Important crime prevention is emphasized. Depending on the type of criminal act itself, but with many material and human damage because it is a threat to the safety of civil life. In this paper, a methodology for the risk probability map generation of the crime prevention to be subject to the urban area in the group residential area is presented. The interpretation key is set up to the distinctive feature distinguishing with the unaided eye based on the object composing with the urban area information such as the topology, the facility, and the characteristic information of the corresponding area by analyzing the crime prevention case occurred by gone. This interpretation key is generated, and this information is applied to another area equally, and so, the risk probability map for the crime prevention and the disaster prevention is generated. At this time, the object interpretation key for the urban area information is divided into the various size cell by the crime prevention case. and the risk index according with this cell is set up. Also, the generated various risk probability map is unified, and the integration risk probability map is generated.

In this paper, the energy saving illuminator with a function of crime and fire prevention is developed. This illuminator is communicated with a superintendent's office by wireless communication and the informations being archived by the illuminator are transmitted to a superintendent's office. If this illuminator is established with only one in a lecture room or a office room, a wireless network with saving a energy and preventing crimes and fires can be constructed.

최근 청년 실업률과 이혼, 인구 고령화 등의 이유로 1인가구는 2015년 520만 3천 가구로 전체(1911만 1천 가구) 대비 27.5%를 차지하고 있다. 하지만, 제대로 된 방범 시스템을 갖추지 못해 주거침입 범죄는 1인 가구를 대상으로 이루어지고 있다. 방범업계에서는 1인 가구를 위한 방범용 시스템을 출시하고 있지만, 대부분의 1인 가구들은 여전히 불안감을 느끼며 생활하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 디바이스와 마이크로프로세서를 활용한 침입감지 시스템을 설계하였다. 제시하고 있는 시스템은 IoT 센서 모듈을 활용하여 특정 구역 내 움직이는 물체를 감지하고, 블루투스 통신 모듈을 이용하여 사용자에게 알려준다.

최근의 범죄 동향을 살펴보면 묻지마 범죄와 여성 혐오 범죄가 계속해서 늘어나는 추세이다. 낮과 밤을 구분하지 않고 일어나는 사건·사고들에 특히나 범죄에 노출되기 쉬운 여성들은 일상생활에서조차 안전을 보장받지 못하고 있다. 이를 위해 생겨난 여성안심 귀갓길이라고 지정된 보호구역은 보호라는 말이 무색하게 제대로 사용할 수 있는 방범 시스템이 제대로 마련되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 이와 같은 상황을 개선하기 위해 기존의 시각적 방범과는 달리 탐지 범위가 넓고 상대적으로 제한이 적은 음향으로 접근한 새로운 방범 시스템 개발을 통해 여성들의 안전을 보장할 수 있도록 제안한다.

The importance of citizen as a key of community safety has increased, and the legislation to support the citizen's activities is continued. However systematic and detailed action plans are not enough to something. Thus, the purpose of this research is to develop the educational program model for the citizens on patrol for the improvement of practical use. The methods of this research are to make and suggest the educational program for citizens on patrol by literature review and cases analysis of educational program implemented one years ago. The findings are suggested as belows. First, the learners need the contents can be practically used in the field and sufficient time of education. Second, the subgoal to achieve the ultimate goal of education program model should be established as 'customer-centered, field-oriented, competence reinforcement', and driving strategy must be composed of four stages as plan-design-implementation-evaluation. Also, for strategy of each stage, detailed sub-strategies from preparation to execution of education have to be considered. Third, education program must be categorized by basic-intermediate-expert courses depending on the level of learners, and theoretically and practically oriented curriculum subjects are organized in balance by each course.

In recent years, the occurrence of life and violent crime in the city centered on crime-prone areas has become a big issue, raising the public interest in safety from crime has been higher than ever. As the initial response to crime and the importance of crime prevention are emerging, the government is preparing various measures such as crime prevention service using advanced technology. This project is a demonstration project to select specific target sites and apply that on a trial basis with the main purpose of commercialization of intelligent crime prevention technologies and services. In order to spread the business through the demonstration project, it is expected that the practical economic evaluation as well as the academic and practical value of the project will have a great significance. In this study, the purpose of this research is to derive economic feasibility through technologies and services to be implemented in Indokwon district of Anyang city, which is selected demonstration site of the intelligent security, to promote the spread of business and contribute to the policy activation.
