본 협회는 지난 8월 26일(수) 대한상공회의소 12층 상의클럽에서 공정거래위원회 김 용(金勇) 사무처장을 초청하여 본 협회 회원사 임직원들이 참석한 가운데 $\lceil$부당내부거래 규제의 배경과 향후 시책방향$\rfloor$에 관한 조찬간담회를 개최하였다. 동 간담회에서 김 용 사무처장은 올 상반기에 실시한 공정위의 5대 기업집단에 대한 $1\cdot2$차 부당내부거래 조사의 배경과 내부거래의 규모 및 기업집단별 내부거래의 내용 및 주요 특징 등 조사 결과와 부당내부거래조사에 대한 공정위의 향후 계획에 대해서도 언급하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 웹페이지 배경과 브랜드가 소비자의 감정과 점포이미지에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 있으며, 또한 소비자의 감정과 점포이미지가 소비자 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 있다. 본 연구는 가상의 웹싸이트를 활용하여 2 (웹페이지 배경: 유 vs. 무) $\times$ 2 (브랜드: 인지도 고 vs. 저) 집단간 실험설계를 하였다. 382명의 응답이 가설검증을 위한 연구결과 분석에 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 웹페이지 배경이 소비자의 긍정적 감정과 점포이미지에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 브랜드의 경우 인지도가 점포이미지에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 구조방정식 모형의 유의미한 결과를 살펴보면, 긍정적 감정이 점포이미지에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 점포이미지가 소비자 행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이론적 측면에서 온라인 환경에 대한 연구분야에 공헌하였으며, 마케팅적 시사점을 제시하였다.

배경지역에 대한 대기질 연구는 해당 배경지역 뿐 아니라 대기 중 수송에 의해 타 지역에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 특히, 한국-중국간, 한국-일본간의 국경을 넘는 대기 오염물질은 이미 국제간에 문제시되고 있으며 많은 과학자들이 관심을 가지고 있다. 우리 나라의 경우 황사로 인한 피해가 적지 않았지만 이와 관련된 자료가 부족하여 황사에 대한 영향을 적절하게 평가할 수 없었다. 우리 나라의 지리적 여건상 인접해 있는 중국의 영향에 대해 관심을 가지고 있으나 우리 나라를 빠져나가는 배경 농도에 대한 조사가 미미한 실정이다. (중략)

쾌적하고 명료성이 높은 교실내의 음향환경은 학생들의 학업 성취도 및 교사의 언어전달 이해 향상을 이룩할 수 있는 중요한 사항이다. 이러한 우수한 교육환경을 위해서는 우선 우리나라의 교실 음향 실태 파악과 함께 교육시설의 음향상태 및 소음에 의한 학업 성취도, 심리적, 사회적 영향에 대한 정량적 조사가 이루어 져야 한다. 국내 교육시설의 음향 실태 파악을 통해 교육시설에서의 음향 및 소음 기준을 수립하여 교육시설내의 음환경 개선을 추진해야 한다. 교실 음향개선을 합리적으로 평가할 수 있는 지표로서 잔향시간과 배경소음이 가장 중요한 요소로 알려져 있다. 교실의 우수한 음환경을 위해 적절한 잔향시간은 $0.4\sim0.6$초, 배경소음은 NC-$25\sim30$수준이 확보되어야 하는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 교사의 음성레벨과 배경소음과의 비(S/N비)는 최소 10 dB이상 되어야 강의 내용 전달이 가능하며, 각종 기계설비에서 발생되는 소음 및 진동은 저소음 기기 선정을 통해 최소화하여야 한다. 인접 실에서 발생되는 소음을 충분히 차단하기 위해서는 차음성능 우수한 구조의 벽계로 개선되어야 하며, 기밀성이 높은 출입문사용과 적절한 출입구 배치를 통해 인접한 교실로의 소음 전달을 최소화 할 수 있다.

Recently, as TV home shopping has entered into the stage of stability, competition between the same lines of business has become more intense. Thus, this research goals have been determined in order to analyze the purchase intent of customers related with the genre and tempo of background music of TV home shopping by different types of products. In order to achieve the research goals, thorough research on related literatures have been conducted and found out about the background music. Furthermore, the characteristics of background music of actual TV home shopping broadcasting have been analyzed, focusing on the genre and tempo of the music. In addition, a survey has been conducted in order to verify what kind of music genre and tempo of the background music has an influence on the highest purchase intent of the chosen three products(sportswear, household appliances, fresh and processed foods). This study investigated the influence of background music of TV home shopping in relation to the purchase intent of customers. Also, this study has significance in the sense that it analyzed the causal relationship between the background music of home shopping and reactions of customers by categorizing products in details and using the music genre and tempo as the independent variables that affect the purchase intent of customers.

본 논문에서는 제작된 콘텐츠에 배경음을 간편하고 효과적으로 혼합하기 위해서 녹음된 신호(전경음)를 분석하여 배경음 에너지를 적응적으로 조절하는 배경음혼합 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 제안된 알고리즘은 등청감 곡선 (equal-loudness curve) 및 linear prediction (LP) 분석에 기반하여 전경음신호의 청감 에너지 및 음성신호 존재여부를 결정한다. 이에 따라 전경음에 음성신호가 존재하는 경우에는 음성이 명확하게 들릴 수 있도록 혼합된 배경음의 에너지를 하향 조절하고, 반대로 전경음에 음성신호가 존재하지 않는 경우에는 배경음이 명확하게 들릴 수 있도록 혼합된 배경음의 에너지를 상향 조절한다. 제안된 알고리즘의 효율성을 검증하기 위해, 고정 가중치를 이용하여 배경음을 혼합하는 경우와의 음질 선호도 조사를 실시한 결과, 제안된 알고리즘에 대한 높은 선호도를 보였다.

It is in the vortex of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in all areas of our society. Education is no exception. We all know that software is at the center of the education in the 4th industry revolution. It is very important for students to survey the ICT background in order to be good at software education. The OECD PISA has surveyed ICT background of students in a three-year cycle from 2003. This study analyzes PISA ICT statistical data based on the data released in April 2017. We compare and analyze the availability and usability items among the 81 items of the ICT background of the students. The results of linear regression analysis showed that Korea was the lowest among OECD countries. ICT availability is ranked 28 out of 30 countries and ICT usability is ranked 31 out of 31 countries. This reflects the fact that ICT education is not implemented in the country since 2008. For the students who will be the leaders of the future society, ICT education that had implemented in 2000 should be carried out quickly.

The purpose of the study is to examine the relationships of parents' satisfaction towards their children's school education and the demographic variables associated with decision-making on post high school academic completion of parents of the students with disabilities. The Korean Education Longitudinal Study data, which contained the responses of 162 parents of high school students with mild disabilities who enrolled in regular high schools, was used for the study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, ordinal logistic regression analysis, and chi-square test were used. As a result, provision of college entrance related information/consultation, improvement of academic performance level, collaboration/ communication between the teachers and parents, and overall school education were significantly related to parents' decision-making on their children's post high school academic completion. Also, mothers' educational level showed significant difference in parents' decision-making on their children's post high school academic completion.
