Systems Engineering(SE), as a special discipline evolved from multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary design knowledges and practical lessons learned from development practices, is required to develop today's ever-growing large complex systems. As computer speed and analytic sophistication accelerate their applications, modern society's needs have become increasingly varied and complex. Rapid advances in Systems Engineering and its education programs among the developed countries demonstrate their needs as an alternative to what is lacking from traditional disciplinary engineering to meet new challenges of our changing social environments. Systems Engineering is an interdisciplinary approach that includes both management and technical processes. Its processes, methods, and tools are used to evolve, define, and verify an integrated, life-cycle balanced set of system solution that satisfy customer needs and requirements. The process methodology offers a top-down comprehensive, iterative and recursive problem solving process which includes the stating the problems, investigating the alternatives, architecting and modeling the system, integrating and operating the system, assessing and re-evaluating the system performances. The purpose of this paper is to research the cases of SE educational programs for both domestic and other developed countries and to propose recommendations for the domestic SE educational programs in the future.

This study investigated the conceptualization and application of new concept of regional resilience with case study in Korea in order to promote more sustainable regional development strategies, while problematizing dominant regional competitiveness concept in the current regional development circle under the condition of stagnant growth and ever-existing crisis in these days. Through literature review, this paper found out that regional resilience is a useful concept both to understand dramatic regional changes and to promote new regional development strategies. Furthermore, the study formulated basic research topics and issues for regional resilience through reviewing existing research outcomes on the measurement and factors of regional resilience. Through case study of two macro city-regions in Korea, this study also found out that regional resilience patterns and processes are differentiated according to the place and its scale and that both regional industrial structure formed in a path-dependent way and regional competitive characteristics are all significant to understand the regional resilience patterns and processes.

Recently, the significance of Green-Energy led by low-carbon Green-Development is increasing as well in Korea. Among them, the most practical solution is the cogeneration which performs the best energy efficiency. This paper addresses the two of RCS(Regional Cogeneration System) connecting heat each other. It is conducted to quantitatively evaluate algorithm that optimally operate the heat transaction considering various operating modes. The proposed method is tested using the real system. Through the case studies, it is verified that the proposed algorithm of heat transaction can evaluate availability.

책은 아동들의 언어 학습을 위한 환경을 제공하고, 세계에 관한 지식을 확장시켜 준다. 또한 책을 매개로한 타인과의 상호 작용은 아동에게 읽기와 쓰기의 관례적 형태와 그 기능을 알게 만든다. 그러나 영상 매체 시대에 살고 있는 우리 아이들을 위해서는 전통적 종이책 읽기를 강요하기 보다는 친숙한 디지털미디어를 언어교육을 위한 적극적 도구로 활용해 아이들이 능동적으로 참여할 수 있는 구체적 방법에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전자책을 매개한 아동 대상의 인터넷 커뮤니티의 기존 사례분석을 통해 대안적 아동커뮤니티의 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 신재생에너지 발전전원 중 단속적 특성이 강한 풍력발전 전원의 용량가치 평가방법에 관한 것이다. 풍력발전의 설비가치는 확률론적 접근방법과 용량률에 의한 결정론적 접근방법을 사용할 수 있으며 미국의 주요 산정방법을 살펴보고 국내 적용가능한 대안을 수립한다. 풍력발전의 설비가치를 실효성있게 산정하기 위해서는 관련자료의 확보가 우선되어야 하나 국내의 자료확보체계 및 그 기간이 짧은 관계로 용량률에 근거한 단순기법이 실효성이 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The essential Policy for solving the problems of the Seoul Metropolitan Region is the relocation of national pivotal functions into the non-Capital Region. The decentralization of pivotal functions should be pursued at the national level. National public institutions should be moved according to the characteristics of the institution itself and the regional function and specialization. Primarily, after selecting target institutions from the administrations at the vice-ministerial level, affiliated organizations, government-funded agencies, and institutions invested tv governments, we need to develop various measures to diminish the problems and obstacles resulted from the relocation of public sector. The construction of the new administration capital city is one of the alternatives which solve the problems of the Seoul Metropolitan Region and improve the regional inequality. It is very much important that the Korean citizens agree to the construction of the new administration capital city.

LNG복합발전은 수요지 인근에 건설이 가능한 장점이 있어 수도권 인근 발전소 중 상당한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 이러한 LNG 복합발전은 수도권 부하비율 감소에 따라 발전량이 줄어들게 된다. 2018년 계통데이터를 기반으로 수도권의 부하수준이 70%까지 떨어졌을 때, 거의 모든 수도권 복합발전이 정지함을 확인할 수 있다. 이 때, 신가평과 강원을 잇는 765kV급 융통선로의 2회선 상정사고 발생 시 수도권 무효전력 공급원이 줄어들어 전압이 불안정해진다. 이와 같은 상정사고를 대비해 수도권 복합발전 중 일부는 제약운전을 시행해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 제약운전을 하는 수도권 LNG복합발전의 발전량을 대체할 수 있는 대안으로 적절한 위치에 FACTS설비를 투입하고자 한다. FACTS설비를 효율적으로 운전시키기 위해 LNG복합발전의 발전량 감소에 따른 전압변화에 대해 Tangent Vector Component가 가장 큰 수도권 345kV 모선을 선정해 STATCOM을 투입하고 그 결과를 확인한다. 이를 확인하기 위한 방안으로 제약운전을 하는 복합발전의 발전량을 감소시키고 관찰하고자 하는 모선과 거리가 먼 비수도권 발전량을 증가시켜 수급을 맞춘 뒤 전압의 변화를 관찰한다. 이 때, 하나의 계통을 2개의 지역으로 구역화하여 전압을 확인할 수 있는 F-V 해석을 이용한다.

In this paper I would like to examine critically technology in this age. In the first place, I discuss various dangerous aspects of contemporary technology. In the second and third section, I do research in Heidegger's and Ellul's philosophy of technique and appreciate them. Finally, as the result of it, I suppose the alternative perspective in social structure. This is my main intent.

이 연구는 창업교육의 중요성이 날로 증가하고 있는 추세이고 특히, 대학마다 창업교과목을 앞 다투어 개설하고는 있으나 이에 대한 체계적이고 논리적인 분석 및 대안마련이 이루어지고 있지 않은 상황에서 창업교육, 특히 대학의 학점취득과 관련한 교육이 수강생들의 심리적 특성변화에 미치는 요인에 대한 상관관계를 분석하여 대학 창업교육의 발전방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다.

이 논문에서는 국지적인 대명사의 해결을 위한 이론적인 틀로 널리 아려진 중심화이론의 여러 이론적인 정보포장이론이라는 새로운 담화의미론으로 발전시킬 수 있음을 보이고자 한다. 이로써 한국어 담화상에 나타나는 대명사의 선행사 탐색이 상당히 설득력있게 이루어질 수 있음을 보였다. 이를 위해 먼저 제한된 영역대화라 할 수 있는 호텔예약대화에 나타나는 영대명사의 특징에 대해 논의한다. 이어서, 대명사 해결과 관련하여 정보구조가 중심화이론의 주요 구성요소인 정향적 중심리스트 서열 구성에 직접 반영되어야 함을 보인다. 마지막으로 대명사를 담화통어할 수 있는 위치에 있어야 한다는 담화통어제약을 제안하여 광역대화에 나타나는 명시적인 대명사의 해결을 위한 하나의 대안을 제시한다.
