This paper analyzes the types of characters in the drama by applying Gremas's Actantial model and Enneagram's character typology and examines how they are shaped. As the Korean Wave is important, it is necessary to study the type of characters and how to describe them. Character is the most important factor in the influence of drama. As a result of applying to the Actantial model, and the following results were obtained. The main subjects are Yu-jin Choi and Ko Ae-sin, the Helpers are many people helping the subject, the opponent is the pro-Japanese figures, the Sender is Gojong, and the recivers are the people of Joseon. Analysis results by personality type of Enneagram, it was found that the subjects are 3 and 5 type, the Helpers are various types, the opponent is 3 type, the Sender is 5 type, and the receivers all types. In the method of describing the subject, internal description (direct description) is used, and the other is only formed by indirect description. Some of the Helpers and the Sender are used an image-telling method to show the inside. However, the opponent is image-telling only to show indirectly. As a result, it was possible to confirm the differences and effects on the method of image-telling by character type.

In the actantial model of Algirdas Julius Greimas, a story makes 3 kinds of relationships with 6 actants, and, in these relationships, the desires of subjects and objects are operated. And, when the subject performs its desire, there are both assistance of helper and disturbance of opponent. And, the object of desire wanted by the subject is provided by sender and receiver. Using this actantial model, this study analyzed the narrative structure of the animation 'Dalbitgungjeon', and, by rearranging the subject of capacity, examined general stream of communication. Korean animations have tried to approach using archetypes of Korean culture as motifs with various perspectives. But, it is true that, compared with foreign animations dramatized using cultural archetypes, Korean animations still have something to be desired. Thus, this study analyzed the narrative structure of 'Dalbitgungjeon' which was recently producted using archetypes of Korean culture as its motif, and, rearranging the subject of capacity, examined general stream of communication. By doing this, this study tried to search for the method of producing an animation equipped with more advanced narrative structure. Of course, narrative structure of Greimas has been studied in various aspects. However, there are still not enough animation researches using cultural archetypes of Greimas. Considering such aspects, this study focused on searching for a method of using the formation of cultural archetypes based on the analysis of fables of Greimas.

연구목적:기존의 예·경보 발령 체계와는 별도로 지역 특성 및 상황에 따라 기상 관련 긴급정보를 적시에 발령하여 사용자가 신속히 대응할 수 있는 정보를 신속하게 제공할 필요가 있다. 연구방법: 업무의 신속한 적용과 효율성을 위하여 기상청 기운용 중인 선진예보시스템과 종합통보시스템, 그리고 방재기상 포탈 시스템과 연동하여 발생하는 다양한 기상정보와 이로부터 발생된 기상특보문(10종), CBS발송문 등을 연동하고, 위험 기상현상에 관한 기상 긴급 판단 기준을 결정한다. 연구결과:긴급기상정보의 발령 주무부처인 기상청이 운용하는 선진예보시스템과 연동하여 기상긴급정보 전달시스템이 개발되었고 기상긴급정보 자동 생성을 위한 판단 모듈과 메시지 자동생성 기능이 구현됨. 결론:현재 기운용중인 시스템과 효율적으로 연동하여 기상긴급정보의 판단 기준을 제공하고 이를 효율적으로 자동 생성하여 기존의 중계망을 통하여 신속한 제공이 가능하게 되어 긴급한 기상 상황에 의한 재난 피해를 대폭 줄 일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study analyzed the causes of flood accidents, such as isolation and lost footing accidents in Dorimcheon, to provide legal and institutional improvements. For cause analysis, Field Investigation, Stakeholder Interview, Report, manual, Law et al. Review, Analysis of water level change characteristics, automatic alarm issuance standard level analysis, and evacuation time according to river control were evaluated. Dorimcheon has the characteristics of a typical urban river, which is disadvantageous in terms of water control. In addition, the risk of flood accidents is high because the section where fatal accidents occur forms sharply curved channels. Tripping and isolation accidents occur in the floodplain watch and evacuation stage, which is the stage before the flood watch and warning is issued. Because floodplain evacuation is issued only when the water level rises to the floodplain, an immediate response according to the rainfall forecast is essential. Furthermore, considering that the rate of water level rise is up to 2.62 cm/min in Sillimgyo 3 and Gwanakdorimgyo, sufficient evacuation time is not secured after the floodplain watch is issued. Considering that fatal accidents occurred 0.46 m below the standard water level for the flood watch, complete control is very important, such as blocking the entry of rivers to prevent accidents. Based on these results, four improvement measures were suggested, and it is expected to contribute to the prevention of Tripping and Isolation Accidents occurring in rivers.

통합적인 홍수 예경보시스템의 구현을 위해서는 작은 단위지역별, 재해특성별 수요자의 요구상황에 맞는 시스템 개발이 요구된다. 그런데 도시하천 유역의 경우 주로 본류하천에 의한 배수위 영향을 받고 있으며 제내지로부터는 배수펌프에 의한 인위적인 유입 유량이 하천 수위에 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 도시하천의 경우 강우-유출 관계 및 유량-수위 관계가 특수한 형태를 나타내어 이에 대한 면밀한 해석을 통해서만이 적용성 높은 홍수 예경보가 가능할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 배수위 영향을 받는 도시하천에 대한 홍수 예경보 측면에서의 분석 기법을 수립하고, 특정 하천 지점에서의 예경보 발령 기준 수위에 대한 지속시간별 경보발령 예상 강우량 데이터를 구축하여 실제 호우상황 발생 시 직접적으로 이용 가능한 중소하천 홍수예경보 분석 체계를 마련하였다.

본 연구에서는 산업용 패널(PANEL) 작업관리를 위한 보안 시스템의 한 예를 제안한다. 관리자 및 작업자, 작업 시작시간, 종료시간 및 모든 작업패널을 개별적으로 개폐 관리할 수 있으며 인증번호에 의하여 작업승인 제어가 가능하고 이상시 경보를 발령하도록 하며 HMI에 의해 감시기능을 갖추었다. 산업용 이더넷을 이용하여 PC 기반 패널보안시스템을 제작하여 제안한 시스템의 유용성을 제시하였다.

최근 경주 포항 지역에 지진피해 등 대구 경북권의 잦은 재난 발생으로 인해 증대되고 있는 노후학교 건축물의 안전성 위험 문제에 대한 선제 대응이 필요한 상황이 요구되고 있다. 학교 건축물에 건물의 위험도를 파악할 수 있는 센서들을 부착하고, 실시간 모니터링을 통해 건물의 구조적 위험성을 판단한다. 건물의 위험도가 심각한 단계에 이르면 스마트폰(Smart Phone) 앱(Application)과 음성안내방송을 통해 건물의 재실자와 관리자에게 즉시 경보를 발령하며, 대피할 수 있도록 가이드를 제시 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트 재난경보방송을 위한 스마트폰 애플리케이션(application)을 통해 재난 상황을 전파하고 대응할 수 있게 건물의 위험성 발생 위치정보를 제공하며 대피 안내 정보를 제공한다. 동시에 건물의 구내방송 시스템과 연계를 통해 음성 안내방송을 자동으로 수행하며, 두 가지 방식으로 재난 메시지를 전파하여 중복성을 가지고 경보 전파를 수행한다.
