미국에 있어서의 가금개량 계획은 농무성장관의 승인을 얻어 1935년 7월 1일부터 시행되었다. 연방 농무성의 회의에 의해서 결정되는 특별 예산은 가금의 개량, 가금 생산물 부화장에 대한 규칙을 운영하는 주당국에 지출된다. 전국 칠면조 개량 계획은 1943년 9월 25일부터 시행되고 있다. 본 계획의 운영에 대한 법적 근거는 1944년의 농업조직법에 근거를 하고 있다. 전국 가금 개량계획의 목적은 닭이나 칠면조의 생산성, 시장에 있어서의 생산물의 품질의 개선 및 부화장에 기인되는 질병에 의한 손실을 감소하는데 있다. 본 계획의 규정은 산업의 발전 새로운 지식이나 기술의 발전에 따라 차차 개정된다. 이러한 계획은 가금 개량계획 개정수속규정에 따라 각 주의 양계가 육종가 부화업자의 공식 대표에 의해서 구성되어 있다. 2년에 한번씩 열리는 전국가금개량 계획회의 권고에 기초를 두어 이루어진다. 본 계획에의 가입에는 주 및 각주내의 개인의 임의에 의하여 또 연방농무성에 협력하는 각주 정부기관에 의하여 각 주마다 운영된다.

In the analysis of metal forming processes by the finite element method, there are many numerical instabilities such as element locking, hourglass mode, shear locking. These instabilities may have a bad effect upon accuracy and convergence. The present work is concerned with improvement of stability and efficiency in two dimensional rigid-plastic finite element method using various type of elements and numerical integration schemes. AS metal forming examples, upsetting and backward extrusion are taken for comparison among the methods : various element types and numerical integration schemes. comparison is made in terms of stability and efficiency. As a result, it has been shown that the finite element computation is stabilized from the viewpoint of computational time, convergency, and numerical instability.

우리 나라에서 해상 교통 및 선박의 통항 안전성의 평가를 위하여, 선박조종시뮬레이터 실험을 통해 얻어진 선박운동의 데이터와 조종자의 의견을 반영하여 검토하고 있는 것이 일반적인 수행 방법이다. 세부적인 기법으로는 선박의 해상시설물에 대한 접근도, 선체의 제어도 그리고 선박 조종자의 평가를 들 수 있다. 이 중에서 해양시설물에 대한 선박의 접근 및 선박의 제어도와 관련된 부분은 통계적으로 계산되어 그 기준이 명확한 측면이 있으나, 조종자의 의견에 의한 평가는 상대적으로 기준이 모호한 면이 있고 또한 조종자의 평가와 선박의 제어도와 관계에 대한 연구도 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선박의 제어도와 조종자의 평가를 각각 기술적 운항만족도와 심리적 운항만족도로 정의하고, 그 관계를 알아 보기 위하여 퍼지 추론을 실시하였다. 이로부터 기술적 운항만족도와 심리적 운항만족도의 상관 관계를 정리하고, 그 관계가 높을수록 관련 평가의 신뢰성은 높을 것으로 생각하였다.

그리드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 세계의 많은 과학기술연구자들은 gLite 미들웨어 기반의 어플리케이션을 이용하고 있고 미들웨어에서 데이터를 관리, 분석하기 위해 메타데이터 카탈로그 기술인 AMGA 서비스를 이용하고 있다. 사용자들은 자신의 메타데이터와 데이터 파일을 디렉토리별로 접근하기 위해 유닉스 기반의 명령어와 AMGA 명령어만를 사용하여야 하는 불편함이 있었다. 이를 보완하기 위해 RCP 기반의 AMGA 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스를 2년 전부터 제공해 왔고, 보다 사용자에게 친숙하고 접근성이 용이한 웹 인터페이스를 설계하였다. 본 논문은 AMGA 서비스의 직관적이고 범용적인 엑세스를 위한 웹 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스를 기존의 RCP 모델의 컴포넌트 재사용으로 개발 기간의 단축과 유지보수의 용이성을 고려한 AMGA 웹 인터페스 구현 설계에 대해서 논한다.

In this cluster analysis of out-patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) we described the psychological features and personality patterns of these patients. The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) was administered to 29 IBS patients who received treatment in the gastroenterology department of Ajou University Hospital to produce individual profiles for each patient. The 29 profiles with 13 standard scales, 15 content scales and 11 personality scales were subjected to cluster analysis resulting in three clusters of the original sample. Titles used to describe the psychological features and personality patterns seen in the three clusters included : (1) depression and anxiety : (2) somatization and denial of affect ; (3) anger overcontrol. Future studies on the treatment of IBS patients may well consider these features, as IBS patients have different psychological patterns.

The demand for demolition of steel structures is recently increasing in Korea. Most of flexible linear-shaped charges(FLSC) for steel demolition are now imported from foreign countries. Some basic experiments have been studied to determine the optimum parameters of design for domestic development of FLSC. Domestic FLSC were used to check cutting of steel structures and other materials in this study. The result shows that domestic FLSC is very effective to cut steel structures.

최근 스마트폰의 수요증가와 대중화로 인하여 스마트폰을 활용한 다양한 연구가 진행 되고 있다. 이중 항만 물류 하역 시스템에도 스마트폰과 관련된 관심이 높아져 스마트폰을 이용한 다양한 서비스를 지원하고 그에 따른 다양한 프로젝트도 진행 중에 있다. 항만 물류 시스템은 중앙관리실에서 자동화된 시스템으로 관리되고 있으며 이중 하역장비 운용은 관리자가 중앙 관리실에서 원격으로 제어 하고 있다. 이는 관리자가 자리에 위치해 있어야만 관리가 가능하기 때문에 관리자의 이동성을 보장 하지 못한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트폰으로 하역장비를 원격제어 할 수 있도록 하여 관리자의 이동성을 보장하고 보다 효율적인 작업이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 또한 이를 테스트 해보기 위해 항만 하역장비 원격제어 시스템을 Lego_NXT를 이용하여 프로토타입으로 제시한다.

This paper studies the observability of calibration system with a measurement operator. The calibration system needs a simple digital indicator to measure the mobile table movements with respect to the MC coordinate. However, it yields the concern about the poor parameter observability due to measuring only a part of the movements. We uses the QR-decomposition to find the optimal calibration configurations maximizing the linear independence of rows of an observation matrix. The number of identifiable parameter is examined by the rank of the observation matrix, which represents the parameter observability. The method is applied to a 6-axis MC with parallel tilting table and the calibration results are presented. These results verify that all necessary kinematic parameters are observable and the calibration system has robustness to the noise using optimal calibration configurations.

동ㆍ식물성 기름으로부터 산이나 알카리 촉매를 사용하여 제조한 친환경 에너지인 바이오디젤의 미생물학적 안정성을 테스트하기 위하여 온도와 저장기간에 따른 미생물에 의한 변질정도를 측정하였다. 측정방법으로 역상 현미경 관찰과, 3M petrifilm분석법으로 생균수를 측정하였고, 균체 단백질의 양을 측정하기 위하여 Bradford protein assay법을 사용하였다. 바이오디젤과 석유디젤, 그리고 각각의 시료를 혼합한 시료를 서로 다른 온도조건(25℃와 35℃)에서 혐기적인 조건으로 90일동안 장기간 저장했을 때 바이오디젤, 석유디젤 그리고 혼합한 시료에서 미생물의 생육은 관찰되지 않았다.

In the integral type reactor, SMART, all the major components such as steam generators, pressurizer and pumps are located inside the single reactor pressure vessel. The objective of this study is to evaluate the structural integrity for RPV of SMART under the postulated pressurized thermal shock by applying the finite element analysis. Input data for the finite element analysis were generated using the commercial code I-DEAS, and the fracture mechanics analysis was performed using the ABAQUS. The crack configurations, the crack aspect ratio and the clad thickness were considered in the parametric study. The effects of these parameters on the reference nil-ductility transition temperature were also investigated.
