A Text-based Similarity Measure for Scientific Literature (텍스트 기반 논문 유사도 계산 방안)

  • 본 논문에서는 텍스트 기반 유사도 계산 방안을 이용하여 논문들 간의 유사도를 계산하는 방안을 제안한다. 논문 데이터베이스에는 논문의 본문이 거의 저장되어 있지 않다. 따라서 논문 데이터베이스에 저장되어 있는 논문의 제목과 요약글들의 키워드들을 이용하여 기존 텍스트 기반 유사도 계산 방안으로 논문들 간의 유사도를 계산할 수 있다. 그러나 논문의 제목과 요약글은 논문의 본문이 가지고 있는 키워드들에 비해서 너무나도 적은 수의 키워드들을 가지고 있기 때문에 해당 키워드들만으로 논문들 간의 유사도를 계산하면 정확도가 낮을 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 논문을 표현하는 키워드의 수를 증가시키기 위해서 새로운 논문 유사도 계산 방안을 제안한다. 실험을 통하여 제안하는 방안의 우수성을 검증한다.

  • A great need for comprehensive solutions for the promotion of construction technology, and it can be true through active societies. Corresponding to these needs, it is need to prepare globalization by gathering and concentrating societies quote ability, through these efforts, it is possible to ensure research effectiveness and to secure competitive position in consisting regional network like Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation, APEC. This research analyzes and suggests are enrolled in The Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies (KOFST) to find reasonable solutions for international engineer's mutual certification and growth of domestic construction related societies. This study also analyzes department structure and relationship of Civil engineering and construction related societies. This paper suggests reasonable development strategy, governmental policy and roles of construction related societies by analyzing multi dimensional problem set.

  • This study has its purpose on analyzing the problems of data connection between general management institution and itemized management institution shown through the college information disclosure project and presenting the plan to substantialize data connection between general management institution and itemized management institution. To make close inquiry into the related problem and induce plans for substantialization, this study analyzed the previous related research data as well as the connection status of information disclosure item of Korea Foundation for the Promotion of Private School, the itemized management institution, to induce problems; induced substantialization plan for data connection of itemized connection institution. As for the substantialization plan based on such, plan to integrate schools and department codes, plan to automatize data connection and plan to secure reliability of information were established. It is anticipated that the plan to substantialize data connection between management institutions reckoned through the result of this study would be used as the basic data for information disclosure project providing various reliable information from Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, General management institution, itemized management institution and college.

  • IPP (Industry Professional Practice) is an educational model that combines academic study and industrial work through university-industry cooperation. Students would decide suitable career based on their IPP experience, that will lead a university graduate to improve their recruitment potential. IPP could also be a key to solve national employment problems as well as a chronic manpower supply and demand mismatch issue between university and industry. This paper discusses about an academic program operation for the IPP implementation, that includes operation plan for semester-based quarter system, a guideline for new curriculum, an academic credit allocation, evaluation guideline, a capstone design class operation, and interim measures.

  • Recently, accumulation of data on pig farm is enabled through the wide spread of smart pig farm equipped with Internet-of-Things based sensors, and various machine learning algorithms are applied on the data in order to improve the productivity of pig farm. Herein, multiple machine learning schemes are used to predict the water usage in pig farm which is known to be one of the most important element in pig farm management. Especially, regression algorithms, which are linear regression, regression tree and AdaBoost regression, and classification algorithms which are logistic classification, decision tree and support vector machine, are applied to derive a prediction scheme which forecast the water usage based on the temperature and humidity of pig farm. Through performance evaluation, we find that the water usage can be predicted with high accuracy. The proposed scheme can be used to detect the malfunction of water system which prevents the death of pigs and reduces the loss of pig farm.

  • This study focuses on the collaboration among public libraries and communities through 'One Book, One City' reading campaign. This study introduced the meaning and trend of 'One Book, One City' program on the world. And this study also suggests the ideas for the collaboration among public libraries and communities making use of this reading campaign; activation of reading campaign, building library network, establishing partnership model between private and public sectors.
