한국경제연구원(원장 : 권태신)은 지난 7월 16일 여의도 FKI타워 컨퍼런스센터에서 '배출권거래제와 저탄소차협력금제도: 개선방향의 모색'이라는 주제로 세미나를 개최했다. 이번 세미나는 배출권거래제와 저탄소차협력금제도가 초래할 경제적 사회적 문제를 짚어보고 개선방향을 논의하고자 마련됐다. 여기서는 이번 세미나의 주요 발표내용을 요약해 게재한다.

The Ulsan Fault Zone (UFZ) of NNW trend is developed in the Gyeongsang Basin, the southeastern part of the Korean Peninsula, and the Quaternary faults have been found around the UFZ. The faults generally thrust the Bulguksa igneous rocks of Late Cretaceous-Early Tertiary upon the Quaternary deposits or are developed within the Quaternary deposits. They mainly show the reverse-slip sense of top-to-the west movement. The lines connecting the their outcrop sites show a zigzag-form which is similar to the orientation of their fault surfaces which show the various trends, like (W)NW, N-S, (E)NE, ENE trends. The E-W trending dextral strike(-slip) fault is found in the Quaternary deposits of the Singye-ri valley. It cuts the N-S trending reverse fault and are cut by the N-S trending thrust fault again. Two types of at least two times of Quaternary tectonic movements related to the formation of neotectonic fault zone in the Singye-ri valley are considered from such the geometric and kinematic characteristics of Quaternary faults. One is the reverse faulting of N-S trend by the E-W directed 1st compression and associated the strike-slip tear faulting of E-W trend, and then the thrust faulting of N-S trend by the E-W directed 2nd compression. The other is the reverse faulting of N-S trend, and then the dextral strike-slip faulting of E-W trend by the NW-SE directed compression, and then the thrust faulting of N-S trend. In this paper is suggested the development history of Singye-ri neotectonic fault zone on the basis of the various orientations of Quaternary fault surfaces around the UFZ, and the zigzag-form connecting line of their outcrop sites, and the compressive arc-shaped lineaments which convex to the west reported recently in the Yangsan Fault Zone.

Probiotics란 그리스어로 "for life"를 의미하며, 우리말로는 "생균제"에 해당하는 단어라고 할 수 있다. 생균제라는 용어(Lilley와 Stiiwell, 1965)는 다른 생물의 성장을 억제하는 미생물이라 하여 정확히 항생제의 반대되는 개념으로 사용된 이후, 1989년 Fuller는 probiotics란 장내 미생물 균형을 개선함으로써 숙주동물을 위해 이롭게 작용하는 살아있는(viable) 미생물 사료 첨가제라 하여 살아있음의 의미를 강조하였다. (중략)

기초화장품의 연구 방향은 환경 요인과 심리적 요인의 다양화에 따라 단순 기능에서 고기능을 추구하며 기능의 세분화 방향으로 변화되고 있다. 피부 노화 현상에 대한 관심이 점점 높아짐에 따라 최근 유전자 레벨에서의 연구, 피부대사에 대한 연구 등의 활발하며 특히 피부 미백에 대한 관점은 서양에서 조차 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근의 노화 방지제 개발을 중심으로 한 피부 노화 화장품, 분자 모델적 측면에서 본 피부 미백제 개발등과 최근 연구되는 계면활성제 Free 등의 화장품 제재를 중심으로 기초 화장품 영역의 향후 연구 발전 방향을 논의하고자 한다.

클라우드 시장에서는 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델의 우위 선점을 위한 글로벌 경쟁이 치열하게 진행되고 있으며, 이와 마찬가지로 국가간 클라우드 관련 정책 또한 빠르게 개발되고 있다. 이러한 클라우드 관련 정책의 일환에 있는 클라우드 서비스 인증제에 대해 살펴보고 발전 방향에 대해 제언하고자 한다.

With the abundance of material goods, modern consumers prefer consumable goods suitable to their tastes. Therefore, since the consumers'emotions cannot be satisfied only by the product's function, quality and price, the technique of developing goods satisfying the need or seed of consumers is required. As a solution, emotional engineering technology is being studied. The goods selected in this study is an aromatic case for car, This is a product which is appeared upon achieving economic abundanoe. It is practical goods for satisfying the requirement of consumers of a 'comfortable'automobile interior environment. Therefore, the emotional image that consumers have of the products is extracted by the emotional engineering method. In turn, the suggestion of a design direction that satisfies the consumers is possible.

The purposes of this paper are to examine the mechanism of the new economic spaces and to suggest directions of geographical research in the knowledge-based information society. It introduces the background of the formation of the new economic spaces and examines network, embeddedness, and agglomeration and dispersion as mechanisms of the new economic spaces. Based on the result of case studies of Kangnam area, the most active innovation region in Korea, and of Sunchang, one of the backward regions in Korea, the paper points out that new economic spaces are now developing even in the peripheral areas. Considering the result of theoretical discussions and case studies, the paper suggests three directions for future geographical research such as research from a integrative viewpoint, development of new methodologies of geographical research, and policy directed research in geography.

울산단층대 동변인 경북 경주시 마동 탑골 부근에 발달하는 제4기단층을 기재한다. 이 단층(이후 탑골단층)은 제3기초의 화강암과 제4기의 하성 사력층의 경계부 부근에서 여러 조의 단층들이 단층대를 이루며, 북북서 내지 남-북의 주향에 동측으로 $20^{circ}{\;}~45^{\circ}$ 의 경사를 보인다. 이 단층대는 서측으로부터 제4기 사력층 내의 역단층 3조와 제4기층을 화강암과 이를 부정합으로 덮는 제4기층이 올라탄 역단층 1조로 구별되며, 복합적인 역단층성 단층대의 양상을 보인다. 단층조선은 남동 방향($125^{\circ}$)으로 $20^{\circ}$ 침강한다. 이는 남동-북서 압축에 기인한 역단층성운동에 의해 생성된 것으로 보인다. 이 단층대는 불국사 일원에서 이미 알려진, 보다 서편에 발달하는 북서-남동 방향의 제4기단층선과는 다른 또 하나의 제4기단층선으로 확인된다.
