연안 여객선의 예매 및 발권시스템 구축에 관한 연구

  • 현재 연안여객선의 여객과 화물의 승선 예매 및 발권시스템은 타 교통수단에 비교하여 매우 부족하며 여객이 느끼는 실질적인 서비스 수준도 상대적으로 미흡하다는 평가를 받고 있다. 해양수산부 등 관련 기관에서는 이를 개선하기 위해 승선권 무인취급시스템 등을 구축하고자 노력하고 있으나 아직 부족한 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 여객 및 화물 정보를 QR-Code 등을 통하여 인식한 후, 선박 자체관리 프로그램 및 Web상에서 연동되는 선박예매/발권시스템을 구축하였다. 시스템의 Database 정보에는 승선객의 프로파일 정보, 중간기착지 방문 정보, 여객의 최초승선지 및 하선 정보, 화물 적양하 기록 등이 포함된다.

  • Currently in many places, such as a business or government office, customers are spending many time after issuing waiting number ticket. To improve this, this paper proposes new design of waiting number ticket issuing system which provides real-time notification service with smartphone. This system add the NFC tag to the issuing machine in order to input the information of waiting and increase the convenience of users and provides an integrated management of corporate and government information using a waiting number ticket. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently use the waiting time than when using the existing ticketing system by taking advantage of this system, and appears to be to reduce costs and environmental protection, by not using the paper ticket. Also this system can be used to improve business processes through the application Waiting Number Ticket ticket cancellation feature.

  • In this paper, we have designed and implemented a commercial web system for the future which resolves the necessary security and compatibility to the existing issues in various fields such as theater or the ball park that tickets are issued. The system presents the OTP (One Time Password) system using the mobile in order for defense in the bypass hacking technique such as screen hacking and for greater security. Also, we presents a smart ticketing system that improve the existing responsive hybrid web. It uses Non-ActiveX System which solve compatible problems with present systems that don't use ActiveX. Also, it is available in a variety of environments and equipment. In addition, the system provides an intelligent screen switching systems using the characteristics of mobile devices, an automatic discount system, and a venue information system which shows the shortest distance to the venue considering the commercial portion.

  • 본 연구에서는 외부와 유무선 접속기능을 갖는 무인창구 자동화기기(CD, ATM, 통장정리기, 발권기, 무인자동발급기, 지하철 게이트 등)를 인터넷망에 접속하여 기기의 장애/ 이력 관련정보를 Server의 데이터 베이스에 저장하고, 인터넷에 접속되어 있는 A/S 센터에서 필요한 정보를 쉽고 효율적으로 검색, 운용할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하는 방법을 제시한다.

  • Many rail operators have developed ticketing systems for the use of rail service and the increase of operation revenue by AIM, E-ticket and mobile tickets. Also they have operated rail pass for rail revenue by foreign tourists. Russian railways (RZD) has similar rail systems with CIS countries and sometimes same tickets. A few years ago, RZD introduced and operated E-ticketing system for the increase of passenger's convenience and operation revenue, and CIS countries have adopted and widely used this system. This study will introduce the revenue business by E-ticketing system of RZD, and forecast Russian railroad business in the future.

  • One of the most important paradigms in society has recently been a set of efforts to prepare for the future and to protect the environment by saving carbon that occurs in everyday life as well as in the industry. In order to successfully deal with this new paradigm, Korean government has adopted and implemented various policies including the green certification, the development of green technologies and green growth. Many agencies and organizations in both public and private sectors have established plans about the carbon savings and performed a lot of research using IT technology. For example, attempts have been made in Korea to use as electronic documents instead of paper documents using these green IT and mobile devices. This paper proposes a 'Paperless' waiting order count system using QR code and mobile phone as an example of green IT for 'Low carbon and Green growth'.

  • Recently, the most important paradigm is to prepare future and to protect the environment through the carbon savings occurs in everyday life and whole industry. For the success of this new paradigm, Korean government encourages the green certification and the development of green technologies and green growth as one of the important policies are adopted and implemented. Public agencies and companies establish the plans about the carbon savings and implement a lot of research has moved on using IT technology. There are some attempts in Korea to use as an electronic document instead of the use of paper document using these green IT and mobile devices.   • 기존 항공 시스템 ATPCO(Airline Tariff Publishing Company)의 데이터와 GDS(Global Distribution System) 회사가 제공하는 상품을 어떻게 도입하고 활용하는가에 따라 예약 발권 시스템의 성능이 좌우된다. 본 논문은 MP(Master Pricer) 상품을 제공하는 방법에 있어서 보다 일반 사용자에게 높은 효율성과 편의성을 제공하기 위해 기존 항공 시스템에 대해 검색 속도와 UI/UX 개선 기법을 제안하였으며 구현한 후 성능 분석을 수행하였다.

  • We Studied current Flight Information System everyone employing, and this paper designed a next generation Ubiquitous Flight Information System. Studied a Ubiquitous Flight Information System regarding AVOD, game TV, cellular phone, cabin Internet use for a customer, and airline and control of Air Traffic Service, Air Traffic Control, in seat reservation, transportation, ticketing and luggage back-tracking and airplanes in earthly service. We Designed for a Next Generation Ubiquitous Flight Information System and for necessary for network security, system security of information security system, and derived from comparative analysis of improvement point and difference to existing Ubiquitous Flight Information System and Next Generation Ubiquitous Flight Information as was based on result of research. Present vision to aerial the result of research world of this paper related industry, and ensure safety and communication efficiency and a customer and flight satisfaction, efficiency, and will reclaim the new horizon to the Flight Information Industry.
