The visitors' patterns of the homepages in university were classified and analyzed with the network analysis based on the hyperlinks. The numbers of visits to English web-pages were proportional to those of Korean with much less counts. The larger count of visits was confirmed for the case of colleges than the departments, showing the upper boundary of visits from the plot with the Betweenness centrality normalized by the degree. For the better visibility, well-designed hyperlinks with the proper public relations were suggested based on the quantitative analysis of visitors' count.

대학 내 기관별 웹페이지의 방문자 패턴을 분류하고, 하이퍼링크에 따른 네트워크 분석을 통해 방문자수와의 연관성을 연구하였다. 웹페이지 언어에 따라 영문 홈페이지는 공통적으로 낮은 방문 패턴을 보였으며, 단과대학이 개별 학과에 비해 높은 방문자수를 보였다. 웹페이지 하이퍼링크의 중심도(Centrality) 분석에서는 사이중심도(Betweenness centrality)를 정도(degree)로 정규화한 값이 방문자 수의 상한 값에 대응되는 현상이 발견되었다. 홍보효과를 위해 홈페이지 내용, 구조 설계뿐만 아니라 웹 상에 적절한 노출 전략도 도움이 됨을 알 수 있었다.

This study attempts to identify the influence factors on the numbers of visitors and reference room users of public libraries through log-log multiple regression models, using the Korean National Libraries Statistical Data 2018. The fact found is summarized as follows; Even though books collection and seating capacities might be the most important factors in attraction of visitors and reference room users to public libraries in the past when the storage and propagation of knowledge and information was the top function of public libraries, very various and compound factors such as cultural or lifetime education programs, library operation, and user activities have an effect on inducing people to visit and use public libraries at present. This means that these days, public libraries are being transformed into some kinds of comprehensive cultural center where software elements such as cultural programs, user education, events, budget, membership, opening days, building style and age, and group activities rather than hardware elements such as books, literature material, and facilities constitute their essential parts in connection with visitor and user induction.

2013년 8월 출시된 버드뷰의 '화해(화장품을 해석하다)' 서비스는 화장품 성분의 분석 결과를 제공하여 유해 성분을 피하고 건강한 화장품을 소비하려는 많은 여성들의 폭발적인 지지를 얻고 있다. 2014년 11월, 본엔젤스, 사이버에이전트벤처스 등으로부터 6억원을 투자받고, 출시 1년 8개월만에 다운로드 120만건, 회원 110만명, 월 방문자수 34만명을 달성한 버드뷰의 이웅 대표를 만나 국내 화장품 시장의 새로운 구매 패턴을 만들어 영향력 있는 모바일 화장품 커머스 기업으로 도약하려는 그의 포부를 들어본다.

This study is focused on analyzing the characteristics of repeat foreign tourists to Korea and suggest how to increase the repeat ratio. As the result of analysis, there were significant differences in the variables of sex, age, country in the case of demographic characteristics and in the variables of travel types, the number of company, the purpose of visit, accommodations, major visiting places and visiting areas in the case of travel characteristic. And also there were significant differences in the variables of accommodation fees per person and expenses per person in their own country in the case of travel expenses and in the variables of immigration formalities, public transportations, accommodations, foods, shopping, tourist attractions and security in the case of satisfaction. Lastly there were significant differences in the variables of revisit intention within 3 years, recommendation intention, the image of Korea(before trip) and the image of Korea(after trip) in the case of behavior intention after trip and image evaluation. Therefore it should be considered the characteristics of repeat foreign tourists when we make the tourism products to increase the repeat ratio.

한국의 농촌 보건의료 문제를 해결 하기위하여 일차보건의료가 도입되었으며 일차보건의료에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행하고 있는 보건진료원의 활동을 분석하였다. 분석 목적은 보건진료원의 일반현황과 보건진료원 활동에 대한 구체적인 분석을 통하여 활동개선 방안을 제시하는데있다. 분석방법은 사회조사 방법을 적용하였으며 조사는 1998년 7월과 11월기간에 구조화된 설문지를 보건진료원 전원에게 송부하여 스스로 작성하게 하였다. 1880명의 보건진료원을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였으며, 1663명의 응답자가 작성한 설문지가 최종분석되었으므로 분석율은 88.5%였다. 분석결과 보건진료원의 일반현황으로 광역사의 보건진료원 평균 연령은 39.7세이며 시지역 보건진료원의 연령이 군지역보다 높았으며 통계적으로도 유의한 차이가 있었다. 총근무기간도 시지역의 보건진료원의 12.4년-13.6년으로 농촌지역보다 걸었으며 통계적으로도 유의한 차이가 있었다. 보건진료원의 평균 관할 인구수는 901명이었다. 보건진료소 관할지역의 노인인구 및 만성질환자의 분포가 매우 높았다. 보건진료소로부터 민간의료기관이 위치한 거리는 시지역 (7.1-11.3km) 보다 농촌지역이 12.1km로서 지리적 접근성이 시지역보다 낫은 것으로 나타났다. 활동건수분석결과 월평균 가정방문수는 평균 47.8건, 일평균 내소자수는 14.1건 및 일평균 전화상담은 5.2건으로 나타났다. 연령별 활동수준은 40세이상이 4세 이하보다 월평균 가정방문수와 일평균 내소자수가 많았으며 통계적요로도 유의한 차이가 있었다. 경력이 많을수록 일평균가정 방문수 및 전화상담 건수가 많았으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 근무조건에 대한 만족도는 80%정도로 높았다. 연구결과 보건진료원의 활동지역내 노인인구 및 만성질환자의 비율이 높고 민간의료기관의 지리적 접근성도 낮고, 관할인구규모가 적어서 인구규모를 늘리고 노인 및 만성질환자 건강관리 프로그램의 개발이 더욱 요구되며 농촌지역주민의 건강관리자로서 보건진료원의 활동을 강화할 필요가 있다.

This study was to address changes on hospital-based home care utilization after long-term care insurance(LTCI) was launched. National electronic data information(EDI) on hospital-based home care from Health Insurance Review Agency in 2007.7~2008.6(prior to LTCI) and in 2009(posterior to LTCI) was analyzed. After the launch of long-term care insurance, 40 hospital-based home health care agencies(HHCA) were diminished and regions not having any HHCA were increased from 53% to 59%. Hospital-based home care utilization was decreased in the elderly(clients 13.4%, visits 20.9%) as well as non-elderly(clients 3.5%, visits 3.9%). It is presumed that diminished HHCAs result in decreased accessibility to hospital-based home health care for non-elderly. The clients, visits, and reimbursed cost per agency were not changed. It is presumed that small agencies were closed already. The total reimbursed cost per agency in 2009 was 121,850,000 won. Results suggest that the government has to give support to open more HHCA to increase the accessibility for non-elderly. Also, hospital-based home care services utilization has to be monitoring regularly.

최근 당뇨병환자의 증가와 전반적인 의료 질의 향상으로 당뇨병환자의 수명이 연장되고 당뇨병이 오랜 기간 이환 되었을 때 나타나는 만성 합병증들이 증가하고 있다. 그 중 당뇨병성 족부(과거 당뇨발)질환 역시 증가 하는 추세이다. 당뇨병 환자는 평생 8명당 1명꼴로 발에 문제가 발생하여 병원을 방문하게 된다. 이중 치료로서 발가락이나 발을 절단해야 하는 비율 10% 이하이지만 현재 450만명으로 추산되는 당뇨병환자수를 기준으로 할 때 그 수는 매우 많아진다.

본 연구는 본점 주소지 거주 주민에 의해 그 매출액을 현저히 영향을 받는다고 생각되는 소상공 서비스업체들 중 미용서비스업체의 점포 선택 결정요인을 관심 변수로 다루었다. 입지요인에 의해 영향을 받는 경영성과 측정 변수를 경영자의 만족도나 소비자의 충성도 측면에서만 진행하지 않고 미용서비스업체의 성과인 실제 매출액과 방문자수를 활용하여 연구하였다는 점에서 선행연구와 큰 차이가 있다. 본 연구 결과는 미용서비스업체의 점포입지요인중 가시성 접근성이 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 또한 미용시술의자수가 매출액과는 (+)의 관계를 디자이너 1인당 매출액에는 (-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 미용서비스업체에 대한 분석을 하여 다른 소상공서비스업체에 확산 적용하는데는 한계가 있다. 또한 입지특성에 있어서도 유의적 영향을 미치는 추가적인 입지 변수들을 발견할 필요가 있다.
