phase and Ti-Si liquid phase is important for the synthesis of the Ti₃SiC₂ MAX phase. Results suggest that the Ti₃SiC₂ MAX phase decomposed when the arc-melting time was greater than 80s. Herein, we aim to determine the detailed parameters for the reported arc-melting process, which can provide useful insights on the synthesis of the Ti₃SiC₂ MAX phase by arc-melting process. Furthermore, we compared the electrical characteristics and densities of the three samples.

This paper surveys some researches to accomplish on bioinformatics. These researches wish to propose a database architecture combining a general view of bioinformatics data as a graph of data objects and data relationships, with the efficiency and robustness of data management and query provided by indexing and generic programming techniques. Here, these invert the role of the index, and make it a first-class citizen in the query language. It is possible to do this in a structured way, allowing users to mention indexes explicitly without yielding to a procedural query model, by converting functional relations into explicit functions. In the limit, the database becomes a graph, in which the edges are these indexes. Function composition can be specified either explicitly or implicitly as path queries. The net effect of the inversion is to convert the database into a hyperdatabase: a database of databases, connected by indexes or functions. The inversion approach was motivated by their work in biological databases, for which hyperdatabases are a good model. The need for a good model has slowed progress in bioinformatics.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effects of occupational stress, coping flexibility, and hardiness on burnout in nurses and the factors influencing these relationships. Methods: Convenience sampling was used in this study to engage a total of 122 nurses from two general hospitals. A structured questionnaire was used to assess the nurses' occupational stress, coping flexibility, hardiness, and burnout. The collected data were analyzed with regard to descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression by using the SPSS program. Results: There were differences in the extent of burnout in nurses depending on their age, marital status, educational level, and religion. Burnout and occupational stress were positively correlated, whereas there was a negative correlation between burnout and hardiness. For the factors influencing nurses' burnout, occupational stress was identified to be most influential, followed by hardiness, total clinical career, religion, and working unit. Conclusion: To decrease burnout in nurses, there is a need for developing and deploying programs which can reduce their occupational stress and enhance hardiness.

This is Kangwon Land casino case due to the damages of betting money, which is likely to affect the contents industry in the future. The reason why the gambler and his family's suit is that why the manager did not control their own access or did not supervise the wagering rules. The provisions of the "Restriction on the amount of money to be paid to the casino" in the Article 14 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Support for the Development of the Abandoned Mine Area are not intended to increase the duty of the casino managers. It is just one of many public regulations imposed. No matter what legislation is made for public interest, it can not be considered equally in the private duty. If so, too much effort will be required to enact or amend the public law and this makes the legislative activity impossible. The Act on the Restriction on Access to the Casino shall be construed accordingly. From the point of view of economic efficiency theory, if we overestimate statutory duties (liability for compensation) excessively, the price goes up on the market, and the volume of transaction decreases drastically. This reduces the economic utility of resources in the society as a whole (total output, foreign currency acquisition amount, etc.).

The meaning and application of 'lesion corporelle' in the context of a variety of mental or psychic injuries is less clear, while there is very little disagreement about its literal translation. U.S. Court decisions since Floyd allow recovery for a range of claims involving emotional injury under Article 17; in some cases there is no recovery, while in others there is full recovery, depending on the allegations and the nexus between the alleged injury and any related or accompanying physical injury. Courts are in agreement that pure emotional injury is not compensable under the Convention. Most courts agree that emotional injury is not compensable in those cases where it has resulted only in physical manifestations such as weight loss or sleeplessness. At the same time, most courts generally agree that emotional injury is compensable if it proximately flows from a physical injury. The issue as to whether the courts would associate PTSD with bodily injury as envisioned in the present Warsaw structure or even the new regime reflected in the Convention proposed by ICAO would largely depend on the extent to which courts would be ready to embrace the compelling scientific findings with regard to mental distress and its application within the term 'bodily injury'. Taken together, these points when the current under Article 17 of the Warsaw Convention, 'physical injury' notion of 'mental injury' is to be extended. Of course, the current terms of the Warsaw Convention have been maintaining a precedent for many countries appear to have a statue of the original purpose of the treaty does not contribute to the diffusion. Therefore, in future treaties 'bodily injury', the term 'injury', the term 'personal injury' or 'health undermined' the term should be replaced or revised.
