The coursewares available on the web are on active development by each country all over the world in accordance with web prevailing. Many Visual Basic language courseware is also into web-based education it is not improving the effect of learning. Hence through this study, in orer to be out of the said kind of approach, 1)by adding multimedia elements with making the best of web characteristics, 2)escalating the studying effect of learners' with experimental environment, and 3)providing proper feedbacks in assessment of learners' reactions 4)we invented web-based multimedia courseware with the technology of Real Encoder, Real Player, Active X etc. and tried adapting it to school education field on the basis of design model of professor-learning system.

This study aims to examine the environmental aspect of users of PDA, an information device whose use is on the rise. The focus is put on the display of PDA products to see how it considered effectiveness and visual effect for users. A better environment will be presented for users by analyzing problems in interface design, such as how easily users can access information and how simply and clearly users can process such information. Additionally, each of PDA products will be tested to see what difficulties users can face while carrying out tasks and how easily users can cope with a problem when facing it. In this study, the utilization of PDA was analyzed in terms of its basic functions such as information input and the output and use of wanted information. Based on the analysis results, a better alternative for uses of PDA will be presented.

There are some technologies such as USN, RFID, Home-network to advance the ubiquitous era. Those technologies embody Context-Awareness System. To Context-Awareness System is that human, objects and environment supply information with cable and wireless at real time. So private information, information privacy, a wide sense privacy will be faced on serious menace. In this article, I analyze threat of private information in Context-Awareness System under USN(ubiquitous Sensing Network) surroundings and present technology to protect private information. Each technology can apply subdivided protection province information privacy. I expect definition of information privacy, insight through technological presentation and total solution in this article.

The purpose of this study was to develop indicators for information and communication technology(ICT) use in elementary education, which are useful tools for forecasting and deciding the policy of education in the society of information technology. We analyzed prior studies on information and communication indicators, and suggested a survey forms to collect data and an equation for each indicator in order to calculate an index from the data without additional survey-cost. They can be intended to be explored on definitions of ICT use in education, indicators for ITC use in elementary education, illustration of utilizing the indicators, and an analysis of differences among schools on the indicators.

In this paper, an objective of this research is to add convenience to the intranet operating within an educational institution, by setting up a messenger function to enable the faculties and teachers to make better use of the university database via Intranet. With this messenger services, the users can view the information about the members in a group they belong to, and register as friends a group of members they selected from the work group they are in. This function will reduce the cumbersome chores of adding one individual as a friend at a time. This research will enhance the Intranet within an educational institution by integrating new functions. Speciallly, In this paper, it is stored student data by the input form by the JDBC of XML standard data. Also, it is able to search of stored database to web sever from web client by the SQL quary.

Nowadays, the demand for the wireless technology has gradually increased to support the services of high speed wired internet and also the interest of a mobile terminal convergence has increased. In the next generation, the mobile terminal could merge with the celluar phone, wireless LAN, portable internet, digital multimedia brodcasting, mobile game and sensor(smart-tag and biometrics) through the unified single user interface. Moreover, the system is supported to multi-mode at difference networks, which have variable functions and high performance for available service. This paper presents research in intelligent massenger technique for Cyber University to support accessing university database. The digital contents industry has now become the most important industry in the 21st century. Among the various digital contents industries, the animation industry has emerged as a higher value-added culture contents business with a strong possibility of growth from the field of image and character to the copyright area. Yet, the overall market structure has not been consolidated except for a few successful projects because of the sharp decline in domestic animation and the upward trend in global animation business. Due to reduced investment in producing TV animations, OSMU is an essential alternative for the animation industry. In this research, we aim to analyze the development of the domestic animation industries by studying the actual condition of OSMU for broadcasting contents.

Smoothing is a transmission plan where variable rate video data is converted to a constant bit rate stream. Among them are CBA, MCBA, MVBA, e-PCRTT and others. e-PCRTT algorithm, which was improved from PCRTT, restricts the number of rate changes with fixed-size run. This causes unnecessary rate changes when run size is small and buffer size is large. In this paper, to overcome a shortcoming of e-PCRTT algorithm, a smoothing algorithm is proposed, which is improved from e-PCRTT, where a transmission rate transmits more intervalsl as possible. Experiments demonstrated that the proposed algorithm outperformed e-PCRTT algorithm. In order to show the performance, various evaluation factors were used such as the number of transmission rate changes, peak rate, transmission rate variability and so on.

This paper presents a design and implementation example of intelligent society member management system that is constructed to induce various research activity. Based on members data and society activity record, the system executed data mining. In the process of data mining useful society activity rules was produced and in result members could effectively interact with the system. Decision Tree Algorithm was used in the process, which is one of the methods of data mining. We presemts a plan for personalization website to provide user oriented administration policy and dynamic interface by using analyzed information of society activity rules produced.
