This study was conducted to analyze the characteristics of defects according to the type of block and spatial type by quantitatively examining defects occurring in block pavement in apartment complex. According to the research results, depending on the type of block, defects have occurred 1,394.3ea/100㎡ in interlocking paver blocks, 464.8ea/100㎡ in clay brick paver blocks, and 235.1ea/100㎡ in shot blasted paver blocks. By space type, the defects were occurred 1,576.0ea/100㎡ on the access road paved by interlocking paver blocks and the defects were found 1,139.6ea/100㎡ in interlocking paver blocks, 235.1ea/100㎡ in shot blasted paver blocks, and 797.1ea/100㎡ in clay brick paver blocks, on the sidewalk. Also the defects are occurred 455.6ea/100㎡ on the resting space and 403.2ea/100㎡ on the gym space paved by clay brick paver blocks. Through the size analysis of the defects in the block paver, in the case 'peeling', the largest volume of 2,539.0㎣ on the sidewalk paved with shot blasted paver blocks, and 'Subsidence' occurred at the widest area of 2,096.0㎠ on the sidewalk where interlocking paver block was constructed. The difference in defect occurrence according to the type of block is considered to be influenced by the block production process, and the space type is considered to be caused the difference in the occurrence of defects according to the cause of construction and the usage pattern of residents. This study conducted a survey on defects in block and analyzed the defect characteristic according to paver material and space type. Base on this, it is judged that it can be used as an efficient basic data for material replacement, improvement, paver planning and construction in the future.

For the past 66 years, the Korea-U.S. alliance has been a typical asymmetric alliance in which the U.S. supports South Korea's security during the Cold War and South Korea gives some of its policy autonomy to the U.S. But Lee Myung-bak government military alliance the 'comprehensive strategic alliance' of the character, 'value of alliance', Park Geun-hye ' a global, 'Frontier of cooperation', the government.'reciprocal, comprehensive alliance' Moon Jae-in, the government and partnerships developed with ' euroui the development of national security strategy said. The purpose of this study is to explore ways to build a reciprocal and comprehensive Korea-U.S. alliance for the development of the Korea-U.S. alliance policy in order to ensure South Korea's policy autonomy following changes in the Trump administration's alliance policy. The results of the research show the need for Korea to participate in the U.S.-led 'India-Pacific Strategy' continue diplomatic efforts for the mutual economic benefits of the two countries and strengthen public diplomacy in order to build the Korea-U.S. alliance in a reciprocal and comprehensive manner.

Objective : Sanguisorbae Radix(SO). that belong to Rosaceae is widely distributed in Asia including Korea, Japan and China. It has been used as traditional medicine from old times as a treatment for anti-inflammatory drugs. This study was designed to investigate the effects of n-BuOH fractions of SO on anti-oxidant effect and anti-microbial effect on $Streptococcus$ $mutans$ ($S.$ $mutans$). Methods : The anti-microbial effect of $n$-BuOH fractions of SO. was assessed by the paper disk diffusion method and anti-oxidant effect was assessed by the DPPH radical scavenging effect, Superoxide anion radical scavenging effect and SOD like ability. Results : DPPH radical scavenging of the $n$-BuOH fraction from SO in 50 ug/mL was shown to be Fr-2 (89.9%), Fr-3 (88.7%), Fr-4 (76.3%), Fr-1 (59.4%), Fr-5 (56.2%). Superoxside anion radical scavenging activity of the n-BuOH fraction from SO. in 50 ug/mL for Fr-3 was shown to be 78%. SOD-like activity of n-BuOH fraction from the SO in 1000 ug/mL for Fr-3 were shown to be 76.1% respectively. The $n$-BuOH fraction from the SO had high anti-microbial effect on $S.$ $mutans$. Conclusion : As a result, the $n$-BuOH fraction from SO. has good anti-microbial and anti-oxidant effects in a concentration-dependent manner.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate anti-aging and antioxidant effects of extracts of Nelumbo nucifera leaves (NN-L) using ethanol on skin .Methods : Each part of leaves(NN-L), flowers(NN-F) and stem(NN-S) was extracted with 70% ethanol. We performed radical scavenging assay(DPPH, ABTS+, Superoxide anion radical), elastase inhibition assay, collagenase inhibition assay. NN-L extracts were tested for cell viability(MTT assay), MMP-1 inhibition and MMP-1 protein expression on CCD-986sk cells (human fibroblast line).Results : Recently, many studies have reported that elastin is also involved in inhibiting or repairing wrinkle formation, although collagen is a major factor in the skin wrinkle formation. We measured its free radical scavenging activity, elastase inhibitory activity and expression of MMP-1 (matrix metalloprotease-1) in human fibroblast cells. Among the parts of Nelumbo nucifera, NN-L showed the highest antioxidant activities and in radical scavenging. DPPH, ABTS+ and Superoxide anion radical scavenging activity of NN-L at concentration of 1,000 μg/mL were 91.43%, 99.31% and 73.7% respectively. In vitro elastase and collagenase inhibition effects of NN-L at concentration of 1,000 μg/mL was 42.8% and 55.3% respectively. The ethanol extract of NN-L showed cell viability of 95.4% in 50 μg/mL concentration. In addition, The results from Western blot assay showed that NN-L decreased the expression of MMP-1 protein in a dose-dependent manner (by up to 35.0% at 50 μM).Conclusion : The findings suggest that the NN-L great potential as a cosmeceutical ingredient with antioxidant and anti-wrinkling effects.

This study's purpose examine the "Four Social Evils" policy during about seven months and presents new policy and policy directions with a critical eyes. The present Government focus 'The safety of the people' in 2013. But, most of all, "Four Social Evils" selected the top priority project of the government that will be worked on for the next five years. "Four Social Evils" means Sexual Violence, School Violence, Domestic Violence and Unsanitary Food as crimes affecting the daily lives of the people. To date, we were having a number of discussions with various people. But currently, there is a lack of research on constructive criticism about "Four Social Evils" policy. Therefore, It is the best thing to get interested in "Four Social Evils" policy and evaluate the effectiveness at this time. But, This study is not simply criticizing the "Four Social Evils" policy. Ultimately, through this constructive criticism, this study is trying to encourage "Four Social Evils" policy in the right direction and serve as the groundwork for reinforcement strengthen of the social safety net.

In this paper, we propose a new texture-based page segmentation and classification method in which table region, background region, image region and text region in a given document image are automatically identified. The proposed method for document images consists of two stages, document segmentation and contents classification. In the first stage, we segment the document image, and then, we classify contents of document in the second stage. The proposed classification method is based on a texture analysis. Each contents in the document are considered as regions with different textures. Thus the problem of classification contents of document can be posed as a texture segmentation and analysis problem. Two-dimensional Gabor filters are used to extract texture features for each of these regions. Our method does not assume any a priori knowledge about content or language of the document. As we can see experiment results, our method gives good performance in document segmentation and contents classification. The proposed system is expected to apply such as multimedia data searching, real-time image processing.

This study aims at examining our social recognition on and the topographic map of a game through the discourse analysis on games shown from the Korean media coverage. Media don't reflect the reality as a mirror but represent it in certain manner. If so, how Korean media organize and represent the meaning of a game? This study analyzed the game discourse from 479 articles on games by 5 daily newspapers including Chosun, Joongang, Dong-A, Kyunghyang and the Hankyoreh during 4 years' Park Geun-hye administration. Research findings show that as a single issue frames of game addiction, addiction damages and AR games including $Pok\acute{e}mon$ Go counted for much reaching up to nearly half but discourse on the play culture as an essence of a game occupied only 3.8%.

This paper is to analyze critically policy and discourse of creative economy and creative city. Applying the concept of 'policy transfer' or 'policy mobility', It points out that it may be inevitable for a certain policy or discourse developed in Western society to change its contents and characteristics in its international diffusing process. And then, this paper describes political contexts and process in which the policy and discourse of creative city of a former mayor of Seoul, Oh, Se-Hoon, during the late part of the 2000s, and those of creative economy of the current president, Park, Geun-Hye, have been suggested and pursued, arguing that those policies and discourses, having been distorted and lack of concrete contents, have functioned as a key ruling tool or political rhetoric. In particular, this paper concludes that the policy and discourse of creative economy of the current government would have little positive effect due to excluding intentionally policy of economic democracy and ignoring unintentionally policy of creative city, which seem to have an inherent relationship with that of creative economy.

To celebrate the convergence era, Park Geun-Hye government has adhered to the principle sets out to secure revenue no tax increase due to the underground economy legalization, etc. Recently due to the tax deduction policies such as cash receipts and credit card is like getting better transparency on income. However, focusing on the self-employed Evaded income scale is increasing steadily. For the underground economy legalization, it has the plan to increase the transparency of the capital market due to the strengthening of the cash receipt system and the mobile payment market. The purpose of this study is that it hopes the domestic mobile payment market is expanding for the underground economy legalization. To this end, domestic financial companies are hoping to develop a variety of additional services. And the mobile payments market is hoping to gain the trust our customers due to safety and security, etc. As a result the underground economy is expected to disappear naturally.

Park, Keun-Hye government has just established a new ministry for integrating and managing the policies for science & technology and ICT. From the ICT governance perspective, the new ministry implies separating promotion policies from regulation polices. The current paper aims to present ICT policy implications by providing a perspective on regulation and promotion. A delphi survey was conducted for 32 experts in ICT sector. According to the experts, a clear distinction between regulation and promotion policies is difficult, and thus, integrating regulation and promotion policies looks more preferable. In general, an independent ministry that integrates regulation and promotion policies is mostly preferred. Some suggested an independent committee inside the ministry might be desirable, especially for the broadcasting regulation policy to be independent from the ministry control. The current study proposes tight collaboration between the newly established ICT ministry and the Korea Communications Commission, and in the long term, integrated administration of promotion and regulation policies. In particular, this study emphasizes the importance of the integrated policy management to enhance government policy capacity.
