  • This paper describes that study which construct a theoretic and experimental algorithm in order to make the automatic correction system od detent spring, and when load for correction pressed at spring, it can be found elastic and plastic deformation quantities by Finite Element Analysis. As a result, it has been found that the simulation datas are in good agreement with experimental results.

  • 박판연속주조법은 용강으로부터 직접 제품을 제조하는 방법으로써 최근 에너지 절약, 신소재개발의 측면에서 주목되어지고 있다. 쌍로울식 연속주조법은 두개의 로울러 사이 에 있어서 응고완료점의 제어가 극히 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 경제고정법에 의하여 액 상역과 고상역을 동시에 해석하는 방법을 제안하여 이론해석의 결과를 실험결과와 비교 한다. 또한 주조조건에 영향을 미치는 로울러 각속도, 로울러간의 간격이 응고형상에 미치는 영향을 밝히며 응고완료점이 로울러출구에 존재하는 주조조건을 구하여 주조가능 조건을 검토한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 금속성형의 유한요소해석에서 사용한 바 있는 기하적경 계조건을 직접 유한요소방정식에 대입하는 방법들을 비교검토하고 3차원박판성형에 적용하기 위하여 개선된 방법을 개발하였다.

  • The finite element formulation is developed for predicting strain distributions and weld line movements in the forming processes of laser welded blank. The welded zone(WZ) is modelled with several narrow finite elements whose material characteristics are analytically obtained from those of base metals based on the tensile tests. In order to show the reliability and effectiveness of weld element the forming process of hemispherical dome stretching and auto-body door inner panel stamping are simulated FEM predictions show good agreements with experimental observations.

  • In this study, we calculate the welding residual stresses for a butt-welded thin-walled plate by carrying out three-dimensional finite-element analyses. To study the effect of mechanical boundary conditions on the welding residual stresses, various boundary conditions are considered. The welding residual stresses obtained in the measurements and finite-element analyses are validated by comparing them with the welding residual stress profiles in the R6 code. The results of this study are used to analyze the influence of residual stress on the crack formation in thin-section weldments.

  • A computer program for the linear elastic buckling anlalysis of thin walled members is developed using a 3-node triangular shell element. The element has real stiffness value for a kinematic degree of freedom associated with rotation about the surface normal at each node. The validity of the present computer program is demonstrated through the plate buckling analysis and the lateral-torsional buckling analysis of a straight beam. Then, simply supported circular arches subjected to uniform bending are analyzed and the results are compared with existing solutions.

  • 본 연구에서는 인장하중을 받는 균열이 없는 박판 시험편과 45˚경사균열시험 편의 고유진동수 측정을 위하여 레이저 홀로그래피법을 이용하여 진동모드 측정을 하 여 그 결과를 비교분석하는 실험방법을 택하였으며, 균열이 없는 박판에 대해서만 무 차원하중의 증가에 따른 고유 진동수의 변화관계를 실험치와 Ritz Method에 의한 유한 요소 해석치와 비교하였다.

  • Recently, buckling is easy to happen as that High tensile steel that is the thin plate absence is used comprehensively for the structure. Specially, buckling is getting into important design standard in hull construction which use High tensile steel. Therefore, that grasp conduct exactly after buckling is important in stability of hull structure. In this study, examined closely about conduct and secondary buckling after initial buckling of thin plate structure which receive compressive load according to various kinds yield strength under simply supported condition that make by buckling strength formula standard in each payment in advance rule to place that is representative construction of hull in this research. Analysis method is F.E.M by ANSYS and complicated nonlinear behaviour to analyze such as secondary buckling in used arc-length method.

  • Thin sheets with a corrugated structure are generally used for the fabrication of heat exchangers for electronics, airplanes, and vehicles. However, it is difficult to fabricate corrugated structures, especially those with a bent angle, using the conventional stamping process because of its intrinsic formation mechanism. We propose a novel rubber-forming process for the effective pressing of the both tilted sides of a plate under the same pressure to form exact corrugated shapes. We use finite element analysis and experiments to study the rubber-forming process parameters, and we evaluate the maximum allowable bent angle for high-quality formation. We show that the proposed method is effective for the fabrication of bent plates with low cost.
