  • 심해로부터 해안으로 전파해오는 파랑은 해저지형 또는 구조물 등의 영향을 받아 반사, 쇄파 등과 같은 변형을 겪게 되며, 이와 같은 파랑은 연안침식 및 해안구조물의 안전과 설계에 영향을 미친다. 수중방파제(submerged breakwater)는 입사하는 파랑에너지를 대규모로 감소시켜 연안침식을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 방파제를 수중에 건설함으로써 해역환경의 개선을 가능하게 한다. 또한, Bragg반사를 이용하여 수중방파제를 건설할 경우, 연안의 불필요한 침식 및 퇴적현상을 최소화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 입사파에 의해 발생하는 해안구조물의 손상을 사전에 방지 할 수 있다. 아울러, 항만의 정온도를 향상시키는데 효과적으로 이용할 수 있다.   • Auto DOME-reversing system had been installed in a vacuum coating chamber which decreased the coating time, the electric energy spending and the contamination by rotating and revilving substance. Auto multi coating with dual electron beam was accomplished and effective coating area was increased. The coating duration was decreased with 30%. the production efficiency were increased with 50%. Also the surface conductivity the coated film uniformity and anti-reflection capablity were also improved.

  • Si 태양전지의 기전력 형성에 이용되는 빛의 파장범위$(0.4{\mu}m\leq\lambda\leq0.97{\mu}m)$에서 AM1 스펙트럼과 Si 굴절율을 수학적으로 모델링하고 광반사 방지막$(SiO_2)$의 두께에 따른 Si 태양전지의 유효 광 흡수전력을 전산 모사하였다. 전산 모사로부터 얻어진 Si 태양전지의 유효 광흡수전력은 $SiO_2$막의 두께가 $500\AA$$1000\AA$일 때 각각 $520\;W/m^2$$450\;W/m^2$로 나타났으며, $d(SiO_2)=1000\AA$에서 최대광흡수 특성을 보였다. 광반사 방지막의 처리에 따른 유효 광흡수전력의 차이를 알아보기 위해 $SiO_2$막의 두께를 $500\AA$$1000\AA$으로 형성한 2종류의 에피텍셜 베이스 Si 태양전지$[EBS(500\AA),\;EBS(1000\AA)]$를 제작하고 효율특성을 분석한 결과, AM1 $100\;mW/cm^2$ 입사광 아래 $EBS(1000\AA)$ 전지는 $EBS(500\AA)$전지에 비해 효율이 약 $15\%$ 높게 나타났다.

  • This paper presents a reflection coating design scheme in the thin-film silicon solar cell. The antireflection(high reflection) coating skill is needed in the front(back) panel of the thin-film solar cell to improve an efficiency of light absorbing. In the single structure a reflectivity is changed according to the thickness of coating for antireflection scheme and its minimum value can be obtained by controlling thickness of coating. In the symmetric multi layer structure low reflectivity can be obtained in the wide wavelength range. And we also find that high reflectivity can be obtained through multi layer structure, which has alternate layers of high and low material, for high reflection scheme in the back panel.

  • An omni-directional, graded-index and textured ZnO nanorods with $MgF_2$ anti-reflective(AR) coating films for the electro optical tracking system(EOTS) by e-beam evaporation method are presented. we achieved that the graded index structure can minimize image tracking interference of EOTS which is comparable to a general AR coating films. Optimized ZnO nanorods with $MgF_2$ AR coating films lead to decreasing Fresnel reflection by gradient refractive index. According to our experiment results, ZnO nanorods with $MgF_2$ AR coating films can be used for various electro optical system to improve the optical performance.

Preparation of the Anti-Reflective(AR) Coating Film by Sol-Gel Method to Improve the Efficiency of Solar Cell (태양전지 효율 향상용 졸-겔 법에 의한 반사방지 코팅막의 제조)

  • This study investigates the preparation of anti-reflective (AR) coating film to improve the efficiency of solar cell. The AR coating film was successfully obtained by dip-coating with AR coatings prepared by sol-gel method. Fluoroalkylsilane was additionally introduced into the coatings to give the self-cleaning effect of AR coating film. We performed the abrasion test, pencil scratch hardness test and cross-cut test to identify the mechanical strength of AR coating film. As the results, the transmittance of AR coating films with 9.07, 18.13 and 27.20 of IPA/MTMS molar ratios were 93.1, 93.6 and 95.3%, respectively. The water contact angle and transmittance of AR coating film increased by the introduction of hydrophobicity. The prepared AR coating film shows the high level of abrasion, hardness and adhesion. The IPA/MTMS molar ratio of 27.20 and the withdrawing speed range of 0.20 ~ 0.28cm/sec are the optimal coating condition in terms of the transmittance and mechanical strength of AR coating film.

Fabrication of Nano Master with Anti-reflective Surface Using Aluminum Anodizing Process (양극산화공정을 이용한 반사방지 성형용 나노 마스터 개발)

  • A simple method for the fabrication of porous nano-master for the anti-reflection effect on the transparent substrates is presented. In the conventional fabrication methods for antireflective surface, coating method using materials with low refractive index has usually been used. However, it is required to have a high cost and long processing time for mass production. In this paper, we developed a porous nano-master with anti-reflective surface for the molding stamper of the injection mold, hot embossing and UV imprinting by using the aluminum anodizing process. Through two-step anodizing and etching processes, a porous nano-master with anti-reflective surface was fabricated at the large area. Pattern size Pore diameter and inter-pore distance are about 130nm and 200nm, respectively. In order to replicate anti-reflective structure, hot embossing process was performed by varying the processing parameters such as temperature, pressure and embossing time etc. Finally, antireflective surface can be successfully obtained after etching process to remove selectively silicon layer of AAO master.
