  • Recently, Many deliveries have sprung up and those are beginning to receive much attention from consumers. Like this, the application makes our lives more comfortable. Now, the delivery food application uses only static information of the user and the users only makes oder. In this thesis, however, the studies suggested that designed food application uses the user's location for mesuring a distance of delivery and estimated arrival time is displayed in the delivery application and The application provides a graphical view of the location of the user in real time.

  • 과열되는 배달 시장의 경쟁 속에서 수많은 배달원이 속도전에 내몰리고 있다. 배달 앱 시장에서는 속도전의 승리를 위해 단건 배달 서비스를 내놓았지만 이러한 배달 경쟁은 배달비 인상으로 이어져 소비자의 부담으로 돌아왔다. 본 논문에서는 배달 업무의 고른 분배를 통해 배달원들의 경쟁을 완화하고 전체 배달 시스템의 처리량과 신뢰도를 향상하고자 하였다. 따라서 목적함수의 최적화와 무작위성이라는 특징을 가진 유전 알고리즘을 활용하여 배달원들 간 배달 업무의 고른 분배를 통해 시스템 성능을 향상시켰다. 실험을 통해 기존의 배치 기법에 비하여 제안 알고리즘에서의 성능이 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

  • 자동구분기계에 의한 우편물 처리 절차는 수집된 우편물을 우편집중국으로 보내고 OVIS를 이용하여 우편물에 기재된 우편번호를 인식하여 바코드로 변환한 다음 우편물에 바코드를 인쇄한다. 이 우편물은 LSM에 의해 바코드를 자동 판독하여 분류한 다음 각 지역별로 운송하게 된다. 운송된 우편물은 배달우체국으로 보내지게 되고 배달원이 자신의 배달구역의 우편물을 가지고 각 가정이나 사무실 등에 우편물을 배달하게 된다. 이 우편물을 배달순서대로 정렬하는 과정을 순로구분이라고 하는데, 우편물의 자동처리에 있어 가장 많은 시간이 소요되는 부분은 바로 이 순로구분 과정이다. 현재는 이 과정을 배달원이 자신의 경험에 의해 수작업으로 처리하고 있는 실정이며 우편물을 신속하고 정확하게 처리하고 원가를 절감하기 위해서는 기계에 의한 순로구분자동화가 이뤄져야 한다. 특히, 우편물의 익일배달체계를 실현하기 위해서는 순로구분이 자동으로 이뤄져야 한다. 이에, 본 고는 우리나라의 순로구분자동화 방안을 모색하기 위해 우정선진국의 순로구분자동화 동향을 분석하였다.

  • 우편물의 자동구분은 우편물을 OVIS(OCR-Video coding Integrated System)에 자동으로 공급하고 우편물의 수취인 주소영역을 카메라를 이용하여 획득한 다음 우편번호를 인식하여 바코드로 변환하여 인쇄하게 되고, 이 우편물은 LSM(Letter Sorting Machine)으로 보내져 BCR(Bar Code Reader)에 의해 인쇄된 바코드를 판독하여 행선지별로 구분하는 과정을 거친다. 주소의 번지 이하 부분은 배달원의 수작업에 의해 최종 배달지점 순서대로 정렬한 다음 배달하게 된다. 이 부분의 작업에 소요되는 시간은 배달원 일일 평균 4 시간에 달하며 원가절감 대상으로 지적되고 있다. 이 부분을 자동화하여 우편물 처리시간을 단축하고 생산성을 향상하는 방안이 대두되고 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위해 번지 부분까지 OCR을 이용, 인식하여 우편번호 및 순로 데이터 베이스에서 인식결과에 해당하는 코드를 추출하여 해당 구분 칸으로 우편물을 분류하는 방식을 택하면 집배원이 우편물을 배달하는 순로까지 자동으로 정렬할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문은 수취인 주소영역의 주소부분을 자동판독하기 위한 시스템을 개발한 내용을 다루고자 한다.

Nationwide Comparison of Postal Motorcyclists' Driving Behavior and their Workloads using V-World Platform (브이월드를 활용한 집배 이륜차 운전자들의 운전 행동과 업무 부하의 비교 분석)

  • Although motorcycle safety studies to date have identified the causes of motorcycle accidents in general, very few have investigated postal motorcycle accidents by studying the delivery postmen's specific work environment. To better understand postal motorcyclists' driving behavior associated with their delivery workload, we developed a system using V-World platform which visualizes driving behavior in real time along the driver's delivery route throughout an entire work day. We conducted a field test to examine the feasibility of our system by involving six delivery postmen currently working in Songpa, Seocheongju, and Gangseo, respectively. To show the potential of our system for nationwide comparison of postal motorcyclists' driving behavior and their workloads, we present several sample analyses using the collected field data. Although ideally, postmen's workloads should be standardized nationwide, we found large variation depending on regional characteristics of work area which affects postmen's driving behavior.

  • 우편물량 처리에서 병목현상의 원인이 되고있는 수작업에 의한 순로구분 작업을 원활하고 신속하게 처리하며 집배원의 업무 부담을 경감시키기 위해 자동화가 시도되고 있다. 이러한 자동화된 순로구분기의 개발에 있어 순로구분에 필요한 주소 데이터 베이스를 관리하기 위해서는 각 배달지점에 대한 고유한 ID 부여가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 아직 체계화되지 않은 한국 주소의 배달점 코드 설계 방안에 대해서 연구하였다. 먼저 해외 각국의 배달점 코드할당 방법을 알아보고, 배달점 코드의 기본 정의 및 설계 방향을 제시한다. 그리고 각 주소의 고유한 배달점 코드를 설계하는데 있어 여러 가지 방안을 제시하고 각 대안별 장단점 및 설계 방법을 제시하였으며 적합한 설계 방안을 선정하였다. 또한 기존의 주소체계뿐만 아니라 도입 예정인 새주소 체계와의 적합성도 고려하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 우편번호 앞 3자리와 6자리의 일련번호를 연결한 배달점 코드가 현재의 한국 주소체계 뿐만 아니라 새주소 체계에도 적합할 것으로 판단된다. 마지막으로 몇 가지 적용 사례를 통한 제안한 방안들을 검증해 보았다.

A Study on the Impact of Sense of Community on Public Delivery Applications Attitudes and Intentions to Use (지역공동체의식이 공공배달 앱 이용태도와 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • In the wake of COVID-19, more consumers prefer non-face-to-face services and the explosion in the use of delivery apps is shaping a new delivery culture. Meanwhile, in order to solve social problems such as platform monopoly of private delivery apps and increased brokerage fees, many municipalities are launching public delivery apps from 2020 onwards. However, consumers who are used for the existing private delivery apps are not aware of the public delivery apps and the utilization rate is low. In this study, we will look at the impact of sense of community and service quality (information quality, delivery quality) on the intend to use public delivery apps. Studies have shown that SOC and information quality have a significant impact on the attitude of using public delivery apps, but not delivery quality. In addition, the attitude of using public delivery apps has been shown to have a mediating effect on the relationship between SOC, information quality and public delivery app use intentions respectively. Therefore, to activate the public delivery apps, it was found that it is necessary not only to promote, but also to improve user convenience, such as product search and user review inquiry to improve information quality, along with efforts to strengthen the sense of local community.

  • COVID-19 is also influencing the coffee industry. This will increase untact consumption, a new consumption trend. Consumption utilizing online channels and delivery service applications that represent untact consumption is becoming commonplace. The coffee industry is also increasingly using coffee shops with drive-through and smart ordering systems that can be ordered with minimal contact. While most of the untact services are preempted at franchise stores, many independent coffee shops still offer differentiated services by communicating directly with customers. However, along with the prolonged COVID-19 infection, coffee shops in the present era, which cannot be free from infectious diseases, have no choice but to worry about delivery services. Therefore, this study analyzed the factors that influence coffee delivery services. Research results due to the influence of COVID-19, regular delivery services have increased along with coffee delivery services. Regular delivery services will play a central role in coffee delivery services due to increased use of home cafes by consumers who want to enjoy coffee in various ways.

  • The development and generalization of the Internet increased the popularity of food delivery service applications in Korea. The food delivery market based on online-to-offline service is growing rapidly. This study compares the usability of Korean food delivery service application between that of Chinese food delivery service application. This study suggests improvement points for Korean food delivery service applications. To conduct this study, we explore the status of various food delivery service applications and conduct interviews and surveys based on the honeycomb model developed by Peter Morville. This study obtained the following results. First, all restaurants participating in the Korean food delivery service must be able to accept order through the application. Second, the shopping cart function must be able to accept order of all restaurants simultaneously. Third, when users look for menu recommendation, their purchase history and shopping cart functions should appear at the first page of the website. Users should be able to perceive the improved usability of the website using those functions. Fourth, when the search window is fixed on the top of each page, users should be able to find the information they need. Fifth, the application must allow users to find the exact location of the delivery person and the estimated delivery time. Finally, the restaurants'address should be disclosed and fast delivery time should be confirmed to enhance users'trust on the application. This study contributes to academia and industry by suggesting useful insight into food delivery service applications and improving the point of food delivery service application in Korea.

A Study on the Influence Fators of Safety Education for Delivery Workers on Accident Prevention (배달종사자 대상 안전교육이 사고 예방에 미치는 영향 요인에 관한 연구)

  • As the delivery service market continued to increase, the number of delivery workers also increased, but the corresponding safety education is insufficient. Therefore, this study is going to explore the importance of safety education by grasping the relationship between safety awareness, accident experience, and safety behavior of delivery workers. With the help of the delivery workers' online community site, this study conducted a survey on the status of delivery workers' safety education for a total of 114 delivery workers. As a result of the association analysis, more than half of the general agency workers said they did not receive safety training, and delivery workers who completed safety training were 2.36 times more frequent than delivery workers who did not complete safety training. In addition, through correlation analysis and simple regression analysis, safety education had a positive effect on safety perception of delivery workers, and there was a significant correlation between safety perception and safety behavior. Through these, the relationship between safety education and safety awareness, safety behavior, and the number of accident experiences was noticed, and it was concluded that safety education should be mandatory on all delivery platforms to prevent accidents.
