A Study on Developing Systems for Managing Information on Owner's Requirements in the Design Phase (설계단계에서의 발주자 요구사항 관리를 위한 정보관리 시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the efficient information system for managing owner's requirement(O/R) throughout the design phases. In order to derive an improvement, current status of O/R management both in domestic and foreign design company has been analyzed. Through the literature reviews and interviews with experts, the Information on design process and detailed activities were investigated. Based on the basic research, inputs, outputs and participants were defined and information flow diagram was drawn. O/R's were categorized according to comprehensive interviews with specialists, and a prototype system was suggested. Conducting systematized O/R management will improve the confidence of owners' role on design, reduce re-work in design tasks, and finally elevate design quality.

  • Recently, operation of highway is the complex digital Infrastructure based on complicated IT. The application of IT is increasing more and more in digital Infrastructure. Though IT is very convenient, if unpredicted operating risk of highway occurs, widespread damage can be large. When operating risk of highway occurs, road users are out of smoothly-run service because of the operating interruption. This risk causes unpredicted operating management cost and additional maintenance cost. It will excess over the planned operating cost, which may leads to users's unsafety and operator's insolvency because of income loss. Until now, related studies to find out the risk are not sufficient. The purpose of this study is to suggest risk cost items and to estimate the reasonable risk cost by using simulation method in case of occurring the huge power failure at the operating digitalized highway. This study indicates the several plans to hedge against risk cost and the management of highway project. From now on, it will be used as basic data to confirm the soundness of operating system in Digital Infrastructure.

  • 정보화 사업에서 발생할 수 있는 위험(Risk)은 다양하다. 정보화 사업 관련 위험 요인 중 가장 대표적이고 보편적인 것은 발주 및 제안단계에서 발주자가 가진 요구사항의 불명확을 꼽을 수 있는데, 이로 인해 정보화 사업 수행 도중 요구범위 증가와 변경, 그리고 사업원가 구조의 악성화가 발생하게 됨은 자명하다. 그러나 안타까운 현실은 그 동안 우리나라 정보화 사업의 관행이 요구사항 불명확이라는 잠재적 위험 아래에서도 발주자와 사업자 간의 계약이 보호장치가 미흡한 확정가(firm fixed price) 방식으로 수립되어 왔다는 것이다. 확정가로 계약이 수립될 경우 사업자는 발주자의 요구사항 불명확으로 인해 파생된 원가 위험까지 불합리하게 책임져야 하는 고리에 묶이게 된다. 이러한 문제를 본질적으로 해결하는 한가지 방법은 발주자와 사업자간의 정보화 사업 획득 절차를 혁신하는 것인데, 본 논문은 이를 위해 가칭, 한국형 정보화 산업 활성화 획득 절차(KIPAP: Korea If Proliferation Acquisition Process)의 기본 개념을 고안하여 소개한다. 이 획득 절차는 정보화 사업이 내재하고 있는 요구사항의 불확실성을 계량화, 가시화하여, 그 정도에 따라 차등화된 계약방식의 선정방법 을 제시한다.

  • Quality assessment of the building is strongly dependent upon satisfying owner's requirements. To develop indicators for the assessment of design quality, survey on current situation of design process and analysis of Design Quality Indicator(DQI) is performed. The survey revealed that the main cause of frequent design changes is variability feature of owner's requirements. DQI, an indicator developed in UK, questionnaire encompasses questions which are relevant throughout the development stages of a building, and can be used at every key stage of the process. Further research will focus on the development of indicators for the assessment of design quality applicable to Korean market. In addition, research on the visualization method to present assessment results and supporting tools to facilitate assessment will be considered.

  • 본 연구는 발주기관과 사내 공급자의 재해경감활동관리체계 연계성 강화에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 기업재난관리표준에 정하고 있는 공급자 전략에 대한 요구사항을 파악하고, 발주기관과 공급자의 적용사례를 검토 분석하여 재해경감활동관리체계의 연계성 강화를 위한 절차를 도출한다. 기업재난관리표준의 요구사항인 공급자 전략에 대하여 명확히 정의하고, 연계성 강화를 위해서 발주기관과 공급자가 적용하는 절차와 그 절차에 의하여 산출된 결과물을 공유하는 표준화된 절차가 필요하다는 시사점에 대한 해결방안을 연구하였다. 공급자의 재해경감활동관리체계 수립 절차중 중요한 절차의 연계성 강화를 위한 개선안을 제안하였으며, 제안된 내용과 절차를 기업재난관리표준과 관련 규범에 반영할 것을 제시한다

  • VE is used as a powerful tool to add value to facilities by improving functionality and reducing costs. By identifying the client's requirements in the VE process and reflecting them in the quality model, the developed alternatives meet the client's requirements. However, there is no process to verify how the developed alternatives reflect the needs of the client through functional analysis, idea generation and evaluation. The purpose of this study was to develop, verify, and prove the effectiveness of a methodology for evaluating client satisfaction with alternatives developed during the VE Job Plan. The KANO model, which can identify the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of requirements in product planning, was set as a methodology for alternative verification procedures of VE, and was improved and applied to the purpose of this study. As a result, the alternative evaluation method developed in this study was found to be useful. It is expected that the KANO model will be used to evaluate the satisfaction of VE alternatives in the VE Job Plan analysis.

  • 웹 어플리케이션을 고객의 요구사항에 맞게 구현하기 위해서는 발주자와 수주자 간의 명확한 의사소통이 필요하다. 그러나, 잦은 요구사항의 변경과 원활하지 못한 의사소통으로 인해 요구사항의 추출 및 검증이 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 요구사항 데이터와 GUI 디자인 패턴 모델간의 Mapping 프로세스를 통해 신속하고 명확하게 고객의 요구사항을 정의하며, 프로젝트의 생산성을 높일 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

  • It is the important accurately to identify the needs of our customers in order to success the project. Requirements in the early stages of business is very abstract or not quantitative, and that will cause problems such as cost or schedule changes. Particularly many people are likely to prefer the early stages of the project, because the time of applying VE related cost savings is important. Owner's requirement analysis for project success in the VE process does not easy, and specific ongoing management of the requirement is difficult. Therefore, the analysis and the application of owner's requirements is limited in project process. The purpose of this study is proposed to the RFM technique to supplement the functional analysis on the basis owner's requirements analysis in planning a building project.

  • VE is one of the most effective and systematic tool available to achieve the required function at minimum cost and manage in many industrial fields. The purpose of the preparation phase VE job plan is to establish a cooperation system referring to groups for the successful implementation of VE, and to achieve a common objective to collect sufficient materials required in the analysis phase. The Quality Model is used to measure the requirement of shareholders(users and owners)in the project. It also offers a guideline on decision making when executing the function definition, function arrangement, function evaluation, and the idea evaluation of VE. However, the current the preparation phase business confirms that the required items of owners and users has not suggested definite goals and directions. This study analyzes the problems of current work in the preparation phase from case study, survey and interviews of experts. It then proposes a new process after understanding the required items of owners, users and experts.
