Objectives:This study was to investigate the post-stroke depression morbidity and to evaluate the post-stroke depression in relation to activities of daily living by using BDI(Beck's Depression Inventory)and MBI(Modified Barthel Index) in 45 patients with stroke. Methods:The subjects of this study were 45 stroke patients who were admittied to the Dong-Seo oriental hospital.The post-stroke depression was determined by using the BDI and the evaluation of activities daily living was measured by using the MBICollected data analysis were completed by using correlation analysis.Results:1. The post-stroke depression morbidity was 30%.2. The post-stroke depression have no significant correlation with activities of daily living skills.Conclusions:This study shows that the post-stroke depression have no significant correlation with impairment in activities of daily living.Advanced studies are required to investigate other factors that influence post-stroke depression and post-stroke depression follow-up studies.

Social phobia is a symptom that is characterized as a feeling anxiety and fear in front of others in social situations. The patient of our hospital is 34-years-old man who has symptoms such as avoiding other people, being flushed of his face and trembling of his hands when he meets other person. Thus, he has been treated by applying acupuncture treatment, taking herb medicine, and Giungoroen & Kyungjapyungji of the oriental psychotherapy. In 3 months, his condition of this disease got improved. This case suggested one approach for the treatment of this disease and we consider that the oriental psychotherapy such as Giungoroen and Kyungjapyungji is useful in treatment of this disease.

본고는 상업용 건물에 있어서의 냉난방부하에 대한 외벽의 축열(열용량)효과를 비교$\cdot$분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 가장 최근에 발표된 에너지 해석 프로그램인 DOE-2.1C를 이용하여 Berkeley Solar Group (BSG) 이 제안한 축열효과를 분석하였다. 본 고에서의 축열효과는 "delta load"로서 표현되어 있으며 "delta load"는 전형적인 나무구조 건물과 벽돌조 건물의 연간 냉난방부하의 차이로서 표시된다. BSG 보고서에 의하면 delta load는 (1)구조물의 위치와 관련한 단열방법 (2)벽의 열용량 (3)벽의 열관류을 (4)기후조건에 따라 달라진다고 되어 있다. 본 고에서의 delta load 계산은 중규모 사무소 건물을 대상으로 하였으며 Lake Charles, LA와 Madison, WI 기후 데이터를 사용하였는데 DOE-2.1C 사용에 의한 delta load는 BSG의 결과와 일반적으로 잘 조화가 되는 것으로 나타났으나 외주부의 방향에 따른 dalta load와 난방에 있어서는 다소 큰 차이를 보여 주고 있으며, 외단열과 중간열의 효과는 BSG의 결과와 마찬가지로 비슷하였다.

The purpose of this report is to investigate the clinical application of Korean Traditional treatment to abdominal pain patient after subdural hemorrhage occurred. The main herb medicine used in this study is Ondam-tang (wenda-tang) which is frequently used in psychiatric disorders. Also, acupuncture, moxibustion and physical rehabilitation treatment were practiced. After taking an Ondam-tang (wendan-tang), the clinical symptoms of the patient were improved.

We present a vision-based hand gesture recognition system for object manipulation in virtual space. Most conventional hand gesture recognition systems utilize a simpler method for hand detection such as background subtractions with assumed static observation conditions and those methods are not robust against camera motions, illumination changes, and so on. Therefore, we propose a statistical method to recognize and detect hand regions in images using geometrical structures. Also, Our hand tracking system employs multiple cameras to reduce occlusion problems and non-synchronous multiple observations enhance system scalability. Experimental results show the effectiveness of our method.

본 논문에서는 카메라-투영 시스템에서 비전에 기반을 둔 손동작 인식을 위한 새로운 알고리즘을 제안하고 있다. 제안된 인식방법은 정적인 손동작 분류를 위하여 푸리에 변환을 사용하였다. 손분할은 개선된 배경 제거 방법을 사용하였다. 대부분의 인식방법들이 같은 피검자에 의해 학습과 실험이 이루어지고 상호작용에 이전에 학습단계가 필요하다. 그러나 학습되지 않은 다양한 상황에 대해서도 상호작용을 위해 동작 인식이 요구된다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 인식 작업 중에 검출된 불완전한 동작들을 정정하여 적용하였다. 그 결과 사용자와 독립되게 동작을 인식함으로써 새로운 사용자에게 신속하게 온라인 적용이 가능하였다.

본 논문에서는 동작에 근거한 새로운 비디오 편집 방법을 제안한다. 강의 비디오에서 전자 슬라이드 내용을 자동으로 검출하고 비디오와 동기화한다. 각 동기화된 표제의 동작을 연속적으로 추적 및 인식한 후, 등록된 화면과 슬라이드에서 변환 내용을 찾아 동작이 일어 나는 영역을 확인한다. 인식된 동작과 등록된 지점에서 슬라이드의 정보를 추출하여 슬라이드 영역을 부분적으로 확대한다거나 원본 비디오를 자동으로 편집함으로써 비디오의 질을 향상 시킬 수가 있다. 2 개의 비디오 가지고 실험한 결과 각각 95.5, 96.4%의 동작 인식 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 고유얼굴 특성과 배경에 기반한 얼굴인식 기술을 제안한다. PCA를 이용한 얼굴 인식은 학습영역과 실험영역으로 나뉘는데, 학습영역에서 고유얼굴을 생성시키고 모든 학습영역을 이 얼굴 공간에 투영시켜 몇 개의 성분값을 저장한다. 그 후 각각의 사랑마다 저장된 성분들의 평균을 대표값으로 가지고 유클리디안 거리를 비교하여 얼굴을 인식하는 것이다. 하지만, 복잡한 배경에 있는 얼굴들을 인식할 때 EFR 방법은 얼굴인식에는 강하지만, 단정으로 조영과 환경변화에 민감하게 반응한다. 복잡한 배경에서 얼굴인식을 위해 배경 패턴을 학습하며, 배경영역은 배경패턴으로부터 생성되어 얼굴영역과 함께 얼굴 인식을 위하여 사용된다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법이 EFR 방법보다 성능과 복잡한 배경하에서 매우 좋은 곁과를 나타냄을 확인할 수 있었다.

In recent years, a importance of EMS(Electromagnetic Susceptibility) is increased with the spread of a communication device significantly. The compatibility of EMS is evaluated by conduction and radiation of EMI(Electromagnetic Interference). In this paper, a leakage current sensing controller which is considered of industrial EMS is developed. The developed system is consisted of power module, sensing module of leakage current, processer module, display module and communication module. The developed system is evaluated the compatibility of EMS by conduction and radiation of EMI. In evaluation results, the developed system is compatible to the standard of industrial EMS.

본 논문에서는 영상에서 연속적인 얼굴 표정 변화 인식 방법에 대하여 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 가중 결합으로 정합 된 분류 그래프를 이용한 얼굴 특징점 추적과 특징 궤도와 표정 변화 모델의 비교에 의한 얼굴표정 인식의 두 가지 부분으로 구성된다. 표정 변화 모델은 얼굴 특징 동작과 표정의 변화사이의 연관 관계를 표현한 B-spline 곡선을 이용하여 구성된다. 유형뿐만 아니라 표정의 변화 단계까지 인식 할 수 있다. 더욱이 획득된 표정 정보는 다음 프레임의 추적의 지침으로 피드백 됨에 따라 추적의 검색 시간을 감소시킴으로서 교점 확산 구간을 최소화 할 수 있다.
