대전력 시험 시스템은 전력 계통의 지락 사고 및 단락 사고시 발생되는 사고 전류가 각종 전기 기기에 인가되었을 때 그 기기의 성능을 시험하는 설비로서 발전기, 보호 스위치, 투입 스위치, 임피던스, 변압기, 측정 시스템 및 보호 시스템 등으로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 설비는 계통의 상용 전원을 이용하는 방법과 발전기와 같은 별도의 전원 발생 장치를 이용하는 방법이 있다. 상용 전원을 이용한 방법은 저전압 소전류의 설비에 적용하고, 발전기를 이용한 방법은 배전급 기기를 포함한 고전압 대전류의 설비에 적용하며, 보통 대전력 시험 설비라고 하면 발전기를 이용한 시험 설비를 말한다. 본 논문에서는 국내에서 배전급 기기에 대하여 단락 발전기를 이용한 대전력 시험 시스템 국산화 추진시 발전기, 보호 차단기 및 투입 스위치의 요건과 용량을 산정하는 방법을 살펴본다.

세계 각국은 에너지 환경, 안보 및 경제에 능동적으로 대처하기 위해 신재생에너지 개발에 국가적 역량을 집중하고 있으며, 그 중 기술의 완성도 및 경제성이 가장 앞서있는 풍력발전 분야의 참여 비중을 점점 확대하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 풍력에너지 활용의 효율성, 전력의 품질면에서 1~2기 정도의 풍력발전기의 계통연계는 효과적이지 못하기 때문에, 수기에서 수십기의 대용량 풍력발전기로 구성된 대단위 풍력발전단지를 통해 전력을 생산, 공급하는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 RTDS 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 제주도 한경풍력발전단지의 실시간 시뮬레이션 환경을 구축할 수 있는 3MW급 DFIG 풍력발전기를 모델링하여, 3MW, 5기로 구성된 풍력발전단지를 RTDS를 이용하여 구현하였다.

본 논문은 수중 음향을 이용하여 다중경로(Multipath) 환경에서의 해저면 설치 수신기의 3차원 위치 추정 알고리즘을 제안한다. 해저면 설치 수신기의 위치 추정을 위해 기준 음원의 위치와 음원과 수신기 사이의 수평거리를 사용하며, 수평거리 산출 시 다중경로의 영향을 고려하기 위해 음선 이론 모델을 사용하여 음원과 수신기 사이의 수평거리를 추정한다. 또한 특이치 분해법(Singular Value Decomposition estimator; SVD)을 사용하여 설정된 3차원 위치 추정 문제의 최적해를 추정하며, 이를 사용하여 동해 해상 실험 자료를 분석한다. 논문의 연구 결과 제안된 해저면 설치 3원 위치 추정 알고리즘은 다중경로 환경에서도 좋은 성능을 나타냄을 알 수 있다.

정합장 처리기법은 일반적으로 고정된 음원의 위치를 추정하는데 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 알고리즘 중에서 Bartlett, MV, MCM, FEM 프로세서를 CTA에 적용하여 이동하는 음원의 이동 경로를 추적하는 성능을 분석하였다. 천해환경에서 이동하는 음원의 경로를 추적하는 경우 FEM 기법이 다른 정합장 처리 방법보다 좋은 성능을 보여줌을 확인하였다. 이동음원 데이터는 2001년 동해 실험 자료를 이용하였고, 실험환경에 대한 복제음장은 ORCA를 사용하여 구현하였다.

본 논문에서는 As-doped ZnO 박막의 플라즈마 식각 특성 및 메커니즘에 관하여 실험을 수행하였다. p-type과 n-type ZnO 박막의 실험은 유도 결합 플라즈마 식각 장비(inductively coupled plasma; ICP)를 이용하였고, $CH_4/Ar$ 플라즈마의 가스의 비, RF 전력, DC 바이어스 전압과 공정 압력에 대한 식각 속도의 변화를 관찰 하였다.

현재 전국 지자체 중 53곳에서 복지택시 제도를 시행하고 있다. 하지만 제도가 시행된 지 오래되지 않아 체계적으로 시스템화 되지 않고 시행되고 있어 담당자들의 업무상의 불편을 초래하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 복지택시의 효율적인 운영을 위한 보조금 정산 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 위해 청주시 대중교통과의 협조를 얻어 청주시 복지택시 업무 전반에 걸쳐 세밀히 파악하였으며, 택시기사의 보조금신청과 관련된 불편사항과 담당공무원의 정산관련 업무의 불편사항 및 개선사항을 도출할 수 있었다. 또한, 보조금 정산시스템 구현에 대하여 담당자들의 설문 조사를 통해 업무의 효율성을 입증하였다.

This study establishes key success Predictors of internet venture enterprises in Korea. The five factors are derived from the relevant literature and clarified the concept of entrepreneurship, industrial level, enterprise strategy, organizational capability, and resource procurement by distinguishing between its components and determinants. Organizational performance indicators were derived from the previous studies classifying by financial performance indicator and non-financial performance indicator using by recent evaluation method as BSC (Balanced Scorecard). We then examine the impact of critical success factors on the internet venture performance. Hypotheses on five factors of internet venture were tested for 103 organizations. Results indicate that critical success factors may serve as key predictors. Organizational strategy and resource capability was found to be positively influenced on both financial performance indicator and non-financial performance indicator while entrepreneurship, industrial level and organizational capability positively affected only non-financial performance indicator.

라틴 하이퍼큐브 실험계획은 전산실험을 위하여 Mckay, Beckman과 Conover(1979)에 의해 고안된 방법으로 실험을 한번 시행하는데 많은 시간과 비용이 들거나 인자가 많은 실험에 효율적으로 사용할 수 있다. 하지만 이 실험계획 역시 실험영역 전체에서 골고루 배치되지 않을 가능성이 있으므로 이를 보완하려는 시도가 이루어져 왔으며, 여기서는 good lattice points(glp)와 계통추출을 응용하여 격자기반(lattice-based) Lhd의 두 가지 방법을 제안하였다. 모의실험 결과 glp 실험계획을 응용한 "방법 1"은 모형을 가정한 엔트로피에 기초한 최적 기준으로 검토한 경우 우수하였다. "방법 2"는 표본조사에 널리 쓰이는 계통추출을 응용하였으며 입력변수가 각기 다른 9개의 실험함수에 관하여 표본 평균의 추정치와 분산, MSE를 비교한 결과, 다른 실험계획들보다 우수하였다. 이 결과는 실험점이 실험영역 전체에서 골고루 퍼져서 나타난 것으로 보이며, 향후 전산실험계획에서의 응용을 기대할 수 있다.

Objectives : Health literacy can affect medical results. This study aimed to detect to the modify point of health literacy assessment tools. Methods : The general Korean Medicine service procedure was recorded and categorized. The participants were in- or out-patient of Korean Medical hospital. Written informed consents were obtained. Results : A total of 20 patients participated, with nine males and eleven females. The chief complaints were pain, growth, cerebral infarction sequela, dyspepsia, diarrhea, feeling of helplessness, mental stress, postpartum symptoms, and menstrual disorder. The Korean Medicine service were categorized into collecting patient information, relationship building, and treatment. Terms used in the service embraced general medical terms and Korean Medical terms. Conclusions : The Korean-medical health literacy assessment tool should incorporate western-eastern combined treatment and Korean medical terms.

The relationship between acute pancreatitis and hyperparathyroidism has been described extensively in the past. Despite the rarity, the clinical progression of pancreatitis associated with hyperparathyroidism has been known to be so rapid and severe that it may cause death. When, furthermore, the pancreatitis is caused by hyperparathyroidism, the recovery from disease can be hardly expected unless the hyperparathyroidism is corrected. We present a case of acute pancreatitis in a 68-year-old man that have been caused by primary hyperparathyroidism. The clues of hyperparathyrodism were hypercalcemia and elevated parathyroid hormone, but he showed subtle or negative symptoms of hypercalcemia. After the excision of parathyroid adenoma, serum calcium level returned to normal and the symptoms and function of pancreas were recovered.
