Wave Propagation on a High-speed Railway Embankment Using a Pile-slab Structure (파일슬래브구조가 적용된 고속철도 토공노반에서의 진동 전파)

  • The suppression of residual settlement is required on earthwork sections as concrete track is introduced. Use of pile-slab structure is one of the settlement restraining methods applied on soft ground. The slab distributes the upper embankment load and piles transfer the load from the slab to the stiff ground. While this method is very effective in terms of load transfer, it has not yet been established for dealing with the vibration transfer effects and interaction characteristics between a structure and the ground. It is possible that vibration caused by a moving train load is propagated in the upper embankment, because the slab acts as a reflection layer and waves are multi-reflected. In this present paper, wave propagation generated by a moving train load is evaluated in the time and frequency domains to consider a roadbed structure using an artificial impact load and field measured train load. The results confirmed the wave reflection effect on the pile-slab structure, if the embankment height is sufficient, vibration propagation can be stably restrained, whereas if the height is not sufficient, the vibration amplitude is increased.

  • Lasers for optical broadband communication systems should have excellent frequency selectivity and modal stability. DFB lasers have low lasing frequency shift during high speed current modulation. In this paper, when a refractive index grating and a gain grating are simultaneously present in a DFB laser having a wavelength of 1.55 ㎛, the dielectric film is coated so that reflection does not occur on the right mirror surface, so that ρr=0. For the first mode, which requires a minimum gain at the threshold, the beam distribution of the oscillation mode in the longitudinal direction and the radiated power ratio Pl/Pr were analyzed and compared for the cases of the phase of ρl=π and π/2. If the phase of ρl=π, in order to obtain a low threshold current and high frequency stability, κL should be greater than 8. In the case of the phase of ρl=π/2, for low threshold current, κL is necessary to be 1.0, where the oscillation frequency coincides with the lattice frequency. DFB lasers with an anti-reflection coated mirror have excellent mode selectivity than 1.55um DFB lasers with two mirror facets

  • 결정질 태양전지 제작 시 실리콘 기판 표면의 전극형성은 주로 스크린 프린트를 이용하여 형성되고 있다. 이는 squeeze 와 실리콘 기판과의 직접 접촉으로 인하여 기판의 파손이 야기 될 수 있으며, 보다 미세한 전극 형성이 어려운 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 비접촉식 잉크젯 프린팅을 이용한 태양전지의 전극형성에 관하여 기술하였으며, 고효율 태양전지를 제작하기 위해 레이저를 이용한 grooving 형성과 전극의 패턴에 따른 반사방지막층 제거를 통하여 Buried contact cell 제작을 연구하였다. 이를 통해 전극의 선 폭을 $45{\mu}m$로 구현하였으며, 나노 크기의 입자 형태를 띤 Ag 잉크를 이용하여 인쇄하였다.

  • Development of ArF Photo-lithography process has proceeded with the increase of numerical aperature (NA) and the decrease of resist thickness. It makes many problems such as cost and process complexity. A novel spin-on hard mask system is proposed to overcome many problems Spin-on hard mask composed of two layers of siloxane and carbon. The optical thickness of two layers is designed from reflectivity measurement at specified n, k respectively. The property of photo-resist shows different results according to Si contents. Si-contents was measured XPS(X-ray Photoelectron spectroscopy).

  • 태양광을 이용하는 태양전지의 경우, 태양전지에 도달하는 입사광량은 태양전지의 효율과 직접적인 연관이 있다. 이러한 입사광량을 증가시키기 위해서 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 표면에서의 광손실을 줄이기 위해 반사방지층을 형성하고, 광경로 확장 및 광트랩을 위한 기판 텍스처링 방법은 태양전지의 효율을 증가시키기 위해 꾸준히 연구되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 불규칙적인 배열을 갖는 마이크로-나노급 패턴을 박막 태양전지용 유리기판 위에 형성함으로써 기판의 확산 투과율을 향상시키고, 광확산에 의한 내부 광경로 확장 효과로 태양전지의 효율을 증가시키고자 한다. 박막 태양전지용 유리기판에 불규칙적인 배열을 갖는 마이크로-나노급 패턴을 형성하기 위해, 기존의 패턴 형성 기술에 비해 공정이 간단하고 비용이 저렴한 나노 임프린트 리소그래피 기술을 이용하였다. 실험순서는 제작된 마스터 템플릿의 확산 패턴을 역상을 복제 하여 임프린트용 mold를 제작하고, 이 mold를 이용하여 박막 태양전지용 유리기판 위에 확산 패턴을 형성하였다.

  • 고주파 마그네트론 동시 스퍼터링법을 이용하여 $TiO_2$ 박막에 탄소를 도핑한 C/$TiO_2$ 박막을 제작하고, 박막의 두께와 탄소 도핑량에 따른 물리적, 광학적 특성을 조사하였다. 스테인레스강을 기판으로 사용하였으며, $TiO_2$ 박막과 기판의 열팽창계수 차이에 의한 크랙을 방지하기 위하여 Ti 박막을 DC 마그네트론 스퍼터링 장치를 이용하여 기판위에 증착시킨 후 실험을 진행하였다. EMP(Essential Macleod Program) 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 막의 층상구조, 두께, 물질변화를 통한 다양한 색상의 칼라를 구현하고 투과율, 반사율 등을 포함한 다양한 광학 특성을 사전 예측하였다. 제작된 박막은 투께 및 밀도에 따라 다양한 색상을 구현하였으며, 박막내의 흡수와 산란효과에 의해 굴절률이 감소하였다. 또한 순수 $TiO_2$ 박막보다 접합력 및 경도가 증가함을 알 수 있었다.

  • 전자파 차폐 및 반사방지용으로 사용되는 SiO$_2$/ITO 이층박막의 전기적 특성에 미치는 전이금속이온의 영향에 대해 고찰하고 전자파 차폐이론식으로부터 박막의 전도특성에 모사하여 효과적인 전자파 차폐효과를 얻기 위한 전도막을 설계하고자 하였다. ITO 상층부에 전이금속염을 첨가한 실리카 복합졸을 코팅하여 SiO$_2$/ITO 이층막을 제조한 결과 최저 표면저항치를 나타내는 첨가량은 전이금속의 종류에 따라 차이를 보이지만 Sn 및 Zn이 첨가된 졸로부터 형성된 박막은 $10^{5}$Ω/$\square$ 이하의 낮은 저항치를 보였으며 가장 안정된 표면저하을 나타내었다. 또한 전자파 차폐효과와 전도박막의 표면저항을 차폐이론식으로부터 모사한 결과 Zn과 Sn의 전이금속염이 첨가된 SiO$_2$/ITO 투명전도막은 TCO99에서 정한 전자파 차폐기준에 부합하였다.다.

  • Titanium dioxide antireflection (AR) Coating, which is deposited on Si substrates using an organotitanium solution by the spinning technique, has been studied. The coated films on Si substrates were subsequently heated to $450^{\circ}C$. The thickness and index of refraction of films were varied continuousely from $740{\AA}$ to $1380{\AA}$ and from 1.7 to 2.1 respectively as a function of heat treatment temperature and time. Silicon solar cells AR-coated by the spinning technique showed as much as 31% improvement in conversion efficiency over the uncoated cell.

  • The broadband power detector for direct- onversion Six-port output circuit was designed and implementaed in this paper. The power detector should linearly operated to produce the linear amplitude and phase signal fer input RF signal in required broadband. So, the power detector should be designed under conditions of matching circuit with low VSWR. The designed power detectors, which were implemented in L-band with 50 ohm matching and Ku-band with matching circuit and isolator, respectively, were evaluated in the performances.

  • In recent times, sea level increasing caused by abnormal weather and global warming, sea-sand dredging and complex development causes various kind of erosion damages onto the coastal area in the world. The various types of erosion control and protection methods are applied but there are no signs of fruitful effectiveness. The PC concrete protection block for shore protection structure is practically installed in globally but most of structures in the present day became villainous because of bad accessability. In this study, hydrophilic revetments for control and protection of coastline erosion will be developed in order to make up for a faculty of the shore erosion protection block with better accessibility and excellent protection ability. Experimental measurements were researched to insure for the capacity and facility on reflection coefficient, overtopping volume, and overtopping height characteristics of newly developed shore erosion protection block in model tests. As the result, hydraulic model tests show much excellent than the general step block. Field tests were carried out also to verify through vegetative test on an affinity and construction work test of control-protection on coastline erosion with actual utilization. In the latter case, deposition of sand accumulation occurred in fairly short time at the established reaches and then we can be confirmed to utilize for newly developed block as the revetments for control and protection of coastline erosion.
