인터넷이 발달하면서 나타난 대표적인 특징 중의 하나가 비즈니스모델(BM) 특허다. 하지만 타산업과는 달리 매우 빠른 속도로 변화하고 발전하기 때문에 기존의 특허법을 적용하기에는 상당한 무리가 따르기 마련이다. 특허권의 경우 특허권자에게 주어지는 독점적인 권한을 장기간 부여할 경우 그 산업 자체의 발전을 저해하는 요소로 적용할 수도 있다는 문제점이 있다. 그 이유는 인터넷 산업은 기술의 발전과 변화의 속도가 매우 빠른 특성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 특정 비즈니스모델에 독점권을 장기간 부여하면 해당산업이 타격을 받을 수 밖에 없다는 논리다. 이밖에 비즈니스모델을 구현하기 위한 솔류션과의 문제 등과 맞물려 BM특허는 법리상의 문제점도 지니고 있다는 것이 필자의 논리다. 이에 그 문제점과 대응책에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 또한 특허가 일부 대기업들에 의해 선점될 경우 인터넷 산업 자체가 위협받을 수 있다. 대부분 영세하고 소규모인 인터넷 기업들의 성장토대를 마련해 주기 위해서도 BM특허의 적용은 좀더 신중하게 적용되어야 할 것이다.

20년 이상 인스턴트만을 고집해 온 국내 커피자판기 시장에 있어 올 들어 새로운 흐름이 형성되고 있다. 시장포화로 인한 신규 수요창출에 애를 먹는 기존 시장에 있어 새로운 시장발전 대안 모델로 원두커피자판기가 새롭게 등장하고 있는 것. 인스턴트 커피자판기의 편향성을 탈피, 이제는 원두시장으로 가야만 하는 절박한 상황에서 많은 업체들의 시장도전이 이어지고 있는 것은 분명 반가운 일이다. 일부에서는 아직까지는 시기상조라는 부정적인 의식이 있은 것도 사실이지만 몰려오는 원두커피자판기들은 이제 거부할 수 없는 대세적 흐름을 만들고 있다. 과연 올 한해 이러한 원두커피자판기 분야의 도전들이 새로운 커피자판기 시장발전의 전환점을 제시 할 수 있을까? 금호 기획특집란에서는 활발하게 시도되고 있는 각업체들의 사업동향과 출사표를 들어보고 시장발전 가능성을 진단하는 시간을 마련했다.

This study focused on the crisis of local private broadcasting and political solution. The local private broadcasting has launched in 1995. Until now, local private broadcasting is successful in stable management and ensuring profit but it is attributed to a role of transmission pipe of SBS. However, this kind of syndication system has been a major problem of local private broadcasting and local private broadcasting has become weak and weak from outside impact. Presently broadcasting market has been changed very fast. It enters into unlimited competition era of multimedia and multichannel. However, especially local private broadcasting has both of public and private characteristics. Thus, local private broadcasting should not be hung by the wall any more. In this study administrative outcome of local private broadcasting will be analyzed and some hot political issues will be analyzed also then the political solution might be looked up at the same time. Now local private broadcasting also should be changed to totally new broadcasting company pursuing creative local contents and new digital concept.

본 논문에서는 북한 및 남한의 수도권 지역을 중신으로 한 부하집중지역들의 전력 부족을 해결하기 위한 대안으로서 신포에 세워질 2000MW의 원자력을 이용할 수 있는 방안을 검토하고자 한다. 특히 남한은 향후 계측적인 전력 수요의 증가로 인한 발전력의 부족을 해결할 마땅한 대책이 없으리라 여겨진다. 이러한 문제에 있어 해결책은 첫째로 북한의 2000MW KEDO 원전에서 북한의 일부 부하집중지역 (특히 평양주변)에 공급하면서 남한의 수도권지역에 전력을 공급하는 것이 가능한 대안 중의 하나로 여겨진다. 본 논문에서는 KEDO 원전의 전력을 흘려보내기 위한 시나리오 작성 및 진력 조류흐름을 파라하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 시뮬레이션은 미국 PTI사의 PSS/E 패키지를 사용하였으며, 조류 계산을 하여 그 결과를 전력흐름도로 작성하고 비교 검토하였다.

지금까지 last-mile 구간의 병목 현상을 해결하기 위해 다양한 매체와 기술들이 선보였으나, 어떠한 솔루션도 통신 사업자들의 요구 조건을 완벽하게 충족시키지 못하고 있다. 광 섬유가 가장 이상적인 대안으로 평가 받고 있지만 여전히 높은 가격과 긴 구축 시간으로 인해 주로 메트로 코어에 집중적으로 설치되어 있는 상태이며, 액세스 및 에지 구간까지 확대되려면 앞으로 상당한 시간이 소요될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 따라서 FTTx 환경이 마련되기 전까지 한시적인 대안으로서 현재까지 LMDS/MMDS와 같은 RF 솔루션, xDSL 및 케이블 모뎀과 같은 동선 기반 광대역 액세스 솔루션들이 제안되었으나, 이들 기술들도 적절한 가격에 충분한 대역폭을 제공해야 하는 last-mile의 요구 조건을 만족시키지는 못하고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 최근 또 다른 기업용 last-mile 솔루션으로 새롭게 부각되고 있는 자유 공간 광 통신(FSO)의 성장 가능성과 발전 전망을 탐색해 보고자 한다.

반도체공업은 현대 전자공업의 핵심산업으로 그 비중은 날이 갈수록 커가고 있다. 다시 말하면 오늘날의 반도체산업은 반도체기술의 급격한 발전에 힘입어 반도체소자 자체가 하나의 시스템화하는 경향으로 내닫고 있는 것이다. 따라서 반도체공업이 곧 전자공업이라고 표현해도 과언이 아닐 정도로 그 중요성은 이미 주지하는 사실인 것이다. 우리나라에서는 전자공업의 육성을 위해서는 새로운 차원에서의 방향설정이 필요하다는 것을 절감하고 수년에 걸쳐 그 중추산업인 반도체산업의 육성에 고심노력하여 왔으며 이제는 도약의 단계에 접어들었다고 볼수 있다. 그러나 그러한 목표는 하루아침에 이루어지는 것이 아니며 그때 그때의 문제점을 직시 파악하여 보다 나은 대안을 개척하여 극복해 나아갈 때 이루어 질 것이다. 본 논고에서는 오늘날 우리나라 반도체공업의 위치는 어디까지 왔으며 현시점에서의 문제점은 무엇인가를 정확히 고찰하고 세계 반도체산업의 기술 및 시장동향을 감안하여 기술적인 육성방향과 정책적인 대안을 마련하고자 하는 것이다.

현재 출산률 저하와 고령화로 인해 독거노인가구는 급격하게 증가하고 있으며 독거노인 고독사와 같은 사회문제가 증가하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 1990년대에 '실버타운'이 들어섰으나 여러 문제들이 대두되면서 보다 발전된 형태의 노인주거시설이 필요해졌다. 이에 기존 실버타운의 단점을 보완한 시니어 코하우징이라는 신진화된 대안의 새로운 주거형태가 등장했으며, 수요자들에게 각광받고 있다. 본 연구는 시니어 코하우징 트렌드 분석에 대한 연구이다. 시니어 코하우징과 실버타운의 개념 및 특징을 이론적으로 고찰하며, 문헌 조사와 국내외 시니어 코하우징 사례조사를 통해 시니어 코하우징의 방향성을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 시니어 코하우징을 단순히 거주자 선호에 의한 주거양식이 아닌 미래사회를 위한 새로운 주거 대안으로서 인식할 필요성 고찰과 아직은 도입단계에 있는 시니어 코하우징의 활성화를 위해서 한국의 상황에 적합한 시니어 코하우징의 유형에 대한 기초 연구로서 의의가 있다.

The aim of this study was to identify the effective factors for improving the professionalism of the social welfare public organization and to suggest the implications for the relationship between public social welfare and educational alternatives. For the analysis, 637 government officials who worked in the social welfare department of local governments in Kangwon province were surveyed. Based on previous studies on the organizational effectiveness, this study examined differences in the perceptions of job stress, organizational satisfaction, organizational commitment, and social support by characteristics (gender, major, and serial), followed by relationship educational alternatives (job training, healing camp, psychological counseling). The differences according to gender were significant only in the creativity of the work and the self-esteem of the institution. Through the confirmation of recognition difference according to whether they majored or not, it was confirmed that expertise of the major in social welfare was necessary for job performance ability and suggested the urgency of the appointment of a major. The differences among the serials showed that administrative work is more difficult than social welfare work in terms of professionalism and expertise. Finally, based on the results of the causal relationships with educational alternatives, this paper introduces and operates systematic educational programs, such as personal psychological counseling and organizational healing camp management, as well as the need for active and proactive responses to changes in social welfare administration organizations.

Public libraries are core organization of knowledge information and culture creation in the knowledge-based society in 21st century. The purpose of this study is to propose a development plan for public library as a user-friendly cultural space that provides service and utilization of efficient knowledge information resources. To achieve this goal, the study carried out a survey targeting 525 users of 21 public libraries members of Jeollanamdo education office. The results identified the perception gap in respect of operation satisfaction, creation of social capital, and area development contribution. This research also proposed an alternative approaches to overcome difficulties.

In the era of knowledge-based society and glocalization the new role and mission of universities is of increasing concern to us. Studies of the successful universities suggest that there are many ways for the future development of universities, for example high qualification, specialization, and internationalization of universities etc. In this context we can also focus particularly on the regionalization of universities in terms of the university as a regional builder. This paper aims to identify the interactions between universities and regions and to explain their's contributions to the regional developments. The result of analysis shows that the university-region interaction is a win-win strategy both for university and for region in the rapid changing social-economic, administrative and educational environments, and more systematic and stepwise approaches are required to ensure a mutually beneficial collaboration.
