Logistics Strategy of Promotion for the B2B EC (기업간 전자상거래 활성화를 위한 물류혁신전략)

  • 최근 B2B 전자상거래 확산에 따른 물류문제를 해결하고 오프라인 물류와의 차별화롤 시도하기 위한 목적으로 다양한 물류측면의 대안이 제시되고 있다. 먼저 물류산업 자체의 e-business화를 추진함으로 기존 물류체계에서의 고비용 문제, 책임 소재가 불분명한 서비스 문제를 해결하고 운송정보의 실시간 제공을 통한 발주자, 화주자 간의 긴밀한 커뮤니케이션 형성과 해외시장을 겨냥한 글로벌 물류체계를 구축해야 한다. 다음으로 물류업종의 지나친 세분화, 기존 물류업체의 영세성과 혁신마인드의 부족, 그에 따른 제조 유통업체의 경쟁적 자가물류 확충의 악순환으로 제3자 물류시장 성장기반이 제한되어 오는 등 구조적인 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 주요 운송업체가 영세한 화주나 창고관리 위탁업무까지 대행하여 주는 지금까지의 제3자 물류 체제에서 대기업이 물류시장에 새롭게 진출하면서 사이버 물류시스템을 기반으로 기존 주요 운송업계와 VAN 사업자가 장악하고 있는 물류정보 서비스를 주도하는 제4자 물류체제로의 전환이 요구된다. 왜냐하면, SCM과 전자상거래 환경 하에서는 공급 망 내의 물류를 최적화하여 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서 기능적 아웃소싱의 단계를 거쳐 물류기능의 통합과 운영의 자율권이 증대, 전체적인 공급연쇄 솔루션을 제공하는 서비스 제공자와 함께 기업의 경영자원, 능력, 기술을 관리하고 결합하는 공급연쇄 통합자로서 제4자 물류가 필요하기 때문이다. 이와 같은 제4자 물류체제가 본격 형성될 경우 물류정보와 인프라가 복잡하게 업혀있는 기존 물류산업이 재편되고, 특화된 물류솔루션을 바탕으로 한 산업별 물류체제 구축이 가속화될 것으로 예견되며, 일반기업 입장에서 물류부문의 아웃소싱이 촉진되어 물류산업기반이 확충될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 최근 우리나라뿐만 아니라 전 세계적으로 고층건물의 규모가 점점 커짐에 따라 고층 건물은 초기단계에서부터 막대한 자원과 비용이 발생하고 도중에 설계변경이 어렵거나 불가능한 경우가 많아졌다. 때문에 초기구조설계과정과 실시설계, 시공과정에서의 차이를 최대한 줄이는 것이 사업의 경제성을 좌우할 만큼 중요한 비중을 차지한다. 이러한 정보를 제대로 관리할 초고층 BIM 정보환경이 구축된다면 발주자 설계자 시공자가 얻게 될 이익은 결코 적지 않을 것이다. S-BIM 프로세스 상에서 철골조를 형성하기 위해서는 세 단계의 프로세스를 거치는데 구조 해석 및 설계 단계, 구조 해석 및 설계 결과 데이터베이스 구축, 철골구조설계 및 형상화 모듈에 의한 부재 생성이다. 본 연구에서는 구조해석 및 설계(Analysis and Design, A&D) 데이터베이스를 C#코딩을 통해 형상, 길이 및 위치 정보를 결정하는 데 필요한 정보를 모듈 상에 불러오고, 이를 이용한 부재의 치수, 길이, 좌표 값을 산정하였다. 모듈 결과 생성된 정보를 BIM 플랫폼 상에 모델링함으로써 사용자 입력 값을 최소로 하여 기존 BIM 플랫폼의 모델링 방법 대비, 생산성이 향상된 철골구조설계의 자동화를 구현해 보고자 하였다.

  • 건설공사 사후평가는 공공건설사업 수행성과를 평가하고 차후 유사사업 추진 시 이를 활용하여 공공건설사업 효율화에 기여하기 위한 제도이다. 국토교통부에서는 발주청별로 실시하고 있는 건설공사 사후평가의 결과정보를 체계적으로 통합 관리하고, 이를 활용할 수 있도록 건설공사 사후평가 시행지침을 기초로 한 건설공사 사후평가시스템을 구축하여 운영 중에 있다. 하지만 사후평가 시행지침의 개정에 따라 입력양식 및 관리항목이 변경되고, 축적된 사후평가 결과정보의 분석기능 등의 부족으로 유사 건설사업 수행시 활용 체계가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건설공사 사후평가 시행지침의 개정과 분석 및 통계기능 강화를 위해 따라 건설공사 사후평가시스템의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 사후평가시스템의 활용도를 제고하고 유사 공공건설사업 수행시 시행의 효율성을 도모할 수 있으리라 예상된다.

  • Evaluating the work process of the organization is necessary to improve efficiency and make high quality of results. As size of construction projects are bigger, it is also applied to design firm. By applying efficient process, design team can reduce rework and waste. To make systematic process and keep a continuous progress, process evaluation is required. On this study, CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) concept is benchmarked. Originally CMMI is suggested to evaluating capability of work process of Soft Ware developing organization by SEI(Software Engineering Institute). From CMMI system, direction of making evaluating method of design project performing team is drove. After worked out the evaluation method of capability maturity of process in design team, it could contribute making progress in the design process and satisfying client.

Study of the Improvement of Information Management System on Subcontracted Service Results (하도급 용역실적 정보관리체계 개선 연구)

  • Construction subcontracted services are conducted without clear systems, but to establish a sound trading order between the contractors and subcontractors, the government recently complemented a relevant system to legalize and systematically manage subcontracted services. This study prepared a system for managing the subcontracted construction service result after providing the optimal alternative plan through a related persons' interview, such as the ordering agency and the service company. Towards this end, the management system is provided to integrate subcontracted services and contracted services based on the system managing Construction Technology Service Result. The study findings can be shortened by more than 90% of the performance certification issuing work, and used to formulate measures to protect subcontractors, such as the prevention of low-priced subcontracts, by managing an objective and reliable subcontracted service result.

  • Construction program management requires more systematic management than traditional management methods due to the complexity of the project and various stakeholders. In particular, the systematization of closure phase of the process is in urgent need as there is a difference between the owner's expectations and the contractor's deliverables, resulting in delayed handovers, conflicts, frictions, and increased legal disputes. This study identified the process and activities of closure phase through domestic and international literature and case studies for the successful closure of the construction program. Further, the proposed processes and activities were verified through expert verification for appropriateness and the possibility of application to the site. By utilizing the processes and activities proposed in this study, the project aims to overcome the limits of closure phase and improve the satisfaction of the owner, as well as to enhance the global competitiveness of domestic construction companies.

  • The role and importance of VE have been enlarged since VE application was mandatory by law in public sector in March, 2000. Public organizations have widened the technological horizon through VE competitions and applied VE technique to private investment projects. Many studies have been carried out on function analysis and VE procedure. In practice it is common that clients make a decision one-sidedly on whether or not VE proposals are selected. The VE procedure itself is not smooth. This study gives some suggestions on VE appraisal procedure and criteria at the last phase on VE process in order to smooth the progress of VE. The results of this study can be used as a tool to improve efficiency in the management of VE.

  • Global construction market has grown rapidly since 2000. Even though developing countries grew into an economic, the most of oil-producing countries of continuous high oil prices due to an increase in plant construction orders is to present a lot of influence. According to the growth of global construction market, the domestic construction companies in the overseas market share have recorded 3% of the performance of the top 10 world records. However, current performance has analyzed the expansion of the market rather than competitiveness development of domestic construction companies. Therefore, to improve competitiveness in the global construction orders for the domestic construction companies in terms of long term, the government in Korea has ordered various research projects related to the plant since 2005. This paper presents not only global plant market trends and plant project in domestic but also introduction of completed research standardization recently.

  • The main purpose of Construction Management(CM) is the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the project with construction methodologies systematically and technically. This pilot project Dong Myeong Service Area and Gas Station project among 5 projects designated and supervised by Ministry of Construction and transportation(MOCT), is to reduce cost, to maintain and control schedule, to keep proper quality, Claim and Risk through Partnering, Design Review, Constructability, Value Engineering and Project Management Information System(PMIS) and so on. Major factors of CM Plan are introduction of the phased and classified Construction Management Services from initiation of project to completion and adaptation of CM technologies and guide the implementation methodologies of the CM Pilot Project in CM construction market.

  • Current environment in civil and construction industry has changed to actively adopt construction management (CM) in various areas. While it is found that exemplary CM projects have been carried out in many civil engineering sectors, concrete system framework has not been suggested due to ambiguous boundary between CM and supervision system, unclear perception of CM's role, and inexperienced organization and regime. This paper investigated the challenges faced in civil and construction industry, and analyzed the strategy that could improve the current immature CM system by conducting questionnaire survey from experts in various construction sectors. The results could provide valuable information that can involve diverse opinions and view points in project participants.
